- Margaret (10/5): Very happy with accommodation. We would stay again. - Very comfortable .Well equipped kitchen .Very clean.Emma kept in touch in case we needed anything. It needs to be informed that apartment is in Queens Court complex cos took us a while to find this out.
- Mcdonald (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing and stress free stay - Lovely central location right in the heart of Derry Nothing
- faulkner (10/5): - Lovely homely apartment, with everything you need. Excellent location and lovely views of the river Foyle. Emma was a perfect host That it rained🤪 i honestly can not say anything bad about it stay.
- Ben (8/5): - Great location
- Bill (10/5): - The host was really helpful and accommodating with our arrival time. Highly recommended
- Padraig (10/5): - The host was brilliant, the location was perfect, the price was great.. we went as 2 couples and had a brilliant time.. I would highly recommend staying here as everything is within walking distance.. we all would definitely go back in the future.. thank you! Leaving..
- Quigley (3/5): Sadly it was a disappointing stay - helpfully, we were refunded for the second night of our stay - The property is in the heart of Derry and is a great position for getting about. The property needs an upgrade - it felt tired and cold.
Despite it being the middle of winter, the storage heaters were not on and the plug-in oil heaters provided were not put on for us even though they knew what time we were due to arrive. The windows were draughty too and the heater in bathroom doesn't work either.
The main security door to the building wasn't working so anyone could walk into the building. The smell of bins was strong when we came in after a night out maybe because it's above the Chinese?
We decided to check out a day early to find alternative accommodation.

- Sinead (10/5): Everything was absolutely perfect - Emma is an exceptional host. The apartment was very clean, cosy and central to everything. I will definitely be back. Nothing
- Joanna (10/5): - Localizaçao ótima perto do centro, supermercados , farmácias, restaurantes A casa tava um pouco fria e só tinha uma toalha para passar uma semana inteira

- Becca (10/5): -
- Maguire (8/5): - The city is a lovely place to go and the apartment was right close to everything. None
- lily (10/5): -
- Caroline (5/5): Grand for price but could be cleaner - Good location and value. Good sized living room. Needs a refresh and a good clean. Bathroom was grubby, old reused matt left as a bathmat. No lamp in bedroom.
- Darryl (9/5): -
- barry (10/5): -
- Marc (6/5): Overall pleasant with a lovely view and good place to explore Derry and the wider area - Good location, easy to access and with walkable distance of shops, necessities etc There were a few health and safety/fire safety concerns including a smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling. Hardly any of the windows locks were operational, exposed wiring for the lights, gaps in the wall. These to be sorted as a matter of urgency to be fully compliant. These kitchen was not overly clean including washing machine was quite grubby and needed cleaned before using it.

- Jean (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and loved our location sorry list my phone and couldn’t take photos - Location fabulous. View great . Emma was very helpful and kind because I had lost my phone and contact numbers she went over and above to make contact possible. Especially as we arrived in horrendous weather conditions. She got us in earlier. Cooking facilities were dirty oven and frying pan in particular. Emma got us a new frying pan and we cleaned up the rest .
- Kenneth (10/5): - Location near to the City centre not to far to walk to pubs and city sights very clean apartment everything one needs when away for a weekend would return Nothing at all all was good about the trip
- Fergal (8/5): Very good - We stayed here for a week. The apartment is nice. It's fairly centrally located in Derry. The bus station is not too far away also (we used some buses to get around to Donegal and the Antrim Coast). No noise issues at all for the week. The neighbourhood seems fine. There's a Chinese restaurant/takeaway right nearby, an Italian restaurant close by also, with a Tesco's 2 or 3 minutes walk away. There was only 2 of us staying so there was sufficient plates, bowls etc. (about 2 of each). For a party of 4 or 5, they might run a bit short (unless perhaps the hosts put in more if the group is bigger). There was a reasonable selection of kitchen implements but a few lacks, For example, the tin opener didn't really work (it needs replacing) and there were no sharp knives or bread knives at all (I ended up cutting a loaf of bread with a regular knife, which was awkward).
- John (9/5): Super central stay in Derry - The property is very clean and has all you need for a short or long stay in lovely Derry. It is centrally located with Tesco across the street and there is an abundance of lovely coffee shops/cafes and restaurants near by. It provides for lovely walks along the foyle over the peace bridge and onto Derrys historic wall. It was a great break and we will be back again soon. It’s unfortunate that more parking isn’t available attached to the property, although there are a number of of car parks within a few mins walk.
- Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - The view and how close it was to the city centre
- Leah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eleanor (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rosaleen (6/5): Location - Great location lovely views, comfy clean beds Needed a serious upgrade, bathroom needs a deep clean and regrouted. Toilet needs attention as really slow to refill, cups needed a good bleaching. Smell of weed coming from other apartments, ( not the hosts fault)
Towels were clean but extremely hard, some fabric softener required.
- Kathleen (10/5): Great location - Great location so each to walk into city and Emma made checking in v easy The toilet needs to be replaced
With 4 people we had to keep filling up cistern with water as flush was not working
- Susan (5/5): Adequate enough but couldn’t recommend - Location Very dated and needs an upgrade
Mould in bathroom
Shower doesn’t work very well
Lack of hot water
Toilet flush intermittent
- Oran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Connolly (10/5): Nothing Not To Love About Derry! - This was my first ever overnight in Derry. There was no problem finding the location as it is bang in the middle of the city, and any help we needed was promptly and generously given by our host.
The view of the river and the Peace Bridge is dead cool.
Everything was clean and functioning, and the wi-fi was first class.
We went all the way up to see The Undertones play their hometown gig at The Forum, which was class. A few pints in town afterwards, and l didn't want to leave Derry at all. The people of Derry are just amazing, warm, and witty. I will certainly be heading back there, and when l do, the Riverview apartment will be my first port of call. Thanks! Heading all the way back to Wexford the next day.was the only bit l didn't like, but the trip home was cheered by the memory of a great experience in the most lovable of cities.
- Maeve (8/5): Very good - Great location. Lovely view of the Foyle. Great communication with Emma. Will be back! 🤗
- Fiona (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment - Stayed here for a few nights over Christmas, it was perfect for us. The location was great & everything is walkable. Lovely views of the river from the living room (extra nice in the evening with Xmas lights outside).
The apartment had everything we needed. Easy to contact the host & very quick responses. Would happily recommend!
- Grace (8/5): Place in a good location. - It was in good location and the flat was very quiet 🤫 The frying pan was dirty and so was the grill tray in the oven. There was not enough pots of pans to cook with. There was no welcome pack left. So I don’t know why people have said this on there reviews on booking .com. There was no washing up liquid. I have stayed in budget accommodation and they have been well supplied. The beds were good but the only thing there was four of us stay and there was only two big towels to wash your self with. And the apartment would have been cold if there had not of had the radiator in the flat. If the heat is too dear to run you need to upgrade the heating. As the way I see it you are paying for heating and electricity and everything when you are booking the place.

- Finnuala (6/5): Good location - The location was perfect and the view of the river.
Everything was clean and bed comfortable The communal areas to the block and entrance are not very appealing.
Also the apartment looks in need of freshening up, particularly the bathroom
- Monica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shanley (8/5): Very good - Location location Shower tiles need re-grouting
- Danna (9/5): Superb - Location is good, bedrooms fine, opportunity to cook warm food It's not I didn't like, just maybe need to watch children regarding windows. They open wide, and so safety question for children.
- Patrick (9/5): Superb - Very conveniently located with plenty of space and natural light.
- Kendall (9/5): Superb - Apartment was spotless it had everything needed for the stay well laid out
- Cathy (7/5): Lovely place; closish to the city centre: - Nice place; closish to the city centre. We had issues with the hot water, so had cold showers!

- Brenda (7/5): Good - Very spacious. The cleanliness wasn't up to scratch, black shower head, mould around the bath and very little towels.
- Dave (9/5): Nice Riverfront apartment - Very central for Derry city centre and riverfront nice walks along front
Can see river Foyle and peace bridge from apartment
Well equipped spacious apartment
Good communications from host and check in easy with photos for how to access
Plenty of parking options in area and tescos opposite for grocery’s
- Kathy (10/5): I have been before to Derry to stay and will definitely be going back to Emma's if she will have us. - The location was very good so close to the shops. The weather. Emma couldn't fix that one.
- Naomi (10/5): Great comfortable location in the heart of Derry - The location was great for walking in the city of Derry. You could see the peace bridge from the window 😊
- Marina (8/5): Very good - Great location lovely views of River & Peace Bridge Good commutation with host Emma. Nothing
- Ian (10/5): Great stau - The location was fantastic, very near everything.
The apartment was nice and clean and well equipped Nothing
- Claire (6/5): Situation of accommodation great, accommodation comfort and quality disappointing - Location Too minimalist to be comfortable e.g lack of bedroom furniture no where to put dressing table items, no bedside lamps, no drawers(placed elderly relatives case on a couple of stalls from the kitchen so could access clothes without bending down all the time). Bathroom tired with a toilet with cracked system and flush in need of attention ( see previous visitor comments). Insufficient kitchen items to self- cator easily and cutlery so poor quality it bent when trying to stab a cherry tomato!
- Jackie (10/5): Best little apartment in Derry - Great location. Very spacious and newly renovated which was lovely. View over to the Peace Bridge was a bonus. Walked into Derry and all the sights easily. Will book again in a heartbeat. Toilet flush was a bit of a problem given there were 3 adults staying but other than that it was fine.
- Meike (8/5): Very good -
- Kerrie (8/5): Very good - The appartment was lovely and spacious,
The foyer is a bit of a let down when you 1 st walk in .and where the elevator is , but the appartment it's self is lovely & clean .
The main bedroom is the warmest room in the appartment it's absolutely roasting 🙂,
There was complimentary tea bags , coffee & sugar , also a big bag of ice in the freezer for when we arrived .in the bathroom there was plenty of toilet rolls , shampoo , conditioner and body wash .for bath & showers . There's two heaters ,1 in the living room that doesn't give out much heat .but there is an electric oil heater to plug in .to help heat up the living room .
The 2 Nd heater is in the 2 Nd bedroom that does not turn at all , but there is again another electric oil heater to heat the room .
And there's no iron available to iron clothes if needed .only a garment steamer .
- Nina (9/5): Superb - The kitchen was big and there was a lot of room everywhere.
- Lianne (8/5): Nice Place & Prime Location - The location was so good that was what attracted me to this property. The view was nice and it was a nice escape for us. Emma was accommodating and very communicative. The water pressure on the shower but not bad.
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Catherine (9/5): Superb -
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, clean, great location easy to get in touch with the host
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- Falcao (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruth (8/5): Close to the millennium forum theatre, and handy to explore the city - Location was wonderful for the millennium forum theatre where I was working for the week. Good communication from the host. Easy to find and good photos to show us how to access the property. Some attention needed to make a good flat, great.
The second bedroom was very cold, a heater was provided but we had to move the living room heater into the bedroom also. Which then left the flat cold each morning. Some things left behind from the previous guests but nothing that overly affected our stay. Feel like it is too expensive for a weeks stay, but I guess we are paying for the location, which couldn’t be faulted. Would stay again!
- Nicolae (10/5): Exceptional - Nice view nice area all shop it’s 1 minits walk everything is nice I will bee back thank you very much
- Una (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aimee (10/5): Very central location- great stay - Very clean and comfortable. Value for money. Nothing

- G (10/5): Relaxing break - View was amazing. Location couldn't be better. Can't fault anything.
- Sheila (9/5): A lovely wee apartment - Beautiful apartment. Great view. Great location. Everything was perfect but would of liked lamps in the bedroom as main light was too bright and maybe a small bin in the bedroom but that's me just being picky.
- Madeline (10/5): Exceptional - Location, apartment had all needed, towels, hairdryer, microwave, utensils, comfortable spotless bedding Nothing
- Jo (5/5): Location good just needs a bit of work to modernise - Location and view were good Toilet had to be fixed as we arrived then takes ages to fill the cistern not good when lots want to use the toilet. The heating was ok but cold in lounge and didn’t work on one bedroom which we told them about. No bedside lamps .
- Lucia (9/5): Superb -
