Excellent location for what we wanted & will stay again when visiting my son. Would absolutely recommend. Great communication from property owner. Had no issues
• Kamanczi (10/5): Excellent - Very nice, well-equipped and spacious apartment, with a shop, bus stop, and pub within 100 meters. We had a great stay, and I would definitely choose this place again next time. The only negative is that the laundry room is located above the apartment. It can be a bit noisy, but mainly noticeable for someone sleeping in the living room.

• Michael (9/5): Eine saubere, perfekt gelegene Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Bushaltestelle sind direkt vor der Tür, und sowohl der Camden Market als auch die nächste U-Bahn-Station sind in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt war alles sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Für sehr große Personen könnten die Betten etwas kurz sein – ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen.
• Alba (9/5): - El apartamento en general está bastante bien y es bastante tranquilo. Para ser un sótano tiene mucha luminosidad y ventilación (las dos habitaciones tienen ventanas a una pequeña terraza para poder tomarte ahí el café si te apetece y poder airear la habitación). Tienes suelo radiante, lo que se agradece al llegar a casa después de todo el día de turismo (especialmente en invierno). La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia y es bastante moderna. En tema de ubicación esta bastante bien, tienes a 15 min a pie Camden Market y paradas de metro y bus bastante cerca, así como un supermercado literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina. No hay nada que destacar.

• Mélanie (9/5): Un lieu cocooning à Camden - Nous avons adoré passer 8 jours dans ce logement, proche de Camden Market, avec un arrêt de bus devant la maison. Nous étions à 20-30 minutes des lieux d’intérêt. Un hôte réactif. Je recommande.

• FLORIAN (10/5): Absolutly Fabulous - Logement idéalement situé à deux pas de l'arrêt de bus ligne 24 qui met directement en centre-ville et la 46 directement à Saint-Pancras très très pratique. Et un pub très sympa juste a côté.Contrairement au descriptif il y a bien deux salles de bain l'une dans la Master room et une autre dans le couloir accessible aux occupants de la deuxième chambre, et à ceux qui occupent le canapé lit. Rien, le seul bémol c'est pour l'occupant du canapé lit. La pièce est un peu plus fraîche et la porte d'entrée laisse passer l'air et le bruit extérieur. Peut-être un rideau de porte serait utile. Mais c'est vraiment pour chercher la petite bête Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce logement.

• Graham (10/5): Spot on. - The apartment was very clean and tidy. All the essentials were provided and well maintained. Great location with bus stops directly outside and a tube station 5 mins walk away. There's no on street parking, but there is a loading bay for drop off & pick up, then we used a parking app to find a spot for the car just a short walk away. No issues with any noise etc from neighbouring properties and the surrounding area was pleasant enough. We would definitely use this apartment again in the future. 👍 No negatives to report for us. The only thing I'd point out is the access is via steps which could be a problem to some who struggle with mobility.

• Heather Leutzinger (9/5): Nice decor, well stocked kitchen. - The basement apartment was very nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked with all dishes we needed, the location was great. We did year the laundry mat upstairs during the day but it did not bother us. The beds could be a little softer but overall the place was very comfortable.

• marilena RUIU (8/5): tranquillo - sono arrivata con la mia famiglia in principio ero un pò spaventata in quanto l'appartamento si trova sotto la lavanderia , poi però nel vederla mi sono rassicurata, 2 camere 2 bagni una zona giorno e angolo cottura...cucina soddisfacente c'era tutto quello che serviva . gentile l'host che ci ha avvisato di un guasto alla linea elettrica ... risolto in poco tempo con il tecnico avrei lasciato una scopa o un aspirapolvere 3 femmine con i capelli lunghi non è il massimo ..mi sono arrangiata con una scopettina e la paletta

• Adit (9/5): very well connected to bus and tube. Spend the day in london and come home soon for leisure. - The apartment is very very near to bus stop. bus 24 takes you to Camden town from you can connect to the tube / metro Bus 46 takes you to padding ton / kings cross which connects you to entire london and outwards. My parents loved taking the bus directly to london as they did not want to walk all the extra distances within the tube stations. Grocery shops of all kinds are around the corner. We would Purchase groceries for our breakfast locally. Very Neat & Clean apartment. The owner has provided all basic requirements of Kitchen and Beddings which was so great. Owner has a very positive approach and was very helpful in our varied small questions we needed some advice on. Owner is not petty at all and this was evident that he had provided fans, laundry basket, coat stand and any other basics required for comfortable stay. 9 days...we could have stayed so much more here.

• Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Great little spot, well equipped for a visit. Warm, spacious and comfortable. Nice shower. The sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on! It needs replacing asap! Also the pillows could do with replacing.

• Assaf (8/5): Good value for the price - The apartment is nice and pretty spacious. Two clean and renovated showers. Very close to bus stops. Good for young groups of friends or for family with children. The master bed is not comfortable. It’s minimal size for a double bed and the mattress is *very* hard. The kids bed is much more comfortable. While there’s washing machine there’s no drier (but the apartment is located right below a public laundry so we washed our clothes there. Note that the location is not Camden town but in *Kentish Town* which is a near by (but very different) neighbourhood. Less critical points are - not enough storage space (to unpack suitcases).
• Roseanne (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent. It is about a 7 minute walk from tube. It is located very close to grocery and corner shops. Although it is below a laundromat and near a pub, it was not noisy. There were two bathrooms which was great. It was very warm and it had everything we needed.
• Charlene (10/5): Absolutely perfect, we will return again - This is a beautiful basement apartment. It was perfect for my adult son and myself. It would be perfect for 2 couple. there are two full baths.
• Shanae (4/5): This place has potential to be great, but needs some work. - The pictures that were sent for checking in were very helpful. The location was fairly close to the places we were heading to. The place had flies and bugs everywhere. The place is located under a launderette and near a pub. You can hear music to the pub all throughout the night. The mattresses were firm and the bunk bed frame was bent in the middle so it felt like you were sleeping on a slope. The parking description is incorrect as there isn’t public parking nearby for GBP 10. We had a vehicle and always wondered if we would find parking nearby. There is street parking though (free from 6:30p-8:00a).
