• Thamires (6/5): Como queríamos ficar todos da família juntos foi ótimo a hospedagem por isso, mas não voltaríamos. - Pontos positivos: - Localização é boa - ⁠Apartamento amplo - ⁠Televisão em todos os quartos - ⁠Ar condicionado são bons, mas precisam ter atenção a manutenção estavam sujos (tivemos que limpar o filtro) Pontos negativos: - Banheiros PRECISAM de reforma: vaso sanitário vazando, ralo entupido, chuveiro elétrico da suíte não funciona. - ⁠Cozinha PRECISA de mais utensílios e pano de prato (só tem uma frigideira e uma panelinha pequena velhos) - ⁠As camas são confortáveis, mas uma está QUEBRADA - ⁠Falta LIMPEZA no ventilador e dos filtros dos ar condicionados - Para estadias acima de 2 ou 3 dias deviam disponibilizar mais toalhas e pano de chão.
• Suzana (7/5): not very good... but it was a great location. - The location and the size of the apartment is the big plus about. for a big group as ours it was really good on this aspect. a lot of things are missing or quite old in the apt. Small utensils in the kitchen, old pan, or for example we could not hang our clothes anywhere, there were no drying rack anywhere, and you are right in front of of the beach, so towels and bikinis had no place to dry. General maintenance were due, showers and air conditioning were not 100%. but the worst was that during our stay our apt was missing running water for more than 24 hours, it was a building problem that I understand, can happen, but the issue was that we did not receive almost any support from the host or any information trying to clarify what's was going on, they only thing they try to do it, was to give instructions so we could fix it somehow... with no tools or knowledge . I call multiple times, and had to contact booking to see if anything would be done. the support from the host was minimal. the issue was fix eventually but no explaining or apology was issued.

• Daniel (5/5): - Ótima localização, apartamento amplo. Precisa de uma reforma, tudo antigo, muita coisa quebrada. Também precisa equipar melhor a cozinha para atender a 7 pessoas.
• teresa (6/5): 8 días en Fortaleza - Ubicación y amplitud del apartamento. Que en la condiciones, no se informe que el acceso es por escaleras. De los 3 baños, uno muy caluroso, otro el inodoro tapado y el tercero el duchero estaba obstruido. La canilla de cocina siempre perdia y una noche se cortó habiendo agua en el resto del apartamento. No había platos llanos ni cucharitas de café o postre. Sólo proporcionan un toallón de baño y papel higiénico. No, toallas de mano, jabones o geles de ducha. Living comedor y estar calurosos ya que no contaban con aire acondicionado. Sólo 1 ventilador.
• Eric (9/5): Locatie, de ruimte, veiligheid en de persoonlijke ondersteuning van de beheerder zijn top! - Heel veel ruimte!
• Eva (6/5): Boa localização - Boa localização, proximo a Beira Mar, restaurante, Farmacia e transporte etc. Familia de 5 1 Chave pra todos, a chave facial foi um verdadeiro problema por 2 semanas, sorte que a vizinhança é boa. Tambem o quarto que eu estava não foi limpo. Tirando esses desconforto foi muito bom.
