• Yong Sin (10/5): 還不錯！下次還會想來住 - 提供的設備很多，吸塵器、洗衣機、毛巾還有廚房用品可以自己煮東西，環境也很乾淨 洗完衣服後浴室可以開烘乾來烘衣服 樓下有超市也很方便 空間對2個人來說剛剛好 距離地鐵走路要走快10分鐘左右，但還可以接受

• MINGYU (10/5): 非常值得唷！ - 行前的說明完整、環境維護的非常整潔！家中設備齊全，餐具、洗碗精、刀子、洗衣精、打掃用的手持吸塵器、還有很夠冰的冰箱！地點離各站約走5-10分鐘，最讚的是走路5分鐘就有一個Life超市；營業至晚上12點（二樓還有免稅衣物或是用品商品），另外樓間的隔音雖然欠佳（聽得到小孩跑跳嘻笑），但是床鋪非常好睡！ 炎熱八月的冷氣也非常夠力！！浴室也有乾燥模式，可以將洗的衣服當日烘乾！電視可以登入YouTube打造自行觀看的頻道。總之非常推薦喔！ 若要在房間內用餐；建議使用靠門的邊桌，但會無法觀看到電視，稍微不理想但可想見使用概念。

• Firas (1/5): Worst experience in Japan - The room was clean and near to supermarket The location is not really good, not so far from everything but near to nothing. The environment is not interesting. The room is missing some basic equipment (like plug adapter, converter ). The room has very bad isolation, you hear everything from outside and from noisy neighboors. The room is very small, not good for 4 people. Maximum 2 people. No cleaning service, no towel change for several nights.. and for the price paid i think this is not acceptable. The room was missing towel, even if I confirmed before and pay for 3 adults (Price much higher than for 2 adults) it was not correctly prepared, so no shower for one of us (Even if they brought the towel few hours later, the damage was done). Staff is very arrogant, they made several communication mistake. They told us we could leave luggage there, but it was in front the elevator, which is not secured, and is not recommended by several poster in the building. They also forget towel but didnt even apologize and on top of this they talk very bad by message. Hard to contact them after you book, i had to contact Tokyo office through Facebook to reach Osaka manager. For such Price i dont recommend this place, after 3 month in japan and 1 month in Osaka this is my worst experience.

• Cristina (8/5): Great, clean location. - Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The booking code didn't come through immediately so we had to contact the property to enter but once we had the code it was very easy and safe to enter and exit.

• Daniel (10/5): Very good place to stay. Great area, and great quality of furniture and appliances. - I stayed for 35 days. Great area, great room. I am a big guy and the bed was comfortable, the couch was also comfortable. TV was great, has YouTube, Netflix etc. The room has everything you need. Washing machine was great, the shower and the heater in it to help dry your clothes was also very good. A vacuum to keep clean. The fridge is spacious enough to hold groceries to cook for a couple of days. I was really impressed with this stay. There is super market less than 1 minute walk. The fried chicken spot across the street was great with a friendly owner. 4 minutes away there is another market that sells in bulk. 8-10 minute walk to the station. A bunch of temples nearby. Den den town is 8 minutes away. I’m not being paid to say this haha it was a great place to stay. It’s a bit noisy. Trash collecting is every night and comes around 2-5am. Some foreigners can be loud and start yelling. I had an incident where a European foreigner who was staying above me lost his keys or something, so he climbed up the balconies and when he reached my floor he decided to open my window and look inside. Luckily I was laying on the bed and got up quickly. Im a big guy from LA and am not shy of confrontation or fist fight if need be. I opened the sliding door and called the moron out. But I don’t know how it would have gone for someone who is smaller or a girl or kids who was possibly there alone. Make sure to lock your balcony as some foreigners aren’t as smart and don’t have any logic. Other than that this a great place to stay.
• Mohsin (9/5): Excellent location with great facilities - Location was great, had a Life supermarket about 2mins away from the property. Getting to Namba was convenient, about 20mins walk. Facilities included a shower and bathroom, washing machine and kitchen with necessity cutlery. Would've really appreciated if we were given an hour late check out as the check out time is very early at 10am, it should be later
• Noelene (9/5): Superb - We supplied our own breakfast. The residence was in walking distance to the station and main shopping street, also the tower and the zoo. You can see the tower from the balcony which looks great lit up at night. Very comfortable. Good hot water in the bathroom. Would stay again.
