• Espe (4/5): Lots of potential, but overpriced and bad service from managing agent - Great views, great location Flat had a drain stench, warm water didnt work day 1 and continued not to work in en suite bathroom, lift down to car park didnt work, lifts were out of order on last day, security was a joke
• Serena (9/5): Amazing apt, super well equipped - The place is super well equipped and to a high standard, which makes it super comfortable. Right in front of the surfers area - 10m away from Kalk Bay. Safety in building, safe easy parking. Super confortable and charging - highly recommended. The checkout was not a nice experience, at 10am we had a guy ringing the door and the guy was not friendly nor professional - walking into the apartment and pushing us to leave and give him the keys. In any place a 15m or 30m curtesy is always given, but it’s also the way. The person that welcomed us for the checkin (Isaac) was another story - he was super nice and helpful.

• William (10/5): Great outlook for Muizenberg beach. - Great outlook over Muizenberg beach for breakfast and evening drinks. Was hard to find property entrance. Once we were able to park by the round about it was easier to find next to the bakery on the corner.

• Dacus (10/5): Surfer's Corner Penthouse was the perfect setting for the four of us to explore the Cape Town area. - Surfer's Corner Penthouse was warm, comfortable and well-appointed with delightful views of the ocean, the beach and the neighboring hillside. We visited Kirstenbosch gardens, hiked a waterfall trail, discovered Bo' Kaap and District 6 museums, tasted wine at Groot Constantia, marveled at West Coast National Park flowers and wildlife, rode the cable car up Table Mountain, and thoroughly enjoyed the Two Oceans Aquarium. Lunch at the Foodbarn in nearby Noordhoek was the highlight of our culinary adventures. Who knew South Africans were such foodies! I recommend the Karoo lamb and oysters on the half shell. Parking was safe underground, and security tight with biometrics. We enjoyed the gas heater, and electric space heaters, as it was chilly the week we spent on the beach. It was fun watching all the surfers enjoy the waves! Our propane heater ran out of fuel, but our host was quick to replace it. Otherwise, we had zero complaints. We sure did appreciate the hospitality. Even though we did not know how to use the espresso machine, the host kept the instructions and we quickly learned to make delicious flat white coffees every morning.

• Antoinette (9/5): We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return! - Brilliant, brilliant location with a fabulous balcony and a well equipped kitchen. Bedding - sheets were not cotton; duvet was far too heavy for summer.

• Emma (8/5): Great location and apartment - Great location, lovely apartment. We weren’t clear on arrival that we had to wait on someone to arrive with keys once we checked in at security but it didn’t take long. Despite having a crying baby (after a 24 hr journey) and lots of luggage, the two staff who checked us in were reluctant to help us with a bag but eventually did when it was clear we were really struggling and then were rude to the cleaning staff who were coming out of the apartment as we went in. Extra charge for travel cot.
