• Marieke (5/5): Mwah - De accommodatie zag er netjes uit. Er lagen niet op elke slaapkamer extra dekens. Er was totaal geen raamverduistering. Hierdoor werd ik heel vroeg wakker omdat de hele slaapkamer verlicht was. De ligging van het appartement is niet goed. Je kunt lopend nergens naartoe en het strand tegenover het appartement is vies en totaal niet aantrekkelijk om op te zitten of te zwemmen. Meteen naast het appartement ligt een hele drukke weg. De persoon die in de slaapkamer ligt aan die kant heeft er erg veel last van. Er rijdt dag en nacht enorm luidruchtig verkeer
• Lindsay (9/5): Lovely property, helpful hosts - The accomodation surpassed our expectations. It was airy, clean and tastefully decorated. They provided camping chairs and beach mats which was helpful. Kanta and Dan are excellent hosts and very friendly and easy to communicate with. The cleaner came every 2/3 days to change the sheets and sweep the floor etc... The apartment is on a beach road which was a much busier and noisier road than we had anticipated with a lot of buses running along it. This meant sitting on the balcony in the evening was not as peaceful as we had hoped. Although there are no buildings between the apartment and the sea there is not a sea view because of trees. The apartment is advertised as air-conditioned. There is an air con unit in each bedroom so sleeping was fine but the main open plan living area is not air conditioned. We didn't plan to use the pool so it wasn't a problem for us but it is located in the carpark and so not particularly appealing.
• Margarida (10/5): Wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back! - We absolutely loved the apartment and the time we spent there. It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and perfectly located right next to the beach, as well as restaurants and small supermarkets. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our gin and tonic and beer with some peanuts on the amazing balcony, which offers a very pleasant view of the sea and the surrounding area, truly special! The reception was excellent, wi the a very friendly welcome and a clear explanation of all conditions, which made everything easy from the start. Nothing to point out. Everything was great!

• Geen (10/5): - ✨房东很好，联系沟通很及时。 ✨自驾院子内可停车，坐公交57路直达。 ✨三房四床两卫大横厅，可住6人。 ✨出门过马路就是海滩🏖️，房东还给准备了沙滩毛巾、沙滩凉席和户外折叠椅。 ✨出门右转就是海景餐厅，量足味美。直走还有其他各类餐厅和club~ ✨出门左转5分钟就是超市和纪念品商店，买东西回来自己做饭也方便~ ✨院子里有独立的游泳池，很方便~ ✨房子装修很漂亮，家电很全，非常好！ 热水供应不是特别稳定，大家集中洗澡需要时间间隔。另外，因为客厅只有一个风扇，所以做饭时在厨房有点热，但房子真的很舒服！！下次我们还要来这里！！

• Gérald (9/5): De magnifiques vacances - La situation géographique est parfaite, l'appartement est très bien équipé, à proximité de commerces, une vue sur la plage de flic en flac magnifique. Le propriétaire est très serviable et disponible pour toutes questions, Le petit truc en plus, c'est la passage de la femme de ménage tous les 2-3 jours pour le remplacement des draps et serviettes. En un mot, tout était génial, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous reviendrons certainement sur Maurice et manquerons pas de vérifier les disponibilités de ce logement. Rien, tout était parfait !

• Paul (10/5): Excellent holiday stay in a very pleasant seaside town. - The apartment faces the beach (across the road), with good swimming. The swimming is protected by a reef. The building also has a swimming pool. Next door is a good restaurant (no alcohol) serving Indian cuisine, and offering take-aways. It closes at 21:30, so there is no late night noise. There is secure parking at the back. The apartment has three good sized bedrooms, and is spacious. It is reasonably well equipped and everything works. The beds are comfortable. The host provides cleaning three times a week, and a change of linen. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The lighting is good. The internet works. All in all, it is the best value property I have rented for a holiday. A dishwasher would have been a welcome addition. But it is hard to see where you could put one, as the kitchen is a relatively small space.
• Rokas (6/5): Hoped it would be better - Location is great as ocean is near, parking is available, spending late evenings in balcony is nice. Sewage smell under kitchen sink, whole apartment smells unpleasantly. Beds aren't comfortable as mattresses are super soft and either old or poor quality. Lack of hot water and water pressure. Cleanliness issues as we found hairs of others and toilets needed cleaning.
• Maryam (10/5): Excellent accommodation close to beach - The property is in an excellent location opposite the Flic en Flac Beach and next to the popular Zub Express Restaurant. Local Shops and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. The apartment is tastefully decorated - true to the pictures- with light, modern, aesthetic vibes and an excellent choice of naturally inspired furniture. The property has secure gated entrances at the front and back, and a well lit private parking area. Dan was responsive to all communications and attended to any needs that arose during our stay. I’d recommend the apartment and would love to stay again should I visit Flic en Flac.

• Andrew (10/5): This apartment is great value for money accommodation - The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There is an excellent restaurant next door serving Indian or Chinese food to either eat in or take away. The beautiful beach is a ‘stones throw’ away across the road, its clean and well maintained with area to sunbathe or sit in the shade of the pine trees. Dan could not have done enough to make our stay perfect . Thank you

• Brian (8/5): Great location in comfortable 3-bedroom unit - Great location across the street from the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and bars along the beach front street. The host was very responsive. The unit has everything you need for basic stay. Nice balcony for relaxing outside with a drink. I would definitely recommend this property. There were some pesky ants in the kitchen even without food being left out.
• Joseph (8/5): Very good - Dan was very pleasant. I made a mistake and booked the condo for 2 people and 4 of us turned up. He allowed us to upgrade to 4 free of charge and made up the extra room for us. It was a small gesture from him, but meant a lot to us.

Dan was very accommodating and arranged fresh beach towels upon our request, the apartment was cleaned every second day, the Aircons in the bedrooms were lifesavers after a long hot day out on the beach and we were even given a surprise Christmas gift. Our family had a wonderful and very memorable vacation. Thanks Dan. The living area/lounge is extremely hot and the one fan just doesn’t do much. The restaurant next door gets a bit noisy as well as the beach parties. Need more pillows on the beds too!

Great location, with views of the beach, and a short walk across the road to get to it. Lovely Indian restaurant next door and within easy reach of shops and other restaurants. All good.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, although a bit loud at night in the bedroom facing the street. The facilities were great, fully equipped kitchen. Dan and his wife were very nice people, available to accommodate even our early departure. A bit noisy, since it’s facing the ocean-front street - but this is also incredibly beautiful and very convenient. Just cross the street and you have the beach at your feet.

It was easy enough to walk to restaurants and the beach. The furniture was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Suggest having an aircon in the main living area as can become quite warm being on the top floor (Potentially could invest in solar power to reduce operating costs).

The apartment is really comfortable, very tidy and clean. Close to everything in the west coast, the beach is in the other side of the road and with 20 min walk (or 2 bus stops) there is the central of the village with one of the best beaches in Mauritius. Also shops, ATM and good fast food trucks. Very next to the apartment there is an exclusive restaurant with Indian and Chinese cuisine, really delicious - we were there more times for dinner. The accommodation is highly recommended! N/A

The swimming pool is not very cozy, we did not use it, but I guess it's nicer to go to the beach anyway... We thought the flat would be closer to the town center. It's a bit of a walk...

It´s very noticeable that every little detail in the apartments is thought out by the owner to ensure your comfort. Two bathrooms, a veranda where you can dine, a one-minute walk there is an excellent restaurant with reasonable prices, and of course the ocean which is right outside your window. You just have to cross the road and you are already on the beach. A huge living room where there was a Christmas tree on the eve of the holiday. We definitely recommend this place. All was good

• Anja (9/5): Very modern, beautiful and lovely apartment. - We stayed on 6 locations on the island - allmost the same price - and this was by far the most modern, clean and nicest place. It was really a wonderfull and luxurious apartment. (but the only one not right at the beach). The road in front is noisy in the afternoon - but allmost no traffic in the night so that is fine. A bit fare from most of the foodstands on the beach and most of the restaurants. But you can walk approx 10 min.
• Cecilia (10/5): Great 😊 - The apartment was right on the beach, it was spacious and clean. It has all the amenities we needed. There are supermarkets close by - so great location. We did walk down the road to Wolmar beach for swimming, as we found it a little better than the water right opposite the apartment. However, we did see lots of people swim there during the day, so it is possible. The host couple Dan and Kanta were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They went above an beyond our expectations for us to have a great stay. We liked everything!

• Trishana (10/5): Gorgeous, comfy beach house. - Everything, the apartment in spacious and comfortable and directly on an amazing beach. They supplied tea and coffee and all required cleaning reagents. The beds were very comfortable. There were games and towels including beach towels provided. There were restaurants and street food vendors within walking distance of the apartment. There were very little bedding on the beds, just 1 small throw for 2 people which is simply not enough.

Unavailability of warm water to bathe for more than 2-3 mins due to a small geyser in kitchen that provides for both baths 2. Off loading heavy suitcases by stairs from floor 2 to ground, there’s no lift.. think only if this is mentioned in the property description I would have probably ignored it.
