- Билјана (4/5): - The cleaning lady was very polite. The landlord however on a sunday woke us up with a drilling machine fixing something in the apattment next to ours and was going on for another couple of hours.Wouldn't take our calls nor respond messages.

- Paul Georg (5/5): Insgesamt ok, weil die Lage optimal ist. Wohnung war nicht überteuert, aber einige Defekte. - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Nähe zu S-Bahnhof und U-Bahnhof. Der Straßenlärm, Duschtür war kaputt, Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Stühle sind Stolperfallen.
- Yen (10/5): - Зручне розташування – неподалік від метро. Тихий, спокійний район. Багато магазинів поруч. Чисте, охайне приміщення. Маленький недолік – пані, що зустрічала, не знає англійської. Перейшла зі мною на російську. Я не знаю російську мову.
- Manuel (4/5): Nicht noch mal !!! - Wenn man etwas positives über diese Wohnung sagen will, dann das es ein ruhiges Haus ist und die Lage für uns gut war! Alles alt und abgerockt, TV defekt, stinkt im Hausflur.

- Daria (2/5): расположение - единственное, что можно считать плюсом данного объекта проживания. персонал и чистота желают оставлять лу - понравилось расположение было грязно, нам рассказывали, раньше нельзя заехать, ибо уборка (никто особо не убирал. сами в итоге пылесосили, перемывали посуду), также в квартире присутствуют муравьи
