• Ivan (1/5): bad stay , no recommendation. 54 Euro for cleaning of the room and the room was dirty - Subject: Complaint Regarding Stay – Misleading Charges and Poor Experience Dear [Booking.com / Property Manager's Name], I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was not as advertised, and there were several issues that I feel must be addressed: Access to the Apartment: I had to call multiple times before someone finally provided the password and opened the entrance door. This caused significant inconvenience. The person always hanged and closed the phone when we called him . It is happen several times. Other Occupants Present: There were other people staying in the apartment, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. This was unexpected and unacceptable. Unpleasant Smell: The apartment smelled strongly of cooked food and garlic upon arrival, which made the stay uncomfortable. Cleaning Fee: We were charged €54 for cleaning, which was not disclosed clearly on the Booking.com listing. This fee only became visible after payment was completed. This lack of transparency is misleading and feels like an overcharge. I find this experience to be highly disappointing and not in line with what was promised at the time of booking. I kindly request a review of the cleaning fee and a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
• Margulis (1/5): If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't it. - The location is close to the airport It's basically one step up from a hostel. They just converted a condo into separate spaces so you have your own bedroom but share the rest of the place. One of the other people staying there had a dog which I didn't know was allowed. I'm allergic and I had to leave, so I didn't even sleep here. I really wish I could get my money back.
• Adina-stefania (6/5): ok, but no recommended - - Spacious room, close to bus station and supermarket - The host was very slow to respond to messages, making communication quite difficult. The night before I arrived I had no check-in details at all, I had to call Customer Service - Cleanliness needs improvement - The towels were stained - There was no soap for washing hands and no holder for toothbrushes - The bed sheets were stained and the blanket had no cover, which is not hygienic - There was no towel rack in the bathroom; the only option was to place them on the radiator

Very clean suite with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen with adequate equipment for those, who want to cook. A special huge thank you to Enrico for introducing me to authentic, delicious Bolognese culture. I can only recommend this place. Until next time! Nothing to complain everything was perfect!

• Angela (9/5): Stay 2 people 5 days in Bologna - Quiet, clean location. Easy access to the building and the apartment at any time. Equipped kitchen, if you want to cook. Nearby: train station, bus station, gas station, grocery store, a cafe where you can have breakfast. The location is quiet, but the building has bad sound insulation. We had quiet roommates and it was not a problem. (The apartment has 3 rooms and the common space with the kitchen.) We would have liked to receive hygiene products for 2 people. An additional towel rack in the bathroom would be useful.

Destination, hard to find in the evening, walls are thin. Also I did not expect that kitchen is shared. Bad connection to the city centre by bus, only possible by taxi or waiting forever.

There is public transport directly to the city center and also you will be pretty close to the Ducati museum and factory. We recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Bologna.

• Bram (7/5): Good - The owner we never saw but communicated everything by txt which feels strange. But he was friendly and answered quickly. The room and bathroom itself was clean and all brand new. Good tv and real good WiFi. It was hard to find the location of the Appartement, and gave us quite some stress… and all areas you must enter with codes. There are three rooms and we booked 2, you have to share the general kitchen with total strangers what we did not like so much. The third room was booked by other people and they also couldn’t find the place easily bcs they noticed us when we arrived from the city I could help them out… he called it escape room and was not happy it was so hard to find and get in. And the fact you share a kitchen and fridge next to all the stairs you have to walk up 3 stories with your luggage… we were not real satisfied.
