Guest Reviews
- Nathan (9/5): Short but sweet stay in Rome. - The apartment was great, good location and easy access to local convenience stores, restaurants, attractions. Quiet street with plenty of charm, apartment was tastefully done and embraced its heritage whilst feeling contemporary and well appointed. Francesco greeted us on site at arrival and provided a tour of the apartment which was helpful. The apartment has a courtyard which is easily accessed and can imagine through the warmer months would be another great location to sit and soak up the surroundings. Be mindful that the latch on the door at the entry to the complex can become stuck at times and requires a little jiggle to dislodge so you can lock the door behind you. Minor issue really...
- Geoff (6/5): A nice apartment in a great location - Great location, 2 minute walk to Cavour Metro, quiet neighbourhood, lots of nice restaurants nearby, great sized rooms, warm throughout and a nice layout. The toilet in the main bathroom didn't work after the first flush, the shower curtain needed replacing as it was discoloured, the shower handle in the main bathroom came off, the light under the cupboards in the kitchen didn't work, the wall light in the kitchen was loose, the kitchen chairs were wobbly and felt like they would collapse when you leant back, there was only one wine glass in the kitchen, the bin mechanism under the sink didn't work, there was a smell of damp in the master bedroom and en-suite, the bed sheets didn't fit properly, there was no soundproofing from the apartment above who had a small baby so we could hear it crying, and the terrace needed weeding. If all these things were fixed, it would be a lovely apartment.
- Risto (10/5): Super location - Top location. Nice and big rooms. Terrace in summer. Water pressure in Rome is changing. During the peak time was shower problematic. I suggest to keep some sugar in the kitchen.
