Waar wij verbleven was mijn inziens de B-locatie. De Check-in was aan de overkant van de drukke weg op ca 200 meter in een ander complex . Daar wa ook een serieus zwembad voor volwassenen met bar en alle voorzieningen die je bij een hotel verwacht. Overpriced locatie

• Lenore (8/5): Good clean hotel with excellent staff - Family run, quaint decor, very clean, excellent/friendly staff (especially Cherish & Blanca), great locations High resort fee ($38 per night) & extra $10 per night per person over 2 people can add up-In rooms that sleep 4 (ie 2 beds) unsure why this is charged
• Karen (7/5): Odd set up - The room was comfortable. The registration staff were very pleasant. The TV turned on but we couldn’t figure out how to tune get any channels. We called the desk & they said they’d send someone, but never did. Also, registration was not on the premises, it was 2 blocks away, which we didn’t find out until after we parked.
• ERIN (7/5): Basic but comfortable and well located - Location is great, while dated the rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the price. Liked that we were able to access all the facilities for the multiple sites, I.e pool and a section of the beach with beds and loungers for guests. The best thing for me was the deck at the back of the property where we managed to see wild dolphins within metres of us (twice!) while sunbathing. I would described this place as relatively basic, it’s not luxurious, but we knew that given the pricing. The property decor is a little dated, the rooms are a little small and the location we stayed in was noisy at times (we were ground floor so could hear traffic / people walking by / the room upstairs) Ok our final night our aircon was also quite noisy too.

My 97 yr old mom couldn't get into the bathroom with her walker because for was too narrow! It was an ok try for esthetics if that was the remodel. The pictures on the wall are awful. Very uncomfortable

The air conditioner on our first room was under repair and they quickly moved us to another room. The second room didn’t have any nice views but was ample big. It feels a bit dated in the bathroom.

My room was right next to the loud street on the ground floor, which was a bit loud until midnight. I was also not the biggest fan of the windows on the ground floor next to the street and where people walked, but I think this was just because I was traveling alone.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - The room was great and the view was beautiful. We checked in Christmas eve early afternoon and planned on staying until the day after Christmas. We went to dinner at Rum Fish around 5 Christmas eve and had a great dinner. Later that night sadly my husband became very sick and started vomiting by 11 pm on Christmas eve. This continued into Christmas day so we decided to leave a day early and get him home. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to checking out the St Pete Pier and we had tickets to the Enchanted Village at Tropicana Park. Was a horrible couple of days.

• Melissa (6/5): Pricy for an efficiency motel room - Sheldon and housekeeping were great. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Nice view. Tiny room, not sufficient computer work area, rough old towels and only 2, cheap brick pillows. only one side table so you have to reach over your company to access cell phone, chargers etc . weak shower pressure. Thin ceilings, upstairs guests kept us up till 4am. lots of annoying signs. Pet area was not great and no poop bags refilled. Extremely difficult to watch local channels. No ESPN. another guest’s Amazon account still logged on. depressing lighting for a “boutique” with Don Cesar prices. conditioner dispenser contents look unappealing for something you would put in your hair. just a motel with beach access. certainly not boutique.
• Jamel (10/5): I WILL BE RETURNING - the staff was amazing very helpful , fast responding to my needs , they were very welcoming from the staff that checked me in I believe his name was tyrel to the young man who came immediately after I let them know my tv wasn’t working and fixed the problem who name I think was Sheldon ( I could be wrong) who felt like I was talking to a old friend who also gave me a free late check out I really appreciated that it was very clean and comfortable also quiet and relaxing I rented the penthouse it’s spacious with all the amenities to kick back relax and enjoy THANK YOU BAYVIEW WATER RESORTS

• Bruce (10/5): Unique and lovely - We arrived off hours and there was an envelope with a welcoming note and instructions. It is a unique hotel and very lovely in its way. We were at work, so no time to really enjoy it, but for someone on vacation, ask for the room facing the water as it just looks adorable. Not a concern, but you have to go to another hotel from the group across the street, about a block down. So, at first, it was a little confusing. Despite, we will definitely stay again.

• R0cke (9/5): Great option in St. Pete Beach area - The location was great. The room had a full kitchen which was convenient. I appreciated their room service policy. Staff was always willing to answer any questions I had. The bathroom felt a little cramped, wished the shower water could have gotten a little hotter, and not a fan of low flow toilets. But these are little inconveniences and I did like staying overall.

Old furniture. Extra charges to clean the room that wasn't advertised and was posted on the refrigerator.
