• Julia (10/5): - Super geräumige Unterkunft, waren zu 8. dort. Tolle Ausstattung, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Lage top, weil nicht direkt in der Stadt aber mit dem Bus oder Uber in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Matic war sehr zuvorkommend. Hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und sogar vorher für das Frühstück für uns eingekauft, damit wir das nicht mehr vor Ort machen mussten. 10/10 Erfahrung.
• Krugehe (8/5): Sehr ruhiges grosse komfortable Wohnung mit sehr schönem Balkon mit Blick auf einen Wald. - Das Wohnzimmer und der teilweise überdachte Balkon mit Blick auf eine bewaldeten Hügel. Sehr ruhige Lage. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 5 km, die man mit dem Bus fahren kann oder aber man nimmt sich ein Uber Taxi für 6-8 Euro. Das historische Stadtzentrum von Ljubeljana es .sehr sehenwert. Der Gastgeber sprach sehr gutes Englisch und war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit..Zwei Parkplätze standen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.. Die Anwohner waren nicht sehr freundlich. Einige Betten war sehr schmal..
• Dorothee (10/5): Schöner Kurztripp mit Freunden - Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt ca. 15 Min. Matic ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, freundlich ,immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit mit Informationen und Tipps.

• Laura (10/5): Magnífica. - Todo: el espacio, la comodidad de camas y almohadas, la tranquilidad del barrio, ... El dueño es muy agradable. Nos gustó todo. Sólo pondría cortinas en la bañera para evitar que se salga el agua al utilizarla como ducha.
• Viktoria (10/5): - Čistý a veľký apartmán na výbornom mieste so súkromným parkoviskom. Ústretový majiteľ bytu, ktorý nám všetko poukazoval a vysvetlil. Krásny výhľad z terasy na les a do záhrady, tichá lokalita. Apartmán je kompletne vybavený všetkým potrebným, blízko nákupné možnosti, autobusová zastávka, napojenie na diaľnicu. S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojní.

• Dejan (10/5): Top! - Smještaj je top. Veselimo se ponovnom dolasku u Ljubljanu.
• Irena (10/5): Čisto, komforno, lijepo, super opremljeno! Ocjena 10! - Objekt je fantastičan. Veliko, komforno, čisto. Tri kupatila s puno ručnika, toaletog papira i svim ostalim (sapuni, regeneratori i losioni za ruke i tijelo). Udobni kreveti. Opremljeno sa svim aparatima plus kafe Krups, mikrovalna pećnica, sve za kuhanje, perilica, sušilica, veliki televizor u dnevnom boravku, jako lijep i velik balkon. Parking odmah ispred objekta. U apartmanu je bilo 10 vrsta čajeva, kava, svi začini i ostale potrepštine za kuhanje, plus društvene igre, razne knjige...Domaćin je drag i bio je na raspolaganju za sve što je potrebno, sa savjetima i preporukama gdje kvalitetno pojesti i što obavezno posjetiti u Ljubljani. Nemam niti jednu zamjerku.

• Franz (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns beim freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Hausherren. - Einstieg in Buslinie 7 direkt vor der Haustür, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, geräumiger Aufenthaltsraum und Balkon Hat alles gut gepasst, einzige Anmerkung: Im oberen Badezimmer ist das Wasser beim Waschbecken schlecht geronnen und die Dusche wurde sehr langsam oder gar nicht warm. Ansonsten alles TOP!

• Irina (9/5): - We had a pleasent stay in Matic appartment. The rooms are good size, the kitchen was well equipped. The living room a decent size for our group. The appartment is clean and host very helpful. Is located in a very quiet part of the town near the park. I recommend it! The bathroom's need an update. The main bedroom needs an closet or some kind of wardrobe.

• Tapio (10/5): Top apartment - The Apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was very forthcoming. The connection to the city centre was good. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a nightmare trip, arriving very late to the apartment which Matic handled with grace Apartment: we are a family with 4 adult daughters. There was more than enough space. This was the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in – truly a home from home. Parking was an added bonus Location: Brilliant location. The walk to the centre of Ljubljana is around 45 minutes. You can go along the main road or through the park (which is a much more pleasant route). Otherwise the bus (#7 if I remember) stops outside and drops you 5 mins from the centre for 1.30 euro The flat below was being renovated. Nothing Matic could do, just a circumstance of timing. it is finished now

It was hot- only air conditioning in living/dining room, and upstairs bedroom. Also it was on the second floor, with no elevator.

We found basic stuff like tea, coffee etc to get us started. The private chef service was an additional treat on our holiday. Serving us an amazing array of Slovenian foods. The service was impeccable.

Good connection to the city center and in a quiet location. Highly recommended. Second floor without elevator, a bit hard when carrying up the luggage. Nothing else to notice!

Clean, super equipped, nice glasses for cocktails, funny board games, we even had ice in the refrigerator (best thing you could wish for after a long ride with a lot of warm drinks). The host waited for our late check in, he was super nice, and gave us super useful tips and recommendations. Super comfy beds, 3 nice bathrooms, parking place for free right in front, super safe for the cars (there is a barrier), we were right next to the bus station, very nice surroundings and quiet neighborhood too. I would definitely come back here!

There is a really big kitchen, many cooking spase, towels, napkins, dishes, beverages, basically there is more stuff then you need😁 Also, there are many bedrooms and restrooms, everything is really clean and new, and all the rooms were quite warm. Overall 10/10! Everyone of our company complemented the house🥰 About the owner: a very hospitable man, he always responded quickly to messages, in general, communication was really pleasant and chill, no complications at all. Im already willing to return to this place!
