Vesna (5/5): Konnte viel besser sein…saubera!!! - Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung! Erholsam! Schade das einen…so schöne Wohnung nicht richtig gepflegt und sauber ist!!! Badezimmer war in schlechtem Zustand so wie dass niemand länger nicht geputzt hat! Ich finde das nicht in Ordnung! Ich müsste zuerst einkaufen gehen…Putzmittel kaufen und putzen…nicht lustig!!! Mit Küchengeräten war auch nichts besser,ich habe keine Lust gehabt etwas zu kochen was ich normalerweise gerne mache! Alte Bettwäsche,Badetücher…keine Reserve ( für 12 Tage sollte schon was drin sein) Wir war vor halbes Jahr im neben Haus….Kleinere Wohnung aber so sauber …jeden Tag konnte man frische Handtücher bekommen… Leider wir waren nicht zufrieden dieses Mal…☹️

Becky (9/5): Moderne Unterkunft - Moderne Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber stimmig und praktisch ausgestattet. Es gab einen Waschtrockner, eine Spülmaschine und Tabs für beides wurden auch in geringer Zahl zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Komplex gibt es ein Spa und Fitness, welches man gegen Aufpreis benutzen kann. Es gab kein Küchentuch, um auch mal etwas fix per Hand abzuwaschen und zu trocknen. Zudem ist die Dusche nicht dicht. Nach dem Duschen hat sich eine große Pfütze seitlich gebildet.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie gewohnt blitzsauber und überzeugt durch eine wirklich gehobene Ausstattung, die man für diesen fairen Preis selten findet. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter – ein super netter Mensch, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Da einfach alles stimmt, war ich nun schon das zweite Mal hier und habe für Mai bereits das dritte mal gebucht. Absolute Empfehlung!“ Kein Parkplatz ohne zu Zahlen. Und die Bettdecken ein wenig dünn,für diese Jahreszeit.

Hristina (10/5): Perfect for the purpose of our trip and more - We booked this apartment based on the location - it was important to us to be next to the nearby tennis courts, as we were there for a tennis tournament. Once we arrived, we discovered the location was even more convenient than we hoped for - extremely close to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, beach, city center, etc.. everything was walking distance and we loved it!! The host was very helpful and responsive, the check in instructions were right on the dot! Definitely will visit again in the future! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us! None

Daniela (10/5): Super schöne saubere Unterkunft in einer traumhaften Anlage - Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Alles war Top sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Netflix etc. vorhanden. Sogar ein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war da. Alles in allem eine sehr klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder! Das einzige was mir gefallen hätte wäre vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Deko oder eine Pflanze im Wohnzimmer oder ein gemütliches Licht. Das würde das Wohnzimner etwas gemütlicher machen. Das aber nur am Rande das soll nicht als Kritik empfunden werden. Es war trotzdem schön!

Ralf (10/5): Jederzeit wieder - Sehr moderne Anlage mit aktueller Technik und extrem gepflegter Gartenanlage. Das Appartement ist sehr schön geschnitten mit Aussicht auf den schönen Gaten. Bei Fragen hat das Management "Sea View Rentabilität & Sales" sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Das ist keine Kritik sondern positive Anregung! Man könnte die Küchenutensilien wie Tassen, Besteck usw mengenmäßig deutlich erhöhen. Ein preiswerter Staubsauger wäre zur Reinigung der Wohnung ebenfalls nicht schlecht. Ein weiterer günstiger Fernseher im Schlafzimmer wäre dann der Punkt auf dem i.
undine (7/5): - Dafür, dass die Anlage sehr neu ist (2 Jahre) war das Bad schon ziemlich schmutzig. Hat man aber mit einem guten Schwamm fast alles sauber bekommen. Das war aber nicht mein Part. Ich hätte gern das Appartement zwischen durch gereinigt. Der vorhandene Wischmop sah aber nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig aus. Auch konnte der angekündigte Innenpool nicht benutzt werden? Man kam nicht rein. Nur das Haus 7, wir waren im Haus 5 und hatten keinen Zutritt. Das geht gar nicht. Genauso der Fitnessraum. Also waren wir schon sehr enttäuscht.

Man hätte zumindest eine Decke oder ein Tuch drüber hängen können. De Kochtöpfe die auf den Kochplatten tanzten. weil sie völlig krumm und schief waren.
Thomas (8/5): Dentaprime-Aufenthalt 2 Wochen - Lage Toll, leichter Zugang zum Appartement, Wlan hervorragend, im Haus kein Lärm durch andere Bewohner, netter Gastgeber. Wegen des nahegelegenen Fußballplatzes war von morgens bis 22h Lärm, so dass der Balkon leider nicht nutzbar war. Es fehlte eine Microwelle und ein Tisch vor der Couch im Wohn/Essbereich.

Очень мало посуды (одна сковородка, и маленькая кастрюля) - если жить день-два, то нормально, если более длительное время, то придется много всего докупать самостоятельно. Нет средств для уборки, а протекает душевая кабина, и убрать воду было нечем, нет губок, средств для мытья посуды

Духовка оказалась грязной, пришлось помыть. Постельное белье можно было бы обновить. В душевой кабинке в швах оказалась плесень. А в стиральной машине остатки грязи. Эта информация для тех кто убирает номера, а не для общего пользования читателей. Несмотря на эти недостатки мы довольны отдыхом. Спасибо.

Dessislava (9/5): Highly reccommended for a relaxing and comfortable seaside holiday away from noise and crowds. - The best feature of this property is the amazing gardens on site. An obviously talented landscape designer has done a great job, arranging a wide variety of beautiful flowers, bushes, vegetation and trees. It creates a lovely, fresh and tranquil atmosphere throughout the entire complex. The other notable feature is the swimming pool. Elevated above ground level with constantly circulating crystal clear water, it is a perfect place for relaxation and coolness on hot days. Clean surrounding area and deck chairs, the surrounding vegetation and the lack of crowds contribute to the overall pleasant experience. The bedroom in our flat, if a bit small, was comfortable enough. There was a slight leakage from the shower cabin, which we had to mop after every shower. The anti-mosquito nettings needed a proper clean. The electrical kettle had limestone sediments on the bottom, but it was instantly replaced by the friendly and accommodating manager, Dragomir.

vsilvia07 (10/5): - Facilitățile sunt extraordinare. Am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit. Totul foarte modern și bine îngrijit. Am găsit magazine și restaurante la câteva minute de mers pe jos. Ne-a plăcut și parcarea subterana, e foarte ușor de accesat.

Only real negative was sleep broken and could not get used to the temperature air con too loud to have on in bedroom. I had best sleep in Plovdiv last night with proper bed sheets and quiet air con.

Elitsa (10/5): Exceptional - Probably the best property we have stayed so far at the Bulgarian Black Sea. New, comfortable, enough space, very clean, super friendly host. We asked for a baby crib and we received a proper wooden bed that was so comfy for my baby to sleep in for 7 nights, also a high chair, and this made our stay so much easier. I had no problem cooking for my baby, everything I needed was available, well stocked kitchen with appliances. The whole complex was gorgeous and so well maintained, very close to the beach too. We left so happy and relaxed, could not be better value for money Noting, loved everything!

Katherine (8/5): Very good - Perfect location if you are visiting for beach or spa. Complex has a nice territory, green and very clean, quiet area. Few min away are grocery store, pharmacy and cozy bakery and Italian restaurant. Host was responsive and met us at the location on time. We booked 2 apartments for identical price however quality of apartments was very different, one was way better equipped, with nicer furniture, bigger kitchen, etc. It is very difficult to find any spot nearby to park, so the host is charging extra for parking in the underground parking per car per night and it was quiet expensive altogether so we decided to park only one car there. Check out is at 10am latest which is very early however we managed to agree on a later checkout for one of the apartments.

You even have a washing machine and dryer, made travelling much easier for us. Host was very helpful and checking on us. We will definitely come back, thanks for the great time here!

A/C for heating and cooling was great. Kitchen was functional as well - it would be helpful to have a 2nd pot though, to cook pasta and sauce at the same time 😉).
