• Sharon (10/5): Absoluut een aanrader, heerlijk rustig - Erg fijn verblijf gehad tijdens de kerstperiode. Het appartement was in werkelijkheid zelfs mooier dan op de foto’s. Super groot eigen terras. De check-in was heel handig en flexibel, wat prettig was met aankomsttijden rond de feestdagen. Alles was bij aankomst netjes en schoon, en de bedden lagen heerlijk. De host reageerde snel en was erg behulpzaam bij vragen. De omgeving is ideaal: binnen enkele minuten ben je bij de supermarkt, leuke restaurants en het centrum. Absoluut een aanrader, hier komen we zeker nog eens terug! Het had warmer kunnen zijn en langer mogen duren 😉
• Mike (10/5): Top booking! - Over het algemeen was het totaalplaatje erg fijn, het appartement was erg schoon, de bedden lagen heerlijk en de voorzieningen waren top. Het appartement ligt in een zeer mooie omgeving en heeft een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het grote dakterras. Er heerst een prettige rust en met een stukje lopen of de auto ben je zo bij de zee. Het plaatsje Estepona is geweldig, heerlijk eten met een charmant authentieke sfeer! Zeer leuk om te wandelen en verkennen. Ook vonden we de sleutel ophalen bij een vast punt erg prettig aangezien we dit op een naar ons geschikt tijdstip konden doen. De verhuurder reageert snel en is erg behulpzaam. Wij gaan hier zeker naar terug! Geen minpunten behalve dat de tijd zo snel ging!
• Sav (2/5): Would definitely not stay here again. - Pools were nice & apartment was pretty modern. 1. Extremely confusing check-in process The property does not allow direct check-in, instead, you must collect the keys from a separate location whose address is inconsistently listed online. The address you put into Maps didn’t lead us there, and we found it very difficult to locate. You are also expected to drop the keys back here for checkout, which we had to pay for additional Ubers to do this. 2. No flexibility for early arrivals Although check-in is expected between 4–8 pm, it can be pushed as late as 8 pm depending on cleaning schedules. With zero luggage storage or facility access beforehand, an early flight meant we were stuck waiting in the hot sun with our bags, effectively wasting the day. 3. Apartment wasn’t ready at arrival & also difficult to locate. The address on booking.com doesn’t lead to the exact apartment but the block of apartments. The apartment itself took over an hour to find. When we finally reached the apartment, it hadn’t been cleaned—the prior guests’ mess remained, and we were told cleaners hadn’t yet arrived. So, we waited again before access was granted. 4. Inadequate supplies and inconvenient location In the apartment, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and only two bottles of water were provided for four guests, clearly not enough. I understand this is self catered but more than 2 bottles would’ve been nice considering there were absolutely no nearby shops for essentials like water or snacks; everything required driving. This stay ruined our holiday, everything was difficult, location was terrible, and the lack of service and amenities I don’t think it’s worth the price at all.
