- Angelica (5/5): Una decepción. - Nada. El lugar es un departamento antiguo, a los baños y cocina le faltaba aseo, lavamanos tapado, habitaciónes no tienen calefaccion, una sola estufa para todo el departamento. El lugar donde esta emplazado no es lindo, muy mala relación precio calidad.

- Miguel (5/5): Departamento espacioso, privado y cómodo. - La amplitud del departamento y la privacidad entre dormitorios. La disponibilidad de una terraza (parrilla). La buena presión del agua potable y el funcionamiento del calefon. Mantención regular del departamento (piso flotante, equipamiento de la cocina y de los baños) y limpieza del piso, muebles y otros equipamientos del departamento. Estacionamiento fuera del edificio a unos 200 metros del acceso a la propiedad.
