En una calle y comunidad tranquila, aparcamientos públicos cercanos, cerca del centro y tambien de la playa, a un paso tambien de una estación de tren de cercanias. Acceso facil y directo en una planta baja. Las cortinas del salón. Debería haber una opaca para que frenar la entrada de tanta luz, ya que en verano dará mucha calor. Lo de los candados para la puerta de entrada, no es complicado pero con una cerradura seria mas cómodo.

Квартира находится на достаточном удалении от ночной жизни и спится в ней спокойно. Квартира на нижнем этаже и прямо перед вами бассейн, так что это огромнейший плюс! Кухня полностью укомплектована, холодильник, микроволновка, печь, варочная поверхность, всё исправно. Удобная лоджия , которая особенно хороша по вечерам. Соседи, живущие в комплексе, очень радушны и многонациональны. Если вы приехали с ребёнком, ему будет легко найти компанию) Я смело могу рекомендовать вам это жильё! Расположение кондиционера в спальне для нас было не слишком удобным.
