La douche qui glissait, donc impossible de se doucher correctement en étant grand. Aucune prise à côté du lit, ni d’interrupteur pour la lumière : il fallait se lever pour éteindre ou charger un téléphone.

- moveshadow (10/5): - 隔音比想像中還好，服務人員也都非常親切. 房間雖然小了一點，但床很好睡，環境也維持得很乾淨. 住宿附近餐廳很多，生活機能很方便. 地點也很好，離明洞跟南大門都近，腿力好的話也可步行一段路抵達清溪川廣場、光化門等景點. 整體住宿體驗很不錯，下次還會想再入住！

- Chermenschi (8/5): Passable - Great location, surrounded by restaurants. Rooms tend to be a bit noisy, but we got used to it, as we spent 5 nights in Seoul. Also the fact that the sink and showe are right in the room is a bit unsettling, but we organized easily. The toilets are great. Very clean, too, like the entire Korea :) Rooms tend to be a bit noisy and the shower and sink are in the room (no separate door)

The staff were great! Very friendly & helpful. There were lots of eating places around the motel & a close walk to Myeongdong markets. I didn’t like that the room was small but it was fine. There is a shared lounge area which is nice & you can buy light meals from a cabinet. One suggestion is to have plates & cutlery to use

Common room has comfy seater, coffee and water free of charge They don't have toiletries but not the big deal. Just to keep the price at reasonable level I wish hotel has earlier check in time

- Md Rajib (10/5): A perfectly located, clean, and friendly stay that made exploring Seoul effortless - We stayed at Hotel ShinShin Myeongdong in Seoul and had a wonderful experience. The location is easily the biggest highlight; the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and bus stop, although we never needed public transport because taxis and Uber were very affordable in Seoul. Myeongdong Market is right opposite the hotel, and all the major shopping streets are only a few minutes’ walk away. We didn’t need to take a single taxi to reach any of the main shopping spots. Another huge convenience is that the airport limousine bus stop is only a minute’s walk from the hotel, which made both our arrival and 4.30 AM departure incredibly smooth and stress‑free. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room also had heated flooring, although we didn’t need to use it during our stay — still a nice feature to have. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly choose Hotel ShinShin Myeongdong again on our next visit to Seoul. Highly recommended for its unbeatable location, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Room - had all the necessary things like powerful hair dyer, power point plug and USB C and USB A charger, clean water ok for the price paid.

- Simone Anja (9/5): Great location for discovering the city - The hotel is located right next to the City Hall, making it ideal if you are planning to take a guided tour of the DMZ, as these usually start from City Hall or Myeong-dong stations. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself is quite nice, with a large bed and a bathtub. When we opened the window to get some fresh air, the smell of cooking oil from the restaurant came in instead. The room is also quite expensive, but I suppose Seoul is generally more expensive than other cities in South Korea.

E a localização também é fantástica, perto de Myeongdong e com vários transportes a poucos minutos de distância.

Heaps of restaurants are located in the surrounding streets, and multiple convenience stores are also within walking distance. The rooms are not very big, but as a solo traveller this was fine by me!

The attentive service of the hotel staff added even more to the overall positive impression of the hotel. There is a whole street of restaurants and cafés just around the corner from the hotel.
- Guldana (10/5): We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel! - We liked that the hotel is located in a quiet area, yet there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. It’s also easy to get to Lotte Mall. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive, and they assisted us in arranging a large taxi car. The rooms are not very large, but they are very comfortable. In this area, it’s generally hard to find hotels with spacious rooms, so if having a larger room is important to you, it’s something to keep in mind.

The reception staff and housekeeping team were very polite and attentive. We really enjoyed everything about our stay.

- Jill travels (6/5): Nice clean modern room with uncomfortable beds. - Excellent location, room was clean, modern, good use of space for storage of multiple luggages, separate shower stall with good water pressure and heat. You don't shower in the same space as sink and toilet like how some traditional designs are. Beds are small even for single person use and very uncomfortable cheap mattress to sleep on. You can feel the springs in the mattress. Pillows were too soft, and lack support.

- Quaint Quests (10/5): Exceptional hotel in Seoul - Everything ! A great area, very convenient location and not loud or busy but still lots of amenities, very comfortable rooms, lots of space and great accomodating staff! We will stay again for sure and we are thinking about our next trip already!

- Kate (9/5): Good stay, but check the issues don't bother you - Clean, comfortable, great service to leave luggage before/after checking in/out. Location is ok, but travelling from City Hall subway requires isolated, narrow roads which felt less safe if travelling alone at night. Door to toilet, but no door to shower in the room we had so one person restricted in movement while the other was showering/changing.
