- William (6/5): Unhelpful manager, poor breakfast, breakfast dining room lacked hygiene and was small and cramped - Excellent location next to the railway station. The lack of hand sanitisation in the breakfast dining room was a concern. This issue was compounded by the cramped space in the breakfast dining room, and lack of space between the tables made it difficult to move around. Of the 10 hotels we stayed in Kyushu, the breakfast in this hotel was the worst. The unhelpful manager refused our request for an extra suitcase stand. This was the first hotel in Kyushu where our request was denied.

- MASA (10/5): 有田焼を見て回る旅の拠点に最適 - 有田陶器市に行くため宿泊しました。 武雄温泉駅にほぼ直結していて大変便利なロケーション。一日重い荷物を持って歩き回って駅に着いて、このロケーションと大浴場の存在は本当にありがたかったです。 武雄温泉駅からは有田・上有田駅へは臨時列車もあってか10-15分くらい、博多との間は1時間ちょっとと陶器を見て回る旅の拠点として最適と感じた。 合理的で気兼ねなく過ごせるビジネスホテル的な雰囲気でしたが、ツインの部屋は非常に清潔で隣室の音も気にならず、買ってきた陶器を広げて荷物整理するのに十分な広さでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、色々とご配慮や案内を頂きました。 早朝6:00から大浴場が開いており、6:30から朝食をとって、また朝イチから陶器を見て回ることが出来ました。 次回有田の陶器を見て回る際にも是非宿泊したいと思います。 特になし。

- のりりん (2/5): 食べませんでしたが毎朝ロビーまで続く朝食会場の長蛇の列。最悪の大浴場。もう二度と泊まりません。 - 駅近で良かった。 女性用大浴場が狭過ぎる。たった４つのシャワーブースしかなく、そこに多くの人が入って来て立って待ってるしかない。中国人が場所を取ってそれを子供とか親戚に使わずに為にのかないので困ります。男性浴場はシャワーブースが９個もあってそれも埋まってないって、男女逆にすればどうですか‼️お陰で風邪引きました。

I loved that they have pajamas in various sizes instead of the one-size-fits-all camisole that's usual in Japanese hotels. The bathroom, while tiny, had a surprising number of shelves to put your toiletries which is nice too. And the desk was big. Our room was narrow so the two single beds were sandwiched between the walls. There was a headboard wide enough to put your stuff on, at least.

J'étais dans l'annexe, la vue de la chambre était limitée au toit de la gare

- Wai Man (7/5): Fairly good Onsen Hotel with excellent location - The location is excellent, it's just right outside the JR Station with 1 min walk. The hot spring is nice. The room is a little bit tiny and shabby, and there are some stains on the carpet. The variety of breakfast is less and the taste is just so-so.
