• Marco (8/5): - L' abbinamento dell' antico ( mobili reali di un altra epoca, tipo di impianto elettrico come era d'uso in altri tempi con i fili intrecciati, i lampadari a cristalli pendenti) con il moderno ( climatizzatore, macchina da caffè e cappuccino e tutti gli altri optional attuali a servizio come piano cottura a induzione forno a microonde etc.etc). Complimenti si vede che l' attenzione e la manutenzione è costante!

• Andrii (10/5): Perugia is very beautiful and interesting city - I had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The two-room apartment with a brand-new renovation was just perfect for our vacation. Spacious, bright rooms, modern interior, and elegant Italian furniture created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary, and the convenient layout made us feel right at home. The location is another great advantage, being close to the city center, which made our walks and visits to attractions quick and easy. The secured parking was a big plus — we didn't have to worry about the car. The host was very friendly and responsive. I was completely satisfied and will definitely return on our next trip. Thank you for an excellent stay!
• Laura (10/5): Great as a stopover from Ravenna to Rome! - The host and his assistant were very helpful and welcoming! After helping me into the flat, one of them accompanied me to the nearby fresh market. The flat was quiet and very relaxing. I love the view of the hills from the balcony! The furnishings are beautiful 18C solid wood, crystal, and lace. It's like you get to stay in the room that Grandmother never let you enter. It was all just right!
• Aleksejs (9/5): Value for Money Big Time! - The apartment is located south of the city center on the top floor of a block of flats. There are two big supermarkets a short walk from the apartment. You can have breakfast in a friendly cafe on the ground floor of the twin block of flats. You can either walk to to the train station (in about 20 minutes) or take bus 'R' there from the accommodation. You can also take this bus to the piazza Italia in the historical center of Perugia. The hotel is also within walking distance of the bus station in the piazza Partigiani, from which you can take a Flixbus to Siena or Firenze (Florence). The studio flat (monolocale in Italian) is very well equipped even though I have only made use of the fridge and so cannot comment on the rest of the equipment. The thing I liked most of all about the apartment was the terrace where I had supper every evening: nice views of the hills around Perugia and of the extremely beautiful Umbrian skies at sunset (read Barry Unsworth's After Hannibal before travelling to Umbria). Perugia is a very interesting city to explore (do not omit to visit the abbey of San Pietro!) and also a great place from which to go to such amazing Umbrian hilltop towns as Spello, Orvieto, and, above all, Assisi (do climb the hill to the Rocca Maggiore when there for the great views of the city and of the surrounding plains and mountains). Debora, the lady who picked me up at the train station, was very friendly and spoke very good English. It would be great if toiletries (soap and shampoo) were provided. Also, welcome drinks in the fridge would have been great :)!

• Connor (10/5): Comfortable appartment with a great view and short walk to the old town - We stayed here over Christmas and loved our stay the apartment is small but everything you need is in there! They have a great shower and bathroom and the room is stocked with antique furniture which we enjoyed. The location is outside the walls but only 500m from the city entrance where you get to walk through the old walls. There is a grocery store nearby and the apartment is on the top floor of the building so you have an awesome view. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay was great and the apartment was perfect for us thank you! You should definitely have a talk with the building owner about the elevators though!!! They look like they needed a service
• Cecilia (5/5): Okay for the price. - Its okay for the price but really small and the entrance is weird. The furniture is big for the small space which makes it a little bit uncomfortable and the entrance is really weird.
