- James (2/5): I regret the decision to stay there. - Nothing really pleased me about this visit. The check-in kiosk is great in theory, but didn't work correctly. The AC in the room also did not work correctly and the room was 65° by morning. The room was a very spacious kitchenette, but lacked a coffee maker and I had to get my morning coffee from a dispenser in the lobby. The entire floor of the room had some sort of mild stickiness to it, just enough so that you could hear your shoes peeling off of it as you walk across it. I had three interactions with staff that while not overtly negative, make me miss the days when "hospitality" and a "customer service" attitude were standard. The next time I visit my daughter, I'll probably pay more for a smaller room elsewhere, but it will be clean and comfortable, and have a coffee maker, and we will enjoy our stay.

- Brenda (4/5): Hospitable staff; clean facility; will never stay there again! - Positives: Great location, friendly staff, clean and secure facility. Had to use room key to access the elevator. Minimal needs hotel! Very disappointed with the lack of access to travel needs including an iron, coffee and paper products in the lobby and room such as facial tissue, paper towels, and napkins. Had to use toilet paper to meet health and hygiene needs. This hotel caters to construction workers and long-term residents. This information should be made clear on the website.

- Lacuana (5/5): The stay was fine for the cost. But, I will pay more next time at a different hotel. - It was new Hardwood floors, lobby restrooms locked, it’s a suite with no sofa bed. Little hair on the washcloth that was left on the sink folded with soap on it for use. And before bed I saw a small bug crawling on my pillow.

- Joan (5/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful, There were no curtains and the wide slat blinds didn’t block much of the building and street lights that were just outside the window. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of the day.
- Chloe (1/5): Do NOT book!!!!!!!!! - Do NOT book for this place through booking. Booking.com overbooks and then when you get there they are completely full and can’t accommodate. Neither the hotel nor booking.com was helpful whatsoever in fixing the matter OR helping us find somewhere else to stay since it was a Saturday night outside Nashville and we basically got stranded.

- Kevin Allen (7/5): I really liked the place overall. - It was very spacious. Full size refrigerator staff was friendly you are able to buy a pan set for 20 dollars. I felt secure in building. Dishwasher didn't work. Since there is no shower curtain the floor gets real wet.

- Ashley (1/5): Absolutely will avoid and will not recommend! Horrible experience - Location was good, the fact it was brand new I tight world be good to but that was not what we found. The room we were in reeked of cigarette smoke. I mean headache inducing, vomit inducted stench. All of our belongings still smell like an ashtray 2 days later!! The toilet was clogged, the tv wouldn’t connect to cast properly for us to be able to watch our streaming services. But the worst was the sent, also I don’t think the floor was cleaned at all because when we left I looked and my feet were BLACK from the dirt and smoke from the room.

The room smelled like an animal had been in there previously and it was very humid. also, they advertised a stove top being in the rooms, but they don’t give you any pots/pans/utensils lol. also the self check in kiosk is very horrible. I personally wouldn’t come back.

It had human and animal hairs on the sheets and pillows on both beds. Underneath the kitchen islander/kitchenette had food stains. The washcloths had a strand of hair on several. - Tonya (6/5): - Usually don’t have a problem with this hotel until lately. I checked in late after 10:30pm. Room was half clean. Floor was dirty and had not been swept. Lamp had no lightbulb. Microwave and kitchenette countertops were dirty. Hair was on the wall in the bathroom. There was no remote and blanket. Asked guest services to just give me a broom to sweep myself because it was late and I had already bought my stuff in and, a roach was in the broom. Hotel is fairly new but it’s seems that staff is half doing the work. Note to self, check condition of the room before settling in.

- Anthony (6/5): - The A/C and shower were great. The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The blankets were super thin, so you’ll need to bring something else to stay warm if you like the A/C on. And there’s only cable TV, so don’t worry about Netflix, etc logins!

Not blow dryer, no shampoo or conditioner. Went to check out a sign and counter helping other quest will be back in awhile.

- Michael (10/5): Three thumbs up! - I’m traveling with my dogs. I asked for a first floor room near a door. The lady that checked me in made it happen. She was a real “fixer”. The employees are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. Very nice appliances. It was also quiet. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a very fair price.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not intended for a short stay - The area was great. The hotel was nice, however the place is not intended for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The idea is for extended stay users. This was a 3 day 2 night stay. Most of the occupants were month long or longer occupants. The morning attendants were nice and very helpful. No hair dryer in the room, but there is a full size fridge and a cooktop. No cookware or utensils though. We had an issue with our air unit. Woke up and it was 64 in the room because our unit ran all night and wouldn’t turn off. Fixed it by turning the breaker off! The 2nd night we had double blankets. If I was looking for a place to live I would consider this place, but for the future short trips we will go elsewhere.
