• Jasmine (4/5): Lots of Construction - Beachfront location. The building was under construction the entire stay, which was not made aware to us at all before showing up. We woke up in the morning to people banging on the walls and roof. The balcony was wet with paint when we arrived, the property was constantly filled with workers, and the balcony that we were on was actively being repaired. If we would have known this information before booking, it would have changed our decision to stay here.

• Masson (5/5): - Troisieme fois et l'emplacement heureusement est très bien (il y en a d autres sur la Praïa)car le reste ne s améliore pas ! Sale et vétuste le plafonnage tombe par endroit rien ne s améliore !! L intérieur est à la limite de l insalubre !!!
• Irina (9/5): Beautiful view! - Fantastic location at the front sea side. Good option for self catering lovers. The stairs to the first floor can be tricky if you have a heavy suitcase.
• Philip (3/5): Great location but appartment in bad condition / moldy - Location directly at the beach, good restaurants nearby The appartment was not in a good condition. Ants everywhere, everything very used. Worst part was the moldy wall in the shower and mold in the bedroom - for us an absolute no-go!

Ducha poco higiénica con pared porosa En la cocina había hormigas en las encimeras Humedad en todo el apartamento
• CELINE (6/5): - L'emplacement Appartement vétuste, cuisine vétuste, salle de bain trop petite, bac de douche parois sale, odeur d'urine de chat et sol collant dans tout l'appartement, partie commune sale laissé à l' abandont. Seul point positif la vue et le linge de toilette. Prise de courant pas au norme
• Chagas (10/5): Não esperava ter esta experiência num local maravilhoso - Da localização e tempo Da fraca qualidade das instalações, higiene inexistente, cozinha sem utensílios, máquina de café obsoleta, cama mal feita com o lençol por cima do edredon, os estores não funcionavam...lamentavelmente uma experiência a não repetir...
• Frank (4/5): - De ligging is voortreffelijk, zicht op strand en zee. Naast het appartement zijn er twee bar / restaurants. De hygiene in badkamer en keuken was slecht. De infrastructuur is oud en versleten. In deze keuken kook je niet zelf. Warm water kwam er met mondjes maat door. Afvoer verstropt. Al een geluk waren we hier maar voor 3 dagen.

• Alberto (5/5): - We loved the location since we had the access to the beach so close and the sunset was unbelievable. The appartment had really poor maintenance. The bathroom was quite narrow, the windows were almost broken, the door key was attached inside the key box with a huge broken chain and the kitchen sink was cloged. The roof top was a mess with all the chairs on the floor and the clothes horse was completely rusty.

• Katalin (5/5): Fantastic sea view, but not too good apartment - The location was fantastic. Near to the beach. From the window and the terrace you can see the sea. It was also possible to heat with the air conditioning, which was good in early January. The apartment was poorly maintained. The sink didn't drain properly. The windows weren't clean. The shower wasn't completely clean either. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. There was no daily cleaning and there were no cleaning products to clean yourself. We could not get the apartment in time, because there was an unexpected maintenance. But the owner handled this situation properly, we got another apartement temporarely. The bridge to Praia de Faro was under costruction, so there was always a traffic jam on the road.
• Aisling (10/5): A beautiful beach stay for some winter sun ☀️ - The location is absolutely amazing, right on the beach! Every morning we set the alarm clock to view sunrise on the rooftop. It was truly magical. We also enjoyed sunset which we could see from the window. Check in was convenient & the messages from BLife were always fast and helpful. It’s nice to have an apartment with a kitchen where you can make tea etc. There’s an amazing trial nearby that you can walk called Ludo Trail. I seen some previous reviews about the smaller bathroom, it is quite small but it didn’t really bother us.
• brian (5/5): - Beach front top floor with privacy. The bathroom was TOO small. Thinking a 120 lb person could maneuver easily but not a bigger person. Had to enter sideways to get in. The vanity is too big for the size of the room. Mold can be seen. Could not get a shower, entry way to small. The kitchen sink faucet was not extremely lose. No hot water.
• Stefanie (10/5): - Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Schön großer Balkon und eine geniale Dachterasse. Küche haben wir nicht benutzt. Bad war schön gemacht leider etwas Schimmel in der Dusche durch die verwendeten Steine.
• Shelley (10/5): Exactly what we wanted- beautiful location and unbelievable views! - The location was perfect - right on the beach with restaurants very close by. The views were amazing! The bathroom was a little tight- and we are both small people. And the towels could be updated.
