Ernst (5/5): Gute Lage mit guten Preis/Leistungsverhätnis - Die sehr gute Lage! Das ein gehen auf Mängel selbst am Ostersonntag! Freundlichkeit des Personal. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhätnis. Die Beschreibung im Buchungsportal. Küche ist ein Waschbecken und ein einzelnstehender Kühlschrank. Herd ist ein Mikrowellengerät auf dem zwei E-Platten integriert sind. Fernsehgerät nicht voll funktionsfähig, niedrige WLAN - Verbindung, Allg. Zustand der Räume und Einrichtung ist selbst für ein Altbau verbessungsfähig.
Schulz (8/5): Für meine/ unsere Zwecke absolut zufriedenstellend. - Lage ist hervorragend. Bahnhof Mitte gleich gegenüber.
Volker (8/5): sind zufrieden, war für unsere Anforderungen optimal. - Frühstück war nicht inklusive, Selbstversorgung war kein Problem. Lage ist super, sowohl zur Innenstadt als auch zur Messe (war unser Ziel). Gemeldete Mängel wurden sofort, d.h. am gleichen Tag, durch einen Beauftragten abgestellt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Für Selbstversorger könnte's 'n bissel mehr Küchengerät sein (z.B. kleine Töpfe). Zu wenig Ablageflächen in Bad und Schlafraum - ein Kurzurlauber hat viele Kleinigkeiten griffbereit abzulegen.

Andreas (1/5): Eine einzige Katastrophe!!!! - Hier fällt mir Nichts ein. Wir haben keinen großen Comfort erwartet aber ordentlich und sauber sollte die Unterkunft sein. Was wir vorfanden war eine Zumutung. Die Wohnung( Wände, Decke, Möbel und Ausstattung) sind total abgewohnt. Die Krönung ist aber der Schimmel in einem Schlafraum, der verkeimte Duschvorhang, die losen Tapeten, die Wasserflecken in der Küche, der Gestank aus dem Kühlschrank und die unzureichende Sauberkeit. Diese Wohnung zu vermieten ist eine absolute Frechheit. Wir haben uns dann eine neue Unterkunft gesucht und sitzen im Moment noch auf den Kosten. Auch Booking konnte uns nicht wirklich weiter helfen. Wir werden natürlich weitere Schritte unternehmen.
