The view from opening the main room floor to ceiling windows balcony of the cathedral and small square was breathtaking to relax and sit and enjoy anytime.

• Lucy (10/5): Great appartment in an incredible location - Incredible location steps away from the cathedral and alcazar in one of seville's prettiest squares. The sunny roof terrace was lovely or just sitting with the lounge doors open and watching the world go by. For me the cathedral bells were an atmospheric highlight of the trip but if you dont like being woken up in the morning this might be a problem for you.

• Jeongbok (6/5): 위치는 완벽하나 숙소내부는 많이 아쉬워요 - 세비야성당과 알카사르가 거실과 메인룸에서 보이고 주요 관광지와 중심가가 바로 앞이라 위치는 완벽합니다. 숙소주변에 오렌지나무와 분수와 레스토랑이 있어서 마치 영화의 한장면처럼 너무 아름답습니다. 레스토랑이 있고 사람들이 많이 지나다니지만 잠을 방해할 정도로 시끄럽진 않습니다. 위치는 완벽해요 난방이 고장이 났는지 아무리 히터 온도를 올려도 바람이 거의 나오지않아 숙소가 너무 추웠습니다. AS를 해야할듯합니다. 다행이라면 이불은 따뜻해서 그나마 잘때는 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 만약 집에서 음식을 해먹을 여행객이라면 많이 불편할거예요. 식기류 부족하고 무엇보다 간이식 인덕션이라 매우 불편해서 요리하기가 힘들어요. 인덕션위치가 높고 너무 좁아 사실 요리를 한다는 자체가 어려워요

• PEDRO C (10/5): Charming apartment in a charming place - Excellent location. You can walk to the Cathedral. There are some restaurants near it. It is in the charming area of Sevilla. The AC is good, nice beds, and the apartment is very charming. Everything was great.

Desde la atención del equipo que lleva el alojamiento, la limpieza y el orden, con variedad de electrodomésticos de cocina y de limpieza con sus utensilios (además parece todo nuevo o casi sin utilizar), aire acondicionado y ventiladores en toda la estancia. Es más bien apartahotel porque incluye servicio de limpieza, cambios de toallas, amenities de baño,etc. Es totalmente céntrico, hay ruido de ambiente pero totalmente soportable teniendo en cuenta dónde se ubica (solo hay un restaurante abajo y cierra a las 00:30) Lo advierto por las personas que le gusta el total silencio o tranquilidad a ciertas horas. El portal es silencioso, los demás son respetuosos. ¡Las vistas son magníficas! desde la habitación grande y el salón ves La Giralda que parece que te chocas con ella :-), la televisión es SmartTV. Paré poco por el alojamiento, pero para mí y mi acompañante está óptimo, con lo cual todas los comentarios y reseñas se ajustan a lo que es. De hecho tuve un percance y me lo solucionaron enseguida siendo muy empáticos también. Tengo que añadir que mi madre nació y prácticamente se crió en el edificio colindante y quedó maravillada, de los años que no veía su barrio y su casa de nacimiento desde esa posición. Por último, no hay aparcamiento así que la opción es parking privado. Ten en cuenta que estás en pleno casco histórico. Y puedes visitar la terraza, de noche increíble. Más bien sugerencia, estuvimos en verano (julio principios) y en la ventana de la cocina no hay cortina pero se podría poner una persiana plegable. Da a un patio interior pero es luminoso a la vez y aunque el sol no da pero en las horas de más calor si se agradecería un poco más de sombrita. ¡Por lo demás una maravilla!

• Melissa (10/5): Fabulous - Location is close to beach. Lots of beach amenities. Kitchen well stocked with spices,oil, sugar, coffee, tea. Welcoming gift of local bottle of lovely red wine, brioche buns, loaf of bread. Cold bottles of water and butter in the fridge. Attentive and helpful host.

On a small square that looks like a movie set, with an amazing view from the terrace. Kitchen is a bit basic, but not really an issue when surrounded by so many fantastic bars and restaurants.

The washer was bigger than most in apartments! We liked most everything. Would’ve liked some detergent for the washer but other than that it was great!

• Dymphna (7/5): good close and well-priced - good views of giralda and walls of alcazar close to restaurants alcazar cathedral local store and shopping very clean apart from one big cockroach seen yesterday as we were leaving looked like a well equipped kitchen although we never used it so not 100% sure there Can hear sounds of Spanish Latin music from the plaza downstairs sometimes otherwise very private and well priced for 2 br needs a refresh of the interior very basic a bit stale no soap in bathroom above a decent Mexican restaurant so earplugs at night May be required hopeless for taxis to come get you - need to drag bags over cobblestones down through the plaza and around to where the Alcazar entrance is to hail a taxi or get Uber pick up
