• Nuha (8/5): - We stayed here for two nights during our trip and had a pleasant stay overall. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. We had originally booked a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, but upon arrival we were moved to a suite on the first floor. While we appreciated the intention, we actually preferred the apartment we had selected. The apartment appeared more spacious and better suited to our needs, while the suite felt smaller. Access to the suite was also via a very narrow staircase, which made moving luggage difficult. The staff kindly helped us carry our bags upstairs, but bringing them back down at departure was quite challenging. The hospitality and breakfast were the highlights of our stay. Although some of the décor felt a little dated, we still had a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.

The breakfast was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was filling too. Michaela offered a friendly welcome and was checking in often to make sure I was still enjoying my stay. She suggested a couple of restaurants in the area which I visited and really enjoyed. Her service was top tier. The room was very clean and spacious with a lot of natural light. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the fresh air. Overall I wish I could give this place a 12/10. I will definitely be coming back. Nothing.

Noise levels from neighbouring rooms and from the street were rather loud. The fact that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom was a little awkward.

Ausserdem fanden wir 2 Tabletten im Bett. Bei meiner Tochter im Zimmer lagen abgeknipste Nägel im Bett. Bettwäsche war fleckig. Schimmel im Bad.

O apartamento no qual fiquei (número 107) era muito grande, com uma cama confortável, dispunha de uma cozinha completa e estava muito limpo e arrumado. Senti falta de mais opções de frutas no café da manhã. Seria bom se tivesse black out nas janelas, pois o quarto fica claro muito cedo.

• Neil (8/5): Very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. In a slightly noisy spot but still slept well. - Breakfast was very good, eggs poached perfectly. Good choice too. Bed was a double and would have preferred a king size. Also the sliding door into the bathroom was not ideal as it let the light and condensation out, but I could see that there was limited room for a conventional door. Other than that, the room was fine. No complaints.

They are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a booking. Their local knowledge and genuine warmth made our trip to Hermanus so much more memorable. Every request was met with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. The service is intuitive—they seem to know exactly what you need before you even have to ask.

Our hosts were professional and made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Rooms are very comfortably furnished and to our satisfaction. Nothing.

• B_Müller (8/5): Toller Stop für unseren Road Trip - Liebe Gastgeber, leckeres Frühstück, sichere Parkplatzsituation. Außerdem hat das Zimmer eine super Ausstattung und viel Platz. Zum Abkühlen gibt es einen kleinen Pool im nett gestalteten Gartenbereich. An der Sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas arbeiten. Insbesondere im Bereich Toilette, Boden und Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Da man - vermutlich aus Sicherheitsgründen- die Fenster nur spaltweit öffnen kann, riecht es im Bad muffig und es sind einige Motten zugegen. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. War für uns aber kein Thema, da alle Gäste rücksichtsvoll waren.

We were able to have our laundry done for a very reasonable price. The owner kindly offered to make a reservation for a wine tasting, which resulted in a beautiful day and the most amazing outdoor table.
