• Danielle (10/5): Best place to stay on the island! - After one month in Vietnam I can honestly say that this was my favourite place. The room was lovely but this is by far the best host we’ve had in the whole trip. Thành was there when our ferry arrived and took us back to the marina when we left. He was just wonderful- and had everything we needed from snorkelling gear to scooters and very reasonable prices. I hope to make it back to Cham island one day - it was the perfect experience.

Très reposant et magnifique - Than est super accueillant, il est venu nous récupérer au port et nous a aidé dans l’organisation de notre séjour sur Cham Island en passant par la réservation des billets du speedboat, l’organisation du snorkeling etc. Il est vraiment très gentil. La chambre était super propre, sans aucune hésitation je recommande de réserver chez Than. Nous avons regretté de rester qu’une seule nuit! Rien du tout

• Jessica (9/5): - Sehr netter Gastgeber und saubere Unterkunft. Wir konnten direkt nach der Ankunft am Morgen einchecken ohne einen Aufpreis bezahlen zu müssen. Außerdem konnten wir unkompliziert beim Gastgeber einen günstigen Scooter für 200 000 VDN mieten und direkt die Insel erkunden.

Notre hôte était adorable. Gentil, souriant, aidant. Il nous a réservé nos billets en speedboat pour l'île et est venu nous chercher à notre arrivée. Il nous a fait de belles recommandations de plages et de restaurants. On a aussi pu louer un scooter facilement. On recommande absolument !

The owner Thanh (hope that is correct spelling) takes care of his visitors, patiently answering all their questions. It would take too long to explain the benefits of staying at Monkeyland, but if you do visit this beautiful island try and get a room here. Simple but charming, clean & comfortable. Nothing
• GEORGIA (10/5): A lovely homestay - Mr Thanh and his family are the loveliest people in the island. The homestay is behind the main harbour in a central location. The rooms are clean and comfy with air-conditioning and private bathrooms. It is the perfect base for your island adventure!

• fern (10/5): Great location and wonderful staff, clean and specious homestay. - Lovely home stay on the island of Cu Lao….which is such a special place. Friendly owner Than who was helpful and prepared a tasty breakfast every day. Sorted out the return speedboat and transfer and we hired a scooter which is essential to get around the island (although cheap enough to get a lift so don’t let that put you off). Clean and spacious room which was comfortable and location was perfect. Would highly recommended

Abbiamo fatto il tour di snorkeling che, per problemi legati ai proprietari della barca, non è andato come previsto e l’host ha subito chiamato per risolvere la situazione, davvero molto apprezzato! Хозяин замечательный, очень чисто, улица тихая, можно налить горячей воды, кондиционер работает без вопросов, вода горячая, комната большая. Единственное, что и в отзывах пишут, и у нас возникла проблема с лодкой, в назначенный день отплыть не удалось. Не знаю, с чем это связано.

Man konnte ihn alles fragen und er hat uns Tipps zum Roller fahren auf der Insel gegeben. Roller kann man direkt beim Homestay zu einem fairen Preis leihen (120k), genau wie eine Schnorchel Ausrüstung. Wir mussten den Roller noch nicht mal tanken. Nichts

• Csaba (10/5): - Very conveniently located near the pier, easy walk to many restaurants and cafes but not on a big street so it’s quieter in the evenings. The host is very friendly and provided everything we needed: snorkel rental, motorbike rental, and lots of recommendations about where to explore. They were very responsive over WhatsApp as well to help us book the boat tickets to and from Hoi An before the trip. The homemade breakfast quang noodles are also delicious, highly recommend!

• Elena (10/5): nice stay - The owner is very helpful, you can get a ride on the motorbike to or from the beaches for 20000. Very good contact on whats up. He arranged the boat ticket, met me when the boat arrived and he also drove me back to the harbour after my stay. He let me stay a little after the check out time until the boat time without additional payment. He speaks decent english. Is is a simple standard, not for luxury travellers but you have everything you need. The water in the shower was hot and good pressure. I don't think room cleaning is included while you stay. No bugs or mosquitoes.

The property has everything you need, right near the restaurants and scooters to rent. The island itself is paradise!!!! 10/10 recommend visiting Cham Island, lovely people and unbeatable scenery.

• Emma (10/5): - i will remember my 2 night stay here forever! Exceptional host, informative and kind - clean tidy accomodation, great air con, and beautiful breakfasts included. I left something very precious to me in my room and didn;t realise until I had returned to Hoi An. Our host went above and beyond helping me, returing it on the ferry the following day and arranging for the drop off at my new accomodation. He would accept no money for this very kind deed. Honestly, it is homestays like this which restore your faith in mankind. Look no further for a great place to stay on this very beautiful island perfect in every way

A házigazda rendkívül kedves, nagyon finom reggelit csinált, mindenben segített nekünk, szuper robogót tudtunk bérelni nála, és a kijelentkezés napján engedte, hogy később csekkoljunk ki, mivel nem jött utánunk vendég. Ha visszamegyek a szigetre, ugyan itt fogok megszállni. :) köszönjük! -

• Goran (9/5): - Amazing host! We had some bad luck with the weather, and there were no ferries on the day of arrival. Everything was adjusted very flexible, and we arrived one day later and adjusted the ferry back to have a longer stay. The breakfast was good and we had a nice clean room. We got all the required information about what to do and where to eat on the island. The two scooters were also just fine, and it's a great place to learn driving as there is almost no traffic.

Unfortunately, the ferry was canceled on the first day, but he kept us constantly informed about the status of the ferry and only charged us for the nights that we could be on the island. • Mstt (10/5): Peace - I first messaged Thanh about 5.30pm to ask about accommodation the next day after having no easy success with multiple websites and booking agencies. Within minutes I had a room booked. Next he booked me a boat over, organised a motorbike for me, gave me a detailed run down of the accommodation and his beutiful island to explore. After i left he went above and beyond to organise my shipping my overpriced thongs to my accommodation in Phu Quoc. Legend. Will definitely be back MT Thanh had drinks in a fridge but was not cold
