• Kristina (4/5): Die Lage direkt an der U Bahn war ein Pluspunkt - Nicht sauber, dreckige Putzlappen unter der Spüle, benutzter Spülschwamm. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Löcher in der Wand einfach mit Papiertuch verschlossen oder notdürftig zugespachtelt … Sehr laut

• Jenniffer (4/5): Lage super - alles andere naja - Die Lage ist super. Das Apartment war nicht richtig sauber. Mir wurde ein Babybett zugesichert, dass nicht da war. Es wurde am nächsten Tag nachgeliefert, aber trotzdem war die 1. Nacht ohne Bett schwierig. Das warme Duschwasser hat nicht für 3 Personen ausgereicht.

• Els Vht (9/5): Knus appartementje met uitstekende ligging - De score op booking gaf ons wat angsten maar last minute geboekt dus genomen wat we vonden en aangenaam verrast, over het kleine knusse appartementje met uitstekende ligging Onze kamperdeur sloot niet meer maar das enkel een technisch probleempje... valiesje ertegen en opgelost ;-)

• Teresa (6/5): És massa car per al que ofereix - L'atenció del personal i la netedat És un apartament massa petit per a 4 persones. El sofà llit pràcticament no cap al menjador. No té rentadora de roba ni microones. Falten alguns estris de cuina.

• Martin (9/5): Super godt til prisen, men kom ikke i bil. - Beliggenheden er rigtig fin. Lige ved Goethe Platz, så mulighed for at nå til det meste til fods eller med u-bahn. Kom ikke i bil. Umuligt at finde en parkeringsplads i nærheden, hvor man kan holde hele døgnet. Enten skal man have en beboerlicens eller også er der parkering forbudt i myldretiden.

• Michael (1/5): - Nur die Nähe zur U-Bahn. Verkommene Wohnung. Bilder täuschen. Sehr laut. Von Aussen sehr lauter Verkehrslärm die ganze Nacht. Laute Taxistände direkt vorm Fenster. Von innen starke Lärmgeräusche der Mieter. Einrichtung billigste Ikea Ware. Die böse Überraschung kommt schon 1 Tag vor Anreise: Check-In nur Online möglich, es muss eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden, von dieser werden 150€ Kaution eingezogen, ansonsten kriegt man keinen Türcode. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Es waren keine Handtücher vorhanden. Backofen total verdreckt. Sogar Silberfische im Badezimmer gesehen.
• Roman (8/5): Gute Unterkunft mit direkter U-Bahn-Anbindung - Sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn und dennoch nicht zu laute Umgebung. Gute Kaffeemaschine. Parkplatzsuche schon anstrengend. Die Zimmertüren knarren und schließen nicht ordentlich, da der Schnapper zur Lasche etwas versetzt ist.

• shapoor (7/5): Other than those maintenance issues, the unit was lovely, well lit, and in a great area! - Location Easy access Cleanliness Well equipped The main bedroom window is broken, it was warm all night The toilet was broken too, water would back up and even splash out anytime we flush !!!! This was very upsetting

• Mark (5/5): Centrally but not value for money. - Good location, plenty of beds Very difficult to find the key, had to ask two residents, first where the keybox was and secondly where the apartments are, they were unmarked. I would not recommend this place, all bed lamps were unplugged and to short to reach an outlet, extension cords were drawen across the floor. Furniture was wobbly and not child proof, felt like kabinets and bench would fall apart.

• Pratikno (9/5): Comfy apartment - The apartment was comfortable. It's located in a good area, there're many restaurants and groceries surrounding. Inside the apartment, there're two bedrooms and three beds. The kitchen was good enough for cooking. The host was kind, responsive, and communicative. There's no microwave, and the fridge was a bit old..
• Vidyadhar (3/5): Great location, but the stay was not comfortable - Location was good. Staff on the Phone was quite helpful. The Apartment was quite clean. 1. Very cold apartment. Heating wasn't able to cope-up with the cold weather. So, it was quite uncomfortable in the night. 2. Cables everywhere. It was difficult to figure out which electrical points worked and which didn't 3. For Wifi password, we had to call the Apartment management team. It would have been nice if it was shared proactively.
• Paul (1/5): Horrific experience. - Good location. No towels on arrival, had to contact property and wait for delivery. Locked key box was faulty and we were locked outside in the freezing rain for hours trying to get help. Phone support was insulting. Mould is on the walls and the grout in the shower and the whole apartments reeks of cigarette smell you cannot escape.
• Milka (7/5): Good - Good location and comfortable. Easy to check in. Deposit was taken, this was not known before check in. Apartment was not clean well. Bed sheets had strange smell.
• Linda (8/5): Nice comfy apartment with easy access to what Munich has to offer. - A great location, quiet and right next to an excellent bakery and the metro stop. You could walk to the edge of the old town or the train station easily, although both were only two metro stops away. The Octoberfest ground were even closer! The apartment itself was very nice. It could use some refreshing, but it was otherwise clean and quiet. I had no trouble finding and accessing the keys: the video for doing so was excellent. Any questions I had were promptly handled by the host. I would recommend this apartment and I would stay here again. Pillows were sad. The one yellow one on the couch was scary. You have to nit-pick to find anything to complain about, really this place was great for our needs.
• Morgan (10/5): Would stay again. - Excellent location. Just across the road from a small supermarket and 2 minutes from the nearest u-bahn entrance. The apartment was comfortable and warm, beds very comfortable.

• Samarjit (3/5): Good Location, bad apartment for big group - Location, vicinity. The host allowed us to extend our checkout by 1 hour. Nothing apart from the location is worth mentioning. Not value for money. The dishwasher does not wash but gives stained dishes and kitchenware. We were a family of 7 and it should not be enlisted as a place to accommodate 7 people. The pictures are misleading. There are soiled linens, soiled utensils, and a smelly room. The wall at the back of the sofa has formed mold. The apartment has no mirror apart from a small one in the bathroom.

• Alison (8/5): Lovely flat - Nice flat in a lovely area. We only stayed 1 night (for the football - Euros), but overall the flat was perfect for what we needed! The hot water did not accommodate 5 adults having to shower in the morning.

• Aleksandar (8/5): Very good - Good location, metro right next to the building, clean apartment and amenities. Too much procedures for checking in and out plus deposit taken for which was not aware of before booking.
• Belinda (8/5): Great Stay. Very Clean and Check in was easy - Great Location and Ambience. Easy walking distance to restaurants and underground so close. Found it a little small for 4 Adults especially having only one Bathroom to share.

It has a McDonalds close by, a taxi rank directly adjacent and also a supermarket across the road. The property is a little tired. Inadequate lighting with lots of blown globes and the bathroom window is see through and overlooks the taxi rank. There is limited privacy.

• Andrzej (7/5): Good - We come during night and the instructions from SMS were not corect. The box key is not near entrance. You have to go behind corner, find some random gate and there is lock box with key. We look for it for 30 minutes. Apartment has No number. You can guess that this one is from booking but if You are tired, You think to go to sleep as soon as possible.
• Charles (8/5): Great location and value. Nothing fancy. - Great location; easy to get anywhere in town. Very good market across the street. 2 minute walk to a laundrymat. Comfy beds. Easy checkin. The apartment was tired. There was some door handles and drawers coming loose. These are simple fixes that could have been taken care of before we came. It's just off a busy street so through the night alot of city noises and smells (people partying, buses, firetrucks, smoking, etc).

• Ana (8/5): Good located apartment - Very clean and have everything for some days in the city. The metro and supermarket are in front of the apartment, this was very helpful. The bathroom window is not fully opaque so on the first floor, people could see you using the toilet or shower. I had to cover it.
