• Kumar (1/5): Never stay at this property. - The room that was shown in the image was different from the room which I got. Very high cost they charged 2300 that was too high for this property It was a very bad experience I will never stay in this property.

• Pankaj (1/5): Not a good place to stay - Nothing. Hotel like should not be in booking.com. Most importantly cctv camera was in the room without any warning. What kind of hotel puts a camera in the exclusive guest area. Plus they charges gst taxes when they don't have any gst number on their own. They failed to give a proper receipt at the time check out. Afterwards they send a receipt with gst number of some advertising agency. For that I will make a separate complain to gst authority. Overall hotels like this should not be on booking.com. Everything about the hotel I didn't like. Won't suggest anyone to choose this.

• Gautam (8/5): Most of the time during visit to Ranchi, I used to book this hotel due to their well-behaved staff. - Overall system was very good and all the staffs were very good. Location of the hotel is also convenient, as it is nearer to my workplace. Availability of food even outside the premises is good. Hospital is also available within 100 meter. I came to hotel at around 6.00 pm on 04/09/2023 and left at 3.00 pm on 05/09/2023. But they charged Rs 500 extra over the committed price. Intercom was not working. But they provided alternative link. WiFi was not available.
