- Wabelua (3/5): I wish I had more positives to say - The location - close to everything/in the area I needed to be at - The host was unprofessional, unhelpful and misleading/manipulative - During our 12-day stay, housekeeping only came twice. Both times because we specifically requested it. When we first asked about cleaning, we were told it happens every three days, which seems unreasonable in the Ghana heat. After the initial visit, no one returned until we reached out again. A third request was made when the rubbish piled up to the point we had nowhere left to put it. Someone came to collect the rubbish, but the bedding and towels were not changed.. It's a shame because I have always seen The Signature whenever I am in Ghana and this was my first experience staying there. I'm sure had I had a better host, I would have enjoyed the property. But issues came pretty much at check in and that soured the stay and has probably turned me off staying at The Signature entirely. To avoid issues next time I'll just get sick to the places I know.
