• Frieda (3/5): Will never stay in Tidewater or this unit again - Nothing That it was located in Tidewater. That is was terribly run down. The linens could have been whiter. The rusting metal in the bathrooms could have been painted. Everything just needs attention and updating. The appearance is uncared for.

• giada (6/5): Bella vista, ma gestione discutibile - L’appartamento ha una vista magnifica sulla spiaggia e sull’oceano e una loggia piacevole in cui rilassarsi. Lo stabile in cui è inserito è un po’ datato e ci sono elementi che andrebbero modernizzati come la porta di ingresso all’appartamento. Il problema principale per noi è stata la comunicazione con il proprietario. Ho prenotato l’appartamento su Booking molto in anticipo e contestualmente ho chiesto un paio di domande a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta (non hanno risposto né a me né a Booking). Ad una settimana dall’arrivo ho chiesto conferma della prenotazione (avevo paura che fosse una prenotazione fantasma) e mi è stato finalmente risposto che era confermata e che mi avrebbero mandato le info di check-in due giorni prima del mio arrivo. Il giorno prima alle 5pm non avevo ancora ricevuto nulla quindi ho scritto io per sollecitare. Mi sono state mandate le info di check in e con mia sorpresa non solo scopro che c’è una resort fee obbligatoria da pagare di 40/50$ (non comunicata in maniera trasparente nella descrizione di Booking al momento delle prenotazione) ma anche che avrei dovuto pagare 10$ di penalty per il late check-in (cioè meno di 24 ore) - peccato che il proprietario mi abbia mandato le info per la registrazione del check in meno di 24 ore prima. Ho quindi chiesto il rimborso di almeno questa parte di penalità al proprietario visto che non dipendeva da me, mi è stato risposto “ti mando un PayPal” ma non è mai arrivato niente e le mie sollecitazioni non hanno ottenuto risposta. Quindi bella vista sul mare nell’appartamento ma gestione da parte del proprietario molto migliorabile.
• Dianne (8/5): Would probably stay there again. Lives up to its name “Fabulous Sunsets” - Location, easy drive from airport, great deck, great beach, nice to have the amenities and a restaurant. Just minor things. Freezer was open when I got there and water was on the floor and inside the lower freezer bin. Had to always jiggle the toilet handle or it would keep running Garbage disposal didn’t work Too close to the elevator. A lot of noise Needs a new couch

• Angela (10/5): Great property for the value. - The location was great. Beautiful view. Half of the elevators were out of commission on a holiday weekend. We stood and waited 45 minutes to get on the elevator to leave. The sofa in the unit was worn out and not able to sit on it.

• Molly (1/5): This was the WORST unit I have stayed in at the beach!! Renters BEWARE!! - The air worked well. The unit was filthy and smelled like sewage! The shower had a wad of long dark hair in it before we ever used it. The toilet in the master bath was broken and the sink in the extra bathroom would not drain well. The curtains on the bedroom window were insufficient to block the light from the walkway. Sleeping was nearly impossible! The t.v. remote in the bedroom was missing the back so using that was difficult. There was not even a battery in the clock on the wall! There was no decent furniture to allow us to enjoy the balcony!! The chairs were broken so, it didn't matter that we had a good view of the beach. There only was piece of furniture (a nasty worn out couch) available for relaxing to watch t.v.!! The couch appeared it could have been taken from a fraternity house!

Do not love Panama Ci - Pools were nice The chairs on the balcony were broken which kept me from setting out back. This was something I had looked forward to. Hated that it was in the 21st floor which was my fault. Should have ask would not have booked. Elevators were completely ridiculous! Completely ridiculous! Room does need some updating but over all wasn’t bad. Bedroom floor was nasty and had not been mopped. You could see stains all over when light would shine down.
• Patti (5/5): PCB 6/22/24 - The bed was fantastic! The view of the beach was also fantastic. The condo was okay but needs repairs. I was glad they had two pools. It was just an ok experience. I know the elevators and pools are not owned by the property owner. The elevators were horrible. It took us almost 2 hours to get elevators from the garage and in the facility. The elevator delays continued our entire stay. Many people reported that they would never stay there again simply because of the elevator wait time. The pools were very dirty and over taken by out of control children. The only LR furniture was an old sleeper sofa. We had to sit on pillows so we could get out of the sofa because it sunk down too much.

• Rob (6/5): Our stay was OK overall but the apartment is very updated. - Location and view. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. Cupboards were a mess inside. No coffee provided. Toilet leaks in tank and water runs on and off …should probably be replaced. Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable.

The view out over the Gulf was amazing. The parking was convenient. The facility felt secure and decently maintained. The location of this unit is directly in front of the elevator which lead to additional noise while trying to sleep, although, the elevator itself was relatively quiet (no ding when door opened). The toilets were running. We requested a repair, but not sure they were successful.

• Moore (5/5): Would not recommend - Location, the parking. The restaurant. It stunk, the patio door was difficult to open and close. Mouldy wet chair cushions on the balcony floor. Dead ants on the wall, Nats flying around. Bedside lamp wouldn't work, light bulbs out in the living room, clock in kitchen broken, clock on the stove not set. No kleenex, no extra toilet paper, only 4 hangers. We went and bought some. No extra trash bags, only 2 in the kitchen and master bath. 1 trash bag in the hallway bath. No fan for sleeping when you said you had 1. The kitchen trash can was automatic and was filthy and didn't work. The refrigerator door handles were filthy too. No extra blankets. One detergent pod and one dryer sheet and 2 dish washer pods, really?! No hand soap at the kitchen sink or hallway bathroom. Only coffee filters. No coffee, none. A hotel gives you a few thing's. This place was so barren. We have stayed at many rentals, this place was ridiculous. It's the little things and this condo was way off the mark.
• Raymond (8/5): It was a nice stay. - View did not disappoint. Conveniently located. Condo was nice, just not as nice as the one we viewed online, and thought we were getting. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open every single time. Would not recommend this unit for older people because of door. We are in our 60’s and it was a struggle getting out and back in. We ended up buying batteries for tv remote and light bulbs. Parking is as convenient as it can be due to location, but not ideal. Probably wouldn’t stay that high up again, 18th floor. We spent a lot of time on elevators and getting to car.
• Perl (6/5): Pleasant - The view and the beach were beautiful. We were told everything was walkable but the construction made it almost impossible. We couldn't swim in the pools because the water was freezing. We were under the impression they were heated. The balcony was full of bird droppings. The master bedroom was across from the elevator which constantly woke us up not to mention the road construction started at sunrise. We rented a golf cart to get around but they wouldn't let us park it in the garage! The restaurant was over priced but the waitress was excellent. I thought the beach chairs were included but they charged $40 a day.
• Stephanie (5/5): Beautiful location not good housekeeping upkeeping - I love that this resort was closed to places I enjoyed eating at. First of all, upon arrival the door was open so my spouse had me stay outside while he went in the check if everything was okay before we entered. The condo was not or smelling fresh if it was clean. The kitchen ride sometimes does not work because of some black slimy things. We had an issue with opening up the sliding glass doors and I called the owner and he was nice and told me to call the housekeeper. I called but she did not answer or returned my call. Obviously, he needs new housekeepers because they obviously not taking care of his property. We eventually got the slide door open and it was dirty with bird feces and cigarette butt. After looking for my earring I lost in the apartment Living room had food droppings behind the couch etc. The location is beautiful with ocean view but bath mat in bed etc was dirty.

The email with that information never came through that day and she and her associates went ABOVE and beyond to help me get in touch with the owner of the condo. It was a technical error, but they were INCREDIBLE with how they helped me!

Horrible bed linen and cheap towels. Restaurant was super expensive for less than mediocre food.

And I received a very quick and helpful response when the lock malfunctioned! The elevators can be a little crowded at certain times

• Cody (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely loved the hotel the staff was super nice and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating as we had to make a last second booking due to a cancelation by another company. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a pedway from the parking garage to the hotel that is super convient. One more thing some people might not care but I thought the bed was super comfy. The only complaint I could make about the actual host and it's not a big deal at all is that some rooms include the beach chairs but this one does not. We had our own chairs so not an issue for us but wish it was included so we didn't have as much to bring down to the beach. Only other complaint is about the hotel itself and that is the elevators. You can wait awhile sometimes for the elevator and they are not the best for anyone with elevation issues as they drop really quick.

• Stefan (8/5): Good value for money for an older condominium complex. - The owner of the condo I (2106) rented was great and his cleaning staff responsive. The owner of 2106 should invest in new bath towels. Outdoor pools aren’t heated but that’s on the complex, not the owner

• Karie (4/5): Nice location but gets by on the bare minimum. - The location is great and it has a beautiful view. Tidewater had decent amenities. The unit is falling apart. The couch is old, the balcony furniture is cheap and uncomfortable, the comforter is frayed, the bath tub is peeling, the shower head sprays water at you. The place doesn’t have simple things that make a place more comfortable like salt and pepper. The place is pretty sparse. I’ve stayed at other places at Tidewater for the same price and they were sooooo much more comfortable. Same layout but nicer, more comfortable furniture and they have things like salt and aluminum foil.
