ISAAC (1/5): We came a second only to find no towels in the room. Upon asking we were told they were “still wet”. - Breakfast was poorly served. Bread was cold and more like a hide after toasting. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Too much noise throughout the night.
Vem (8/5): Vi trivdes, och sov gott på nätterna. Kände oss aldrig osäkert eller i vägen. - Trevlig personal och naturnära med möjligheter att ta Indrive ride till var som helst. Våra rum var rymligt och duschen var stort och alldeles utmärkt med shampoo och tvålar som ingick och badkaret var ett riktigt lyxigt inslag. Vi kunde se näshornsfåglar och andra arter från balkongen och det kändes så lantligt fredligt med kor, getter och galande tuppar omkring oss. Så grönt, frodigt och säkert. Personalen var så trevliga och hälsade uppriktigt glatt varje gång dem fick syn på oss..Dumela Rra eller Dumela Mma. Bättre kommunikation om att deras högsäsong med dagsbesökare är nu, för hotellgästerna känner kanske inte samma frihet att njuta av poolen och trädgården mitt på dagen eller kvällen. Vi hade andra aktiviteter inbokad så det spelade inte så stor roll för oss men kräsnare gäster kanske reagerar på det. Festerna kunde också hålla på till sent, typ kl 24 på helgerna. En tydligare meny på maten man kan beställa och mer variation. Mera grönsaker önskas.

Ramoakaladi (10/5): Fantastic - From the moment I arrived in Botswana and could find WiFi coverage, they kept in touch. Check-in was exceptional, and the upgrade of my room was cherry on top. Neo I have been traveling for years, stayed in 5 star rated places: never have I met a host of your caliber. You must consider going around the globe and provide training for receptionists The closing of the pool at 7pm.

The reception was warm and professional, the food was delicious, and the rooms were spotless and relaxing. Florence had prepared an exceptional breakfast and this made my day. Horse riding was a fantastic touch. Perfect for a retreat—I highly recommend it! Everything was perfect and more than I expected.

I traveled by car from Gqeberha to Gaberone for a conference and needed to be able to sleep at night. As much as I liked the location the noise level was just unacceptable.

I requested for a dinner and a great dinner was timely prepared. The cleanliness was top top. From the tarred road you go through sandy road to reach the area.

During loadshedding, there is not back-up power/generator/ inverter. That meant no lights, no wifi and of course no television to watch anything to kill time .

I will always consider the property when on transit. - The property is well taken care of and stand out with a variety of activities like horse riding, swimming pool as well as double storey which makes it easy for aerial view of tlokweng village and other features. It is also child friendly as it is equipped with playing areas for children. The road to the property is dusty and muddy.
