- Leona (10/5): - Comfortable and cosy room, had everything g I needed and the location was great. Great value for money. Also staff/owner communications where good. Only 1 small thing, Shoe rack in hallway abit of a trip hazard.
- Armijos (4/5): Comfortable stay for a short visit, though the space is not of a small studio. - Comfortable Bed: The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep throughout our stay.
Cozy Temperature: Because the space was on the smaller side, it warmed up very quickly and stayed nice and cozy. Space Layout: The property was marketed as a small studio, but it felt more like a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen area was quite limited, featuring a sink, kettle, toaster, and a very small fridge (fitting about six 330ml bottles). I may have misunderstood the specifications, but I was expecting a bit more of a traditional studio setup, including at least a microwave for basic hot meals.
Shower Enclosure: The shower doors did not close fully during use, which unfortunately caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor.
- Amy (9/5): Very comfortable stay, the room was clean and had all the essentials for a nights stay. Check in was easy and the host w - Very clean, just like the photos. Comfy room, all the essentials you need for a nights stay. Easy check in
- Keith (10/5): Perfect bolt-hole for solo travellers in North Manchester - Located in a pleasant area, with Abraham Moss tram stop less than 10 mins walk away, and it's also a nice 35-minute walk down to the Victoria end of town, the room is one of a pair of self-contained units at the rear of the property - it is small, but compact, there is a slim wardrobe, which contains an ironing-board and a folding chair, a kitchenette (you can't cook there but there's cutlery, glassware and crockery for takeaways and drinks, and a tiny worktop fridge, and a sink, and even a full-size washing-machine), and an en-suite shower-room/WC. The bed is very comfortable and has sockets next to the bed and a separate lamp, and there are other sockets on the opposite wall. The owner Faisal happened to pull up when I arrived and he was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy there for 3 nights. Nothing.
- Praise (9/5): Great place. Will book again - Ensuite room with good facilities Position of toilet in bathroom

- Aisha (10/5): Fabulous - Very easy check in n absolutely clean n comfy bed! Nothing to complain
- Viktor (10/5): - Lovely place, easily accessible by trams, it was far better equipped than we expected. I can only recommend it for those who just want a place to overnight.

- Chris (7/5): A good stay. - Easy access with plenty of on street parking. Clean & well maintained. Very quiet so sleeping was easy. I had not fully read the kitchen facilities (my error) and had not realised no cooking facilities. As I say, this was my error as everything present was as listed.

- Stacey (8/5): Super cute and everything you need for a short stay. - Such a cute little pad… Felt really nice and cosy and the bed was so comfortable!
Perfect base for our nights out and chill in the day. The weather…. It’s got a table and chairs outside and the rain stopped using it!
- Hannah (10/5): The stay was lovely and i’d definitely recommend to anyone travelling to MCR! - nice and cozy! perfect for a couple or solo traveler. very private, safe, and enclosed (multiple gates to get to BNB). very easy to get to CO-OP Live from the BNB as well as ordering food to the BNB. all in all a great stay! Nothing to note!
- Daniel (9/5): - Buena habitación, con muchos detalles y todo los necesario para los huéspedes. La ubicación no es la mejor, pero hay transporte público relativamente cerca.
- Chris (8/5): Clean, modern & value for money. - Good location for my needs, on street parking, secure & very quiet. No microwave but that is not listed as a feature.

- Mark (10/5): - Very clean
Comfortable bed
Has netflix ect
Good shower There was nothing we didnt like only suggest we have is maybe a little lady bin in bathroom other than that everything was brilliant
- Paul (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable Bathroom was abit small for me personally because of my size 6ft 3 18 stone
- Islam (10/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): Run don't walk - Honestly theres nothing but good things to say about this place, it was incredibly clean and no smelled lovely. The place was incredi ly welcoming and they have a very pretty table in front so its nice to sit there while star gazing. The communication with the host was absolutely perfect and they were so kind and welcoming and was understanding and helped with anything that l needed 10/10 would stay again!
- Mendez grano de oro (10/5): - El apartamento perfecto. Es chico, pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días.
Seguro, y limpio.
El check -in, lo ponen muy fácil.
- Hamaad (8/5): - Amazing little place for a short stay little kitchenette has everything you could need. Also had iron & hairdryer. Really clean and comfy bed. Bathroom was extremely small but we was out for most of the time so it did the job.
- Rachel (7/5): - Response from hosts excellent, earlier check in time was requested and was no problem so much appreciated. The room had nice thoughtful touches such as Christmas blanket and a few chocs! Thank you! No heating in the bathroom, was quite cold. Bed a little hard and as many have said before odd to have a washing machine given the size of the room. Would have thought a larger fridge would be better and a microwave as nowhere to cook or heat food up. As we only needed a place to sleep for one night it suited us but would imagine if you had longer at the property it may be nice to have the option.
- Hai (10/5): -
- Patryk (10/5): - Good location, clean :)
- Anne (10/5): Very friendly and accommodating staff. - Very clean and friendly staff. Nicely decorated. It was a little too far from the center for my own purpose.
- James (9/5): -
- Chris (9/5): Great stay. May well be back - Great little place to stay. Super comfy bed and had everything I needed. Nice touch with essentials for tea coffee and biscuits Slightly hard to find and to get in on a dark and wet night, but honestly no real problem and suited me to the ground.
- zoe (10/5): Compact, cosy accommodation in ideal location for city centre - A lovely little room in a great location, it is in a family neighbourhood with parking, the room is compact but has everything you need with some lovely little touches. It is a short tram ride to the city centre. The hosts communication was great and quick response time to queries, they were also very helpful with advice of how to get about etc. I would definitely stay there again. There was nothing we didn’t like
- Jo (7/5): Good easy stay to visit Uni open day but not anything special - Clean, good location to tram Tiny space, no window and cabin in a garden.
- Rinnu (8/5): - Cosy and comfortable place. They were able to accommodate my 1-hour early check-in request, which was really helpful as we had a work commitment. Despite it being a last-minute booking, they responded quickly to all my requests. Considering it’s a small space, they’ve done a great job providing all the necessary facilities within the area. The place was quite small, particularly the washroom, but they’ve managed to make the most of the space and include as much as possible given the limited area.
- mark (8/5): - Very friendly, very well located to centre, only £2 on bus for a short journey, Nothing all was good
- Tania (9/5): -
- Danny (9/5): -
- Katie (8/5): Overall good - Very clean room and bathroom, bed was nice and comfy Didn’t like the area it was in
- Helen (10/5): Cosy little studio - I could live in it! - Such a cosy little studio, so well equipped. Super quiet and a very comfy bed! 10 out of 10. Nothing.
- Berfin (7/5): -
- Alexandra (9/5): -
- Andrew (9/5): Good value, great location, well delivered - Clean, had everything you needed, was well presented, great location The gate was difficult to get in to, and the shower is great but it’s tight, but I’m being picky there as it all was great
- Suzanne (5/5): Interesting stay! - The accommodation was clean. Strange location - separated garage into two self contained bedsits. The street is busy with some difficulties in parking. Overall, a relatively expensive stay (£130) for a night in a garage. The bedsit next to us was also occupied - you can hear every word!
- Sohel (10/5): Parking was ideal totally the experience was brilliant - Amazing location great hosts.
Perfect facilities All was good will definitely recommend
- Dr Liam (10/5): Perfect as always -
- Noémie (8/5): Very great place for a lover stay close to Manchester City centre - Lovely place to stay which has everything you may need for a lovely stay close to Manchester. The place is very well organised and carefully taught of with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. I read a few reviews before going and noticed that most recommendations for improvement left by previous guests had been listened to (e.g addition of a curtain on the door window, addition of a fan), so the hosts clearly care about improving the space. The bed was firm and very comfortable to me, and the lighting options were perfect and compensating for the slight darkness of the room (note, I also plugged the countertop lights which were great in the daytime). Everything was perfect, but just a few things to note: the fridge is very small and it doesn’t get that cold so I would not rely on it for keeping food fresh for a long time, but for a short stay to keep some drinks and salads it was perfect.
For longer stay, having a folding table and chairs or stools could be great. I was imagining something fixed at the end of the countertop that folds entirely or under the TV, with folded chairs hung on the wall, or some mini table and chairs stored in the wardrobe, but the place is great also without if you don’t mind eating in bed or if the weather allows eating in the garden.
- Dr Liam (10/5): As always, Faisal and Sarveen are the perfect hosts - Everything was perfect, as always!! Nothing at all
- LIAM (10/5): It really is just perfect, what else can I say? - Everything! A particular plus was that the studios are sound proof which is great for me whilst working night shifts at NMGH. Location is great for the hospital but also Manchester Fort is literally a 5 minute walk, 10 mins on the Met into the city centre but it is still peaceful and quiet. When there is so many options in Manchester, there’s a reason why I’m staying for almost a month! That says a lot. Honestly nothing. The studios aren’t huge but that is ideal for my preference as someone who who really doesn’t like large spaces.
- LIAM (10/5): Don’t bother scrolling, just book this property and 99.9% of people will love it! - Location is perfect for NMH, always room to park right outside, the hosts just the nicest people not only during the booking process but during your stay as well. I’ve stayed in both the studios and both are absolutely spotless. If you work out the price per night then you’ll realise how incredibly well priced is. It’s not a case of ‘not liking’ the property at all…… it would be great to have a larger fridge especially if you’re staying for a week or two BUT the room uses every inch very well and where you would imagine a full size fridge to be has been replaced with a washing machine which for me is far more useful.
Again, it’s not a case of not liking something but the rooms don’t have any windows apart from the frosted one on the door so even during the day it is quite dark but flick the lamp on and open the top half of the barn style door and you’re sorted.
- CBryan (10/5): Perfecto - The location was great, It was just a few minutes walk to all amenities. The room was super clean and everything was in order as specified.
- SAMSON (8/5): happy staying and will be please to use next time or recommend to a friend. - may be a mall table coffee table can be added. the owner's pleasant attitude. welcoming.
- Amber (10/5): excellent fit for purpose - clean comfortable welcoming and everything we needed
- Louise (10/5): Great place and super comfortable bed. - Great value for money. Lovely place and would recommend it if you are staying in Manchester. Me and my husband both said the bed was super comfortable and we had a great sleep. I would recommend adding a little blind to the top stable door to stop the daylight coming in very early during the summer mornings. Didn't bother us but might bother another guest.
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Imran (7/5): Good -
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Lois (10/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable. - It was clean, tidy and cosy. The hosts were very accommodating and made it very easy for our stay. Nothing we were very happy with our stay.
- ⭐crow⭐ (10/5): Cracking Little Place - Very clean and modern, just the perfect size for the two of us. Not too far from Manchester city centre. Would book again next time we are in Manchester. The host was very nice and helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Olusina (6/5): Great apartment but no microwave or refrigerator. - The apartment was clean. There is on-street parking. Easy to locate and clear instructions. No refrigerator or microwave provided.
- Molly (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Leah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jill (10/5): Cute, cozy hideaway just outside the city - It was an adorable and efficient space, and our hosts were very attentive. We had activities planned in both Whitefield and Manchester city center, so it was handy finding a spot right between them. Honestly, the only things I can think of are that a little fan in the room would be a nice addition (and maybe there was one and I just didn’t spot it) and a curtain to pull in front of the front door might come in handy to block the porch light at night.
- Ambra (9/5): A well loved relaxing space - The room was really well kept and CLEAN. As a girl travelling alone I loved the privacy it gave me, I felt safe in it. It's easy to see that the hosts really put a lot of effort and care in this room. Let's talk about the BED!!! It was so comfortable and the pillows smelt very good!! The space is well organized and the private bathroom, even if small, does its job. It's very close to Abraham Moss metrolink, a 5 minute walk. I had to go to the Co-Op live for a concert: it's not near by public transport, but it's easy to get there with Uber, 10 minutes. The hosts were lovely and helped me immediately with a couple of issues I had (not regarding the room itself, but for example they gave me a hairdryer because the one that was in the room was broken and needed to be changed). I think I will come back here if I'll ever need to, I'm super satisfied! Best hosts ever, really. The mini fridge was super cute to see, but really too small for me so I decided not to use it in the end. I think a microwave would perfectly complete the room. There was a flickering of one light in the bathroom, nothing major but it should be fixed.
This has nothing to do with the room but: if you're a girl keep an eye open when coming back from Abraham Moss. The room is very close to it and it's safe and fast, but I got catcalled and then approached by a lady asking me for money, so it's always best to pay attention since it's a quite isolated location.
- Chloe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): It was a nice place to stay, clean, the owners were really nice and gave us some of their amazing food. Very generous - It was clean and tidy. A modest sized set up but appropriate for the area and price
- Natalie (10/5): Great little place to stay if visiting Manchester - Exactly what we needed as we stayed here for Manchester Marathon weekend. Close enough to the centre of Manchester to walk in and easy to get an uber back on an evening.
Lovely clean property with everything we needed.
Did not speak face to face with the hosts as they messaged us details on how to enter the property and where to park.
On street parking right outside the room which was ideal. Nothing
- Darren (9/5): Excellent value for money just a short bus ride into city centre - A bigger fridge
- Jason (8/5): Very good - Good location and clean apartment Small - difficult to manoeuvre even with only 1 big suitcase
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - We were going to the AO Arena and it was really convenient. 30 min walk or 15 min bus ride. Parking outside. Very clean and exactly what we wanted. Will definitely use again.
- Christian (10/5): Absolutely Fantastic wish I stayed longer and the hosts were lovely. - The room was so cozy, the hosts were fantastic and everything was sorted
- Muyideen (10/5): Super nice - Amazing Nothing but could do with a microwave.
- West (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Yolani (9/5): Superb - Lovely place, as advertised, great service Location is a bit far. However, only two tram rides away, and I doubt anything in town will be this nice
- Muyideen (10/5): Fabulous - Everything. From the privacy to the comfort. Absolutely Georgeous. Nothing. Definitely coming back.
- Amna (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place to stay! Very clean and perfect set up, felt like I was in a hotel room. Train stop was a only a 5-7 minute walk, easily accessible to get into town!
- Randhawa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Randhawa (10/5): very good -
- Jeanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heathcote (9/5): Superb - Nice place to stay only think we thought off that it would benefit us if it had a microwave.
- Jayne (9/5): Superb -
- Jason (10/5): Compact lovely place with everything needed at a very reasonable price. Thanks for a great stay - Great wee stay
- Jamie (10/5): Lovely stay, very home-like vibes, great atmosphere and very cozy. Location is ideal and privacy, security and safety ar - Everything about this property was lovely, very homey vibe which is exactly what we were after! Nothing can be faulted, lovely property and will be booking again in the future!
- Dean (8/5): Very good - Perfect over night stay
- Toni (10/5): Perfectly compact. - Perfectly compact. Everything was beautiful and clean. The bathroom was rather small, but it wasn't a huge issue.
- Woodwards-toyne (9/5): Cracking little place - Very comfy
Lovely decor
Had everything I needed.
The chocolates and biscuits were a nice touch.
Parking wasn't a problem (on street) The large gate could do with being more grounded (so it didn't swing back n forth)
No chair
Cold upon entering (but soon warmed up via the heater)
- David (9/5): Superb -
