Mobilierul este de calitate, spațiul este luminos, iar toate facilitățile funcționează impecabil. Locația este liniștită și aproape de puncte de interes. O alegere ideală pentru oricine caută confort și calitate.

• myriam (9/5): - Apartamento muy limpio y perfecto para pasar unos días. Desde el aeropuerto tardas 25 minutos y tienes lineas de bus para llegar al centro a pocos metros. Tienes que aparcar un poco alejado, los aparcamientos de la calle y calles posteriores son privados

• Benjamin (7/5): Gut aber mit wenig Einsatz und Verständnis wäre es deutlich besser gewesen. - Sauberkeit. Kein Caffe, wir wollten Check out verlängern aber keine Antwort. Der Putzmann war schon um 10:00 da und wollte rein,obwohl Check out ab 10:30 ist. Der ist dan um 10:30 rein und hat angefangen zu putzen obwohl wir noch am packen waren.

• Șerban (7/5): Good - The apartment was satisfying, having everything you need and in good condition. Warm water is provided by a boiler, so be careful with longer showers. The thing that I didn't like was the checkout policy. On booking it is 10:30, the lowest hour I ever encountered. However, on the checkout morning, I received a message telling me that the checkout hour is 10:00.

• Bastien (10/5): Very good experience. - We had a very good experience. The place is very clean, quite, and the owners very responsive and helpful.
• Highlander (6/5): Comfortable & secure but a bit pricey for the area. - Recently renovated and had most things you would need for a longer stay. Good public transport with buses about a 5 minute walk and the metro about a 12 minute walk. Takes about 20 minutes on the metro to the centre of Bucharest (University) Had a balcony around most of the apartment. Host was ringing regularly. Price was a bit high for the location. Building not kept particularly clean by the building superintendent. The lift often had something sticky on the floor and it wasn't cleaned regularly.
• Benjamin (9/5): Superb - Staying for a month was generally good. The apartment was clean, had everything necessary, and the fast internet was a plus. The elevator made access easy, and the view from the 10th floor was nice. Additionally, the hostess was always quick to respond to any questions, which was very helpful. However, there were a few issues. The apartment had its own set of quirks, like needing specific sockets for the washing machine and certain ways to use pans on the induction stove. Instructions in English for these would have been handy at check-in. Also, the noise from pigeons nesting outside was quite loud and disturbing. Another downside was the frequent water pressure problems in the sink and shower. But overall, the value for the price paid was good, so I don't regret my decision to book this place.
