• Andrew (5/5): Was pleasant , please fix the water temperature and the smell of mould - Close convenient location road side parking The geyser was set to around 45 degrees very in pleasant to shower in or wash dishes properly please let them know they should consider adjusting to 60 degrees..water leak I. Lounge at window and service duct I. Bedroom left a very bad mouldy smell in the bed room had to slope on the sofa in the lounge the mould smell in the room was so bad … needs attention , here wise very nice unit with good potential if the problems listed weee addressed I would give it a 9

• Ousmann Kabelo (5/5): Quiet place but to small for a couple that needs space. - location was ideal for me being closer to Waterfront V&A. The facility was to too small to recommend for friends and family. No Air Con.

We only received reply at 14:20 that it was approved but upon arrival cleaning staff was still busy.. so we could only check in at 15:45 - we stood outside from 15:00-15:45 😡

• Bryan (8/5): Very pleasant. Would book unit again. - Unit was what we expected, suited our needs 100%. Locality was great. TV connections were not working. We contacted agent who forwarded link and password details for Netflix and we managed to get connection.

• Nicole (10/5): Prime location and comfortable staying. - The accommodation has an amazing ocean view. It is very welcoming, warm, neat and clean. The host catered for everything you need including a heater and clothing iron. We enjoyed the location allot; it was close to all major attractions.

• Zonika (10/5): The view is to die for! - I loved staying at Mouille Point Seaview Apartment. The location is perfect. You have the most beautiful view over the ocean, we saw the dolphins play two days in a row. In the same breath you can put in some work while admiring the iconic Signal Hill. I loved the fact that all the little restaurants and famous coffee shops are within walking distance. If you feel adventurous, you can join all the healthy Capetonians on the Promenade for a morning run and a relaxing sunset walk. This apartment has everything you need and the best part of it all; the V & A Waterfront is a stroll away for any additional needs you may require. The staff at the apartment building is more than willing to go the extra mile. I will definitely return! There is nothing to mention here, maybe small piece of advice, the management company can sharpen their skills to communicate. The owner is lovely, the lady that met us at the apartment too, but the bookings management needs to up their game for a faster response time.
