- Rachel (6/5): Great location, just needs some attention. - Modern open plan, excellent location. Overpowering damp/mould smell in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable but very creaky/noisy. Heating would be better set to manual that guests could then activate with a simple on/off as it’s difficult to trigger as is.

- grigg (9/5): Very good, would stay again if they hadn’t have sold it - Nice size, great location, clean Road a little noisy
- Nicola (8/5): Good choice, comfort and close to the centre. - The location was only 10 minutes walk to the centre. The high ceilings and large windows and pretty well-equipped kitchen.
I loved sitting at the dining table and looking out of the 1st floor window at the little park.
It was safe and parking was easy. The place needs a good deep clean. Please clean the fridge, oven hood, skirting boards, carpets behind the bed, bedroom window sill and bathroom.
The cleaner could do a better job.
Please also provide hand-wash in the bathroom (the container was empty), tea towel or oven gloves for taking things out of a hot oven, a bigger bin in the kitchen and a small bin and toilet brush in the bathroom.
There were no recycling facilities.
I would also recommend an eye mask and ear plugs for the road noise.
- sarah (10/5): - Lovely spacious apartment, central location, great communication from the host. N/A
- Jeanette (8/5): Great stay in a nice, convenient location. - Location was perfect, only downside was having to move the car to a car park albeit a few minutes away. I would have preferred to have known the bedding was duck feathers as not keen on this.

- Robbie (8/5): Enjoyed our stay, Would go back. -
- Gareth (4/5): Good location just not clean. - Good location Not very clean, bathroom dirty and sticky, kitchen surfaces sticky.also. Worse though was the shower, as the water didn't drain away I had to lift the plug hole filter to find it was full of hair - previous guests i presume, not nice!
I can provide photos if required.
- Stuart (8/5): Very good - Spacious accommodation. Location. Comfy bed Although generally clean there were areas which were not as good as expected such as oven, shower glass, bathroom sink (around overflow). Front door release, you had to hold button and open door simultaneously difficult with either two dogs in hand or carrying luggage. Would be better to have a small delay before locking (as I have seen elsewhere).
- Janice (10/5): Exceptional - We had an issue which was of our own making which was resolved quickly. Very helpful
- Euroyank13 (7/5): Great Location and well furnished Flat, but Bathroom and Kitchen need DEEP CLEAN! - Location was superb. Bed was very comfortable. Shower room and Kitchen were filthy...desperately needing a vinegar spray, Deep clean.
No instructions on how to turn on "Normal" TV.....
- Judith (8/5): Very comfortable stay - Location great for the train station and town centre Communal entrance could have been cleaner
- Jeremy (9/5): Superb - V comfortable centrally located apartment. Well equipped and nice neighbourhood.
- Martin (9/5): Excellent flat in great location. - Great location, bright & airy rooms. Had to park quarter of a mile away.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Very pleasant stay in a good location with all that was needed to enjoy. - Location was fab. Host responded to query very quickly. Accommodation was very clean and had all that you needed for a weekend stay for a conference. Local shops just down the street. Numbering was a little confusing as 61a isn't beside number 61. It is a couple if doors away which did confuse me at the beginning. If you are facing number 61 turn to your left and go down a couple of doors where you will find the accommodation.
- Alex (10/5): Couldn’t believe how lovely it was. Didn’t want to leave . - Fab location. Perfect for my stay. Nothing
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was clean, tidy. Very quiet. Ideally placed great value for money Only minor point, no towels as advertised but I'd brought one with me so didn't report so this could be my fault. Everything else was top notch
- Conor (4/5): Only required a tiny bit of effort. - Location. Building. Didn't get the house number or street name or codes to get in. Drove around for an hour. Booking.com hung up on me when I tried to sort it. Eventually, owner answered phone, drove by the house that we found, gave us vague explanation of parking (got two parking tickets in four night stay), one toilet roll, inadequate heating instructions, toilet not cleaned properly etc
- Nicholas (8/5): Very good - Great Apartment in a central location Lack of Toliet Roll..
- Roy (9/5): Excellent accommodation within easy walking distance to the town centre with the added bonus of bei. - Location was perfect with a short walk to the town centre. Parking was available and good alternative parking nearby and our two pets were very welcome. We liked all aspects of the apartment so no negative feedback.
- Jane (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trevor (8/5): Very good - Spacious and very convenient I couldn't get the boiler working to boost the heating but I wasn't in the flat except to sleep.
- Carli (8/5): Lovely appartment. Worth a visit. - The apartment was lovely and spacious, clean and had a vey comfy bed. It was located close to everything needed, such as Asda, car parking facilities and within walking distance to the town centre. When we first arrived, the description of the key safe code stated that the key safe was outside of the building, when it was in fact outside of the apartment door inside of the building. This was a little confusing on arrival. I suggest that maybe the wording is to be stated a little bit clearer for guest arrivals in the future to save confusion.
Also, the central heating didn’t work for some reason.
- Chloe (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location, nothing was more than a 15 minute walk away. The flat felt spacious enough for us and our dog. The bed was super comfortable, especially the duvet!! Communication from the host could be better. Check in was from 2pm, however I had to contact the host for check in instructions at 4pm and await contact. Dishwasher detergent could also be provided as the glasses & mugs weren’t the cleanest.
- A (9/5): Nice apartment 5mins walk from station. - Great location. Spacious comfortable rooms. Nothing worth complaining about.
- Seok-yong (8/5): Very clean apartment but a bit disappointing kitchen appliances - The apartment was spacious enough and clean, and it seemed like it had been renovated not too long ago. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was close to the station and there was a large supermarket nearby, so it was very convenient. It was easy to find the apartment and it was safe. 1. Even though I told them my arrival time in advance, they didn't wait for me and didn't tell me how to get my apartment key in advance. I called them when I arrived, but the phone didn't connect, and I had to wait in front of the building for 50 minutes before I got a response after sending a text message. They should have emailed or texted me the day before or the morning of the day to tell me how to get the key, but they didn't. I couldn't understand this inconvenience.
2. The oven was very dirty, as if it had never been cleaned before.
3. There was a dishwasher, but they didn't provide any dishwasher detergent. The manager sent a message saying it would be under the sink, but there was no dishwasher detergent anywhere. So I couldn't use it.
4. There was no coffee machine (either drip or capsule), so I couldn't drink coffee.
5. There was only one very small frying pan and one very small pot, so they need to provide medium-sized ones.
- Stuart (8/5): Very good -
- Eileen (10/5): Exceptional - Very, homeley, clean, and close to facilities, would stay again. All good.
- Oliver (10/5): Excellent stay! - Lovely apartment and great location. No issues
- Adam (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Very clean, bright and comfortable On street parking only (although free at the weekend)
- Julie (8/5): . - . .
- Jeff (9/5): Clean comfortable central but wrong codes sent beware - Really central and easy to find. Nice and clean n comfortable. Could have done with more than half a toilet roll The code booking . Com didn’t work . There was a code to get in the building and another to get into the flat….. neither were the code sent to me!!!!! Managed to contact the owner after a while who gave us the proper codes. Wasted 45 mins n wasn’t a happy happy
- Karen (10/5): Highly recommended apartment in the centre of Harrogate - Fantastic apartment and great value for money! No tea towels (that's all I can find to not like!)
- William (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kehoe (8/5): Very good - There wasn't a kitchen waste bin
- Lynn (9/5): A lovely place to stay - would recomend - Location was great, very close to the town and a large Asda meters away. Was a little difficult to find ( it was raining heavily)
- Joe (9/5): Superb -
- Cheryl (8/5): Lovely apartment - Modern, clean, warm, comfortable and has everything you need, bedding was lovely Took quite a while to find a parking space, bed lovely but needs some oil or fighting up as quite noisy when you move!
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Jamie (10/5): Great apartment near the centre of Harrogate - An absolutely perfect apartment for a visit to Harrogate. Immaculately kept in a really nice and quiet building. Modern, clean, well positioned. Parking is a bit difficult- but it's in the heart of Harrogate so is to be expected!
