• Laura (10/5): Recomiendo totalmente este apartamento esta en pleno centro, perfecto para poder visitar todo lo necesario. - El alojamiento fue muy moderno y no podría estar mejor situado en cuanto ubicación. Las camas eran muy cómodas y el apartamento tuvo cubiertas todas las necesidades. Las ventanas eran aisladoras de sonido ya que al situarse en el centro hay muchísimo ruido. Tiene dos baños que nos han facilitado mucho al ser 5 personas. El salón solo tenia un pequeña ventana en la cual no entraba apenas luz, la cual la habitación tenia dos ventanales enormes que entraba mucha luz. El apartamento no tiene ascensor y se hace muy cansado subir todas las escaleras.

• Sophie (9/5): The perfect apartment so central to everything and the host was so accommodating and easy to contact. Would stay here ag - The location of the apartment was ideal it was so close to everything and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. That there wasn’t any lifts available and it was up four floors. It wouldn’t have bothered me that much except for the fact I was over to do the Rome marathon. So walking up and down those stairs afterwards was a struggle haha

• Gustaf (8/5): Läget var fantastiskt bra men lägenheten för tråkig (steril). - Lägenheten var väldigt steril. Det skulle vara mycket trevligare om det fanns tavlor på väggarna och någon matta på golvet. Brödrosten var trasig så jordfelsbrytaren löste ut i lägenheten. Det arbetades i lägenheten ovanför med borrning i vägg eller golv. Detta startades tidigt på morgonen och oväsendet var så högt att vi fick lämna lägenheten.
• David (7/5): We enjoyed our trip to Rome and were very happy with the location and access. - Location is amazing, very convenient to some of the highlights when visiting Rome, especially if you enjoy walking the city. Having access to a clothes washer was a plus. The showers had issues - both were extremely low pressure and one didn't drain properly. The unit had a considerable number of stairs up/down. This is very clearly communicated in the listing and didn't present a problem for us, but anyone with physical limitations shouldn't ignore this detail.

• HODAYA (7/5): It was great, very well supplied apartment. Our hostes loredana was the best. She helped us with everything we needed - Everything was perfect, especially the hostess loredana that was very welcoming and helped us with everything along our trip. Our stay was great The sheets were not very clean and the coaches werent comfortable. But anything other then that was a 10/10
• Laura (10/5): - Our stay was exceptional from start to finish, the apartment is in an excellent location, it was spotlessly clean and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, they organised our car to meet us at the airport , they helped with our luggage and they checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. I had been corresponding with Weronika and she was a delight to deal with, exceptional service. We would normally stay at a hotel but we were getting married in Rome and wanted space for getting ready etc and this property was perfect . The internet was a little disrupted at times but it wasn’t a problem for us.

• john (8/5): un séjour parfait, lieu idéal, hôtes au top. Bref La Dolce Vita. - La localisation idéale de l'appartement, on sait tout faire à pied ce qui est un vrai plus (15Min du Colisée, 5min de la fontaine de Trevi, 10min max du Panthéon). Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes, que ce soit avant notre départ nous avons reçu tous les conseils et informations nécessaires, que durant le séjour. Merci également à Loredana qui nous a remis les clés à notre arrivée, montrer l'appartement, donner ses petites adresses et était également disponible durant le séjour notamment pour le code WIFI pour notre fils ;-) Les 4 étages à monter à pied ;-) après des journées intenses ça nous achevait un peu mais au moins vous pouvez profiter de la gastronomie italienne sans trop culpabiliser :-). Je dirais aussi qu'il manque des petites lampes de chevet près des lits, qui permettraient d'éteindre les grandes lampes et lire un peu le soir.

• Ester (6/5): Superbe vue et emplacement central. - La vue incroyable et l’emplacement pratique pour les déplacement mais un peu trop de touristes et trafic..le double vitrage fonctionne parfaitement bien ! La maison est spacieuse, il y a pratiquement 8 couchage, le salon est très agréable. Je pense qu’un effort pourrait être fait sur les équipements. La climatisation n’est pas utilisable car une odeur tenace de moisi sort lors qu’on l’active, de plus, la fenêtre de la chambre principale ne peut pas être laissée ouverte, car ça sent la friture à cause des aérations des restaurants au rez-de-chaussée. Les nuits sont assez chaudes pour le coup. Un effort sur le nettoyage peut être effectué, les armoires ont des couettes et couvertures qui sentent la transpiration, nous n’avons pas pu mettre nos vêtements à l’intérieur, c’était une odeur très désagréable. Il n’y a pas d’étendoir pour le linge donc la machine à laver devient un problème. Les douches à l’italienne inondent la salle de bain, donc nous avons fini par utiliser tous la même douche classique dans la salle de bain annexe au salon. Un effort pourrait être fait également sur le nettoyage général. Et peut-être également sur les fournitures vu le prix payé. En gros, le prix est uniquement pour la vue, qui est certes incroyable, dépend, tout dépend de ce que l’on recherche. Si vous sélectionnez cet hébergement, il faut bien tenir compte que l’appartement est au dernier étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Ce n’était pas un problème pour nous, mais ça peut l’être pour des personnes plus âgées. Bien que les équipes étaient disponibles lors de la remise des clés, nous ne leur avons pas fait part de nos retours, car étant donné la courte durée du séjour ( trois nuits ) nous n’aurions pas eu de solution à nos problèmes.

Host was amazing. - The host was amazing, helped us with anything we needed, always there to accomodate even when I asked to book a taxi and then cancel it later. • Kinjal (3/5): Terrible experience!! - The half view from one last window is good. The location is good. The apt was clean. The AC didn’t work. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights and the place was always in 85F or more. We told the management company that the ac was not working but they didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t hear from the place management even once. The pictures in the posting are completely misleading. They show an adjoining apt in addition to the one we were assigned. Like others said, it’s a 4 floor walk up apt bldg so with bags or after a long day it’s a pain to climb up. Overall a very disappointing stay for the money we paid! Would not recommend staying here at all. Very bad experience.

The property was large which was good. Rubbish was kept from last tenants. Air-conditioning didn’t work wasn’t very cool . Shower didn’t drain and had no pressure
• Abbie (4/5): Not very clean & hygienic - The location is fantastic. All attractions are within walking distance. Having to walk 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. We advised the host the time we would be arriving. We then had to wait outside for 45 minutes for them to drop the keys, we were an littler earlier than check in time however, the host was aware and advised we could store the bags there once we arrived. The bedding was filthy, it was an old ratty blanket that looked like it hadn’t been washed before. The spare bedding in the cupboard was stained and looked like they contained a lot of bodily fluids. The proper requires some TLC and new soft furnishings.

Very hard if u had a drink etc or walked for 10.hrs rounds rome seeing all sites. Unfortunately the sofa bed , needs repaired or replaced totally broken in middle has collapsed. Good job it was a teenager sleeping in it whom he was small enough. For the price of the apartment, you would expect more , the sofa also wasn't very comfortable, slightly damaged whilst sitting on. For me , unfortunately at £1000 for 3 nights I was kinda expecting more luxury. This apartment has the views of city etc , but that is all it has ! Sorry 😞

No lift, so the 4 flights of stairs was a challenge with bags. No iron board, but 2 irons. No vacuum, the apartment is all white, so hard to keep clean over the 4 night stay.

• Jessie (9/5): Superb - The host was at the property to meet us when we arrived to hand over the keys and all the instructions They were really patient while they waited for us to arrive, and were on hand to answer any questions that we had. The property was located in the heart of Rome, so we were able to walk to all the attractions with ease. The apartment was really clean and perfect for what we needed. We struggled to get to the property due to public transport not being great. So, trying to coordinate arrival times with the host was really tricky, but this was mostly on our part. The host was super kind and patient throughout as they waited for us to arrive, so cannot fault them on this. The only down side to the apartment was the four flights of stairs and no lift. After a whole day of walking around Rome, having to tackle stairs after a long day wasn't ideal. But it all added to the step count so hey ho.

• Адв. (8/5): I would definately recommend the apartaments. - There was a man that was waiting for us even though our flight was like 3 hours late and they didn't charge any additional fee. Communicating with the host was easy and helpful for us. The location I think is the best location in Rome, we managed to see everything we wanted in Rome in a few days just because it was very close to the main must-see things. Amazing location! The only not so pleasant thing was the many stairs that you need to climb to get to the apartament and with the luggage. It can also have a bit more facilities for the ones staying in the living room on the stretching couch, like garbage cans and some wardrobes.

• Susan (4/5): Disappointing - We were self service scaffolding up outside our windows which meant we had no sunlight and workmen worked outside from 10pm until the morning drilling and digging. we should been made aware of the construction work going on as we got no sleep. I had messaged on several occasions about this.

• Mara (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a good location. Staff were excellent and helped us on arrival with what we needed. The apartment was on the 4th floor without a lift. This was not in the description and was very difficult and dangerous with heavy luggage. I had to ask for kitchen utensils and dishwashing supplies otherwise I could not use the kitchen. They expected the garbage to be disposed but there was no guide or instructions as to where to leave it. I also had to get the door lock adjusted because I was unable to unlock the door from the outside.

Overall apartment was much older and not as comfortable as I had expected.

We appreciated the opportunity to drop bags off but it was a bit odd to access property before it had been cleaned after the previous guests. It was not clean by the 3pm arrival time we were given.

Host Lordana met us right when we arrived and also efficiently got us a car to the airport, much appreciated. Having 2 bathrooms and a full refrigerator was nice. The 82 stairs! Felt like way more than 4 flights, and we are all athletes who work out daily. The bedroom needs curtains, and more seating to enjoy the view. The apartment could also use some lamps as the overhead lighting is very bright. We also needed sheets for the 2nd pull out and never received them. Showers are very small with no where to put shampoo, soaps (in master shower). Would like to have had a dryer with washing machine. Bed needs new pillows.

We arrived earlier than expected and the host was happy to accommodate us which was really appreciated because they didn't have to do that. The stairs. A little challenging with your luggage but I train at the gym so I shouldn't complain

Leakage in two bathrooms. Bedding, in particular, pillows uncomfortable. Not a problem for us but others should be aware that there are a lot of flights of stairs to access the apartment.

• Michaela (10/5): Best Stay in Rome - This apartment is thee best place to stay in Rome! It is centrally located - walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. The views from the apartment are spectacular! It is spacious, clean, free tea/coffee, facilitates to cook, socialise etc. Absolutely amazing. A bus stops outside the door route number 64 and takes you to Vatican City for €1.60. Trevi Fountain is 5 minutes walk, Spanish Steps 10 minutes and Coleseum is 15/20 mins away. The staff left a number to contact if we needed them (we didn’t as everything was explained). I absolutely loved my stay here and would return again and again. This wasn’t a dislike for us however there are 82 stairs to go up to get to the apartment. Be prepared if you have mobility issues. Wouldn’t put me off returning as the view is worth every step.

All in really short waliking distance, also decent grocery shop nearby with good joice. Just heads up the apartement is on 4th floor so lots of steps, but worth the view. The bunk bed did not had any border, so my one kid did not dare to sleep there. Not safe for kids. Connected apartement door let the nextdoor noise in ,so we heard it when passing it.

The apartment is in the 4th floor without an elevator. we struggled bringing our luggages thru the stairs with an elderly. The sink was clogged and was not addressed even when we requested to fix it. the pull out bed beddings was so dirty and not laundered with still traces of blood …it was disgusting.

There are a lot of steps to apartment with no lift available so be prepared for carrying suitcases up many flights of stairs but worth it for the view.

The apartment is spacious and has great facilities and the lady who met us to give us the keys, was superb at explaining all to us. If you a travelling with a family, this is a fantastic place to stay in. We were travelling with my elderly mother in law and the apartment is on the forth floor. The building does not have a lift/elevator, so this was difficult for her to climb....

• Trish (10/5): a comfortable stay beyond our expectations! - this location was exceptional for getting around the city. the beds were so comfortable and there were enough clean and bright bathrooms for our group. we loved having a cafe right outside the door and the view was spectacular! we had some trouble unlocking and locking the doors. giving a demonstration at check in would be helpful.

• Charlie (8/5): Very good - The location was central and close to most things. Needs better bed sheets and spare fresh pillows. Also I good clean with the AC and the extracted fan they also need cleaning, small things to just finish it off. All round good stay.

• Inocencia (6/5): location was good but there’s no LIFT - the location there’s no lift and we stay in 4th floor, have to carry suitcases
• Antoaneta (8/5): Very good -
