• Diana (7/5): Overall, yukinoso was a comfortable stay. Initially we were not used to what we saw when we arrived. Luckily we stayed f - Service was very good. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but delicious. U can add on with your own konbini purchase The toilets and bathroom need to be renovated especially the ones on the 2nd floor. Bathroom was kind of small when the inn is crowded.

• Jennifer (9/5): Mountainsid comfort and charm - The traditional tatami rooms were clean and comfortable, and really made us feel at home during our stay in Hakuba, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We were able to easily store all our wet snowboarding gear in the drying room to have it ready the next morning. Even with the shared facilities, we never had to wait, and we were able to enjoy a hot.soak in the onsen after a day of riding. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants The staff members were all very helpful and friendly as well. A great pick for our family trip! The facilities are worn in places, though we found everything clean and functional. With the shared spaces, more instructions for the guests might be helpful. The onsen is very basic, but good for a.nice soak.

• Lougene (10/5): Great stay - This was such a great place to stay. The hostel beds are comfortable and private, good solid stairs for top bunks rather than ladders. Nice bedding and the living room and shared space are a good way to meet others. The showers are open and combined with the onsen so it's quite awkward to use the onsen at any time or shower with others there. There is nowhere to put towels while showering but you are supposed to dry yourself before returning to the change room.

• Olivia (7/5): - It was close to many things in town but most accomodation is. The free breakfast was great for the kids. Views from our family room was also lovely and it is a short walk to the chair lifts. The staff are great and friendly and go out of their way for you. The bathrooms were below average, really really old and stained and it just wasn’t nice at all, below camping level bathrooms. That’s probably the main disappointment to this place, they need to redo the bathrooms

The staff were lovely, excellent location, facilities were clean and overall a great vibe. - Obviously it’s a 16 bed hostel so it is what you can imagine, but the beds were comfortable and private, there was a small lockable cupboard in your bed cube. The room was quite small so I wouldn’t recommend traveling with a snowboard bag like I did, and next time I will have a sleeve for my board & clothes in a suitcase. There was plenty of drying space, the onsen was lovely, the restaurant was lovely and the general vibe was great.

• Katarina (8/5): Close accommodation to station and nice people - I liked the warmth of the place and onsen Breakfast could be improved to include Japanese food
• Anade (9/5): Great stay in Hakuba town and quite convenient to get to the slopes! - Spacious room with very comfortable futon beds and sheets. Enough wardrobe space for multiple nights. Heater works well and we had no problems with the winter cold, it was a week of no snow when we were there. Overall there wasn't any particular major flaws, however we might point out that the room is a little bit dusty. If you're not too sensitive to dust then it would be completely fine but my partner did have a few too many sneezes throughout the stay.

• Tsz Ho (8/5): Excellent dormitory option, perfect for solo travellers coming to Hakuba for skiing or snowboarding - Superb value for money, you can enjoy the onsen facility for free which is crucial after a long day of snowboarding The drying room is quite packed with equipment and the humidity control could use some improvement

• Drew (8/5): Good location and good facilities. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and common area’s. The drying room for ski gear is fantastic! The accomodation is a little rundown and needs a little tlc.

• Henry (10/5): Super location and even better people. - I absolutely loved my stay here. Incredible vibe, atmosphere and people. Everyone was very friendly and respectful at the same time. I quickly felt at home, even for the 1 week I was there.

The onsen public bath only had 3 working showers and the bath was quite small. Other places at similar prices normally have a much larger space. The drying room didn't dry my shoes particularly well, so the inside of my boots were wet.

So close to the main happo area and a short walk to echo land too. I would 100% stay here again next time I come to Hakuba. The showering situation is a shared onsen, so there are no other showers available to shower away from anyone. Although the hostel was quiet and everyone is extremely respectful, I do think this is something you should consider before coming if this is something you’re not used to.

At night the breakfast area converts to a restaurant but you can still sit in the lounge and byo food and drinks which was great. Mens toilets needs a good clean with bleach & automatic flushing installed for the urinals. Smelled a bit.

• MIHO (5/5): 安くて自分のペースで行動できることろが良かった。 - バスターミナルに近く、登山ロープーウエイ乗り場までも近い。風呂の泉質がいい。 近隣の食事処が少ない。施設の使い方が初めてで戸惑うところもあった。（食堂持ち込み食事Okとか冷蔵庫に保管していいrとか）脱衣室に冷房があればうれしい。

• RENEE (10/5): 复古温馨 - 住宿的地点以及早餐很不错，泡汤也很舒服😌，喜欢这种木质的结构的老式住宅，公共空间着的很舒适，感觉很温暖。 觉得可以再改进的可能就是通往厕所的道路上看起来暗暗的吧，然后厕所没有暖气，会突然变冷。

• meow10 (8/5): - 4人宿舍床鋪房，床位空間很夠，空間感夠，衣服跟常用物品都放到床邊，也有足夠位置。被子跟床褥很舒服。 但房間比較小，大行李箱無法完全打開，入住時決定在房門外走廊整理行李，把需要的東西一次過拿到床鋪裏，住了6晚問題不大。 看到12人房內部空間比較大，想住床鋪房的人可以自行取捨一下。 員工友善，會幫忙推薦及找一個人能吃飯的地方。 房間，浴室，及公共空間，都乾淨舒適。雪板乾燥室也足夠大，沒有空間不夠的感覺。微波爐，冰箱，洗衣機等等都有，很方便。 10分鐘內走到巴士站，要去其他雪場也很方便。 樓下餐廳晚上油煙比較大。 上下樓的木樓梯，如果穿著襪子或拖鞋會比較滑，需要小心上落。

Very close to Happo One ski lifts and not far from the local Lawson and the bus stop. Bathroom is very cold. Where there is heating it's not very strong and I ended up needing to wear warm clothes inside often.

• Sophie (8/5): Great location, great staff. if you’re looking for people to go riding on the slopes with it’s a great place to stay. - Exceptional hospitality from staff. Private room very comfortable. The futons are very comfortable to sleep on. Great for a more traditional Japanese hostel experience. A great way to connect with others in the common rooms. Be wary that the showers are not separate from the onsen. The male and female onsens/shower facilities are separate though. Don’t expect privacy in that regard.

• Maiken (6/5): - Ich würde freundliche von den Mitarbeitern empfehlen und habe auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Sie haben mir auch mitgeteilt, dass man den Skipass über das Hostel kaufen kann und somit nochmal sparen kann. Alle Räumen war sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Hostel ist vorallem in den Badezimmern und dem Onsen sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt dadurch sehr ungemütlich. Wirklich wohl kann man sich da nicht fühlen. Zudem wurde abends in dem Restaurant gegrilltes angeboten und das komplette Hostel roch sehr intensiv danach. Zudem war ich in einem 4-Bettzimmer, welches so klein war, das mein großer Koffer außerhalb stehen musste, weil kein Platz in dem Zimmer war.

• So (10/5): Cosy and comfortable stay with exceptional staff. Great that an onsen was available and the ski room - Basic breakfast of toast and cereal but good inclusion frot the price paid. Very basic room facilities but it is expected for what you pay.
