- Jen (6/5): Grateful for helpful property managers. - This property is in a good location, walking distance to the beach and main shopping, cafe, etc area.
The home is spacious.
The property managers responded promptly to concerns we raised, contacting the owner and providing other options. Upon arrival we discovered that the kitchen fridge was not working, an alternative fridge was available but inconveniently located in the rumpus room. We also found that the washing machine was also broken when we tried to use it.
The place had not been cleaned thoroughly, our socks got filthy on the floors is one example.
We were offered some refu
The booking process required an extra registration process, and agreement to 9 pages of rules typed in 11 sized font. This was in addition to the usual booking.com process and payment in full with no refund required at that time.

- Tracy (9/5): Pleasant stay overall for a weekend getaway and suitable for a longer stay as well. - House was nicely updated and far enough from the main street but close enough as well. Large enough for the whole family but still cosy together. Very airy and bright too! Heating issues with the wall heaters. Not enough toilet paper for 10 people over our booking. We had to buy our own. Is this normally provided? Needed more wash clothes too...
- Alison (9/5): A great beach house with everything you need. - Lovely well appointed holiday house and so close to the beach and town. The kitchen was modern and well equipped and bathrooms updated as well. Great size backyard for a dog and to kick the footy and big deck and with BBQ. Overall a great place to stay. Nothing really 😊
- Sharyn (8/5): Great place for a large group close to dog beach if you are bringing your furbaby. - The property suited as it was close to dog beach. The rumpus room was fantastic as it allowed us to relax and let my granddaughter sleep upstairs. We made use of the table tennis table each evening. Easily fitted the 7 adults and one child. Great backyard for dogs and cricket. No teabags except a few herbal ones and only minimal toilet paper. (I would expect a spare roll or 2 under the sink)
Dishes still had food and coffee dribbles so I needed to rewash everything.
About 8 dead flies on kitchen windowsill when we arrived.
