The bells, the bell tower, is right above the hotel ringing every half an hour. I think the hotel needs to tell you this. - Seli (8/5): Un soggiorno fantastico!Stiamo stati benissimo e torneremo appena potremo! - La colazione era molto ricca e varia nella proposta. La location in generale è mozzafiato, la vista dalla camera è meravigliosa. La piscina veramente un chicca! Lo staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Cambierei la macchina del caffè. Il caffè non era male ma sicuramente non in linea con il resto della colazione. Anche esteticamente non la trovo elegante come il resto della sala e delle apparecchiature.

Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile: siamo arrivate in tante, con 10 damigelle, e nonostante un po’ di trambusto ci hanno accolte senza alcun problema. Anche quando, per sbaglio, ci siamo chiuse fuori dalla camera, sono stati pronti ad aiutarci con molta cortesia. Ho apprezzato anche la loro flessibilità: avevo chiesto di arrivare un po’ prima e di ripartire più tardi, e hanno fatto il possibile per venirmi incontro. Un soggiorno piacevole che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale.

Le personnel rencontré s'est avéré sympathique, compréhensif et attentionné, bien qu'impuissant face à l'expression de notre déception. Nous avons réservé pour deux nuits une chambre standard dont la photo et le descriptif étaient différents et largement supérieurs à la qualité de la chambre sombre et humide qui nous a été attribuée. A ce jour,les photos présentées sur booking ont été modifiées.

Bellissima piscina, camere spaziose e pulitissime. Vista eccezionale sulle colline del Monferrato. Colazione ottima, staff disponibile e gentile!
- Guest (8/5): Una piacevole fuga dalla città immersa nelle Langhe piemontesi. - Struttura nuovissima, ben tenuta e molto pulita. Personale attento al cliente e a soddisfarne le esigenze (prenotazione di un ristorante il giorno prima di Ferragosto). Colazione a buffet ottima e variegata, piscina grande e pulita, posizione ottima e strategica per visitare le Langhe. Unica pecca oggettiva è la presenza di una porta (ovviamente chiusa) scorrevole, che all’occorrenza metterebbe in comunicazione due diverse camere fra loro. Questo si traduce nel fatto che sentivamo gli ospiti nella camera adiacente, i quali fortunatamente non hanno fatto rumore durante la notte. Per la piscina suggerirei inoltre di aggiungere più ombrelloni a disposizione per i clienti.

Il pourrait y avoir au moins une table et 2 chaises devant la porte. La chambre ne correspondait en tout cas pas à ma réservation mais n’ayant pas réclamé !…. Pas de service en dehors du petit déjeuner Poubelle de salle de bain non vidée durant les 3 jours et nous avons du réclamer car ménage oublié un jour

On découvre la maison de la rue ... les surprises viennent après et elles sont bonnes ! Il y a du y avoir un très bon architecte pour concevoir ces chambres, cet ascenseur extérieur qui conduit en haut de la butte sur la terrasse ( au niveau du 3ème etage ) et la piscine. Magnifique vue tout autour et son des cloches de l'église attenante . Ne pas oublier de faire le tour du " chemin rempart" . Chambre standard au 2éme, pas de vue, dans un style dépouillé/épuré que nous avons apprécié. Salle de bain très design, impeccable. A notre avis, excellent rapport QUALITE/ prix Il a été facile de se garer gratuitement tout près ( place de la Croix Rouge)
- Anna (10/5): Accoglienza a cinque stelle fra le vigne del Monferrato - La struttura è una porzione di un antico castello, le camere sono nuovissime, pulite e profumate, molto accoglienti, con tetti affrescati e arredamento moderno e curato. Il letto dove ho dormito più comodamente in tutta la mia vita è proprio lì. Le camere si affacciano su un cortile interno, fresco e silenzioso, da cui prendere un panoramico ascensore fino al terzo piano, quello della piscina e della colazione, quest’ultima ricchissima, dolce e salata, attenta anche alle esigenze dei celiaci. La conduzione è familiare e famigliare 🙂 gentilissimi tutti quanti e attenti ad ogni esigenza dell’ospite. Vale la pena passare da Calliano per soggiornare in questo b&b che nulla ha da invidiare a certi hotel di lusso, con la sua vista fra le colline e i suoi vigneti, vi rigenererà senz’altro. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Aankomst is wat onpersoonlijk doordat je toegang krijgt met code en sleutel ligt klaar aan de receptie. Wat meer parasols zijn noodzakelijk aan het zwembad.

Personnel agréable et disponible. Petit déjeuner bien fourni. Nettoyage de la salle de bain peut mieux faire (cheveux au sol) , mais dans l'ensemble propre.

- Guest (8/5): Good value for unique property. - Great views and unique property. Good value for our money and good find on last minute. Standard B&B style, simple and cozy. The green croissant was wow. Friendly staff. Nice pool but too early in the season to use. Our room had a door to the adjacent room like some hotels have. The issue, the key was left in keyhole. We didn’t realize it until we opened the door that it was clearly someone else’s room.
- Connie (10/5): - Breakfast was good and the selection wide. The location was very relaxing and the staff very helpful when we locked ourselves out of the room. The rooms were sparse-we had no glasses or cups of any kind although there were two paper coasters. Also, the closet rod to hang clothing was quite high. I am 5’ 8” and had to stand on tip toe to reach it.

- Simona (10/5): - Il castello è’ stato sapientemente ristrutturato. Al terzo piano c’è una bellissima piscina e la vista sulle colline è ‘ incantevole. La mattina viene servita un’ottima colazione; la stanza è’ confortevole e spaziosa. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Torneremo presto!

Location e personale consigliatissimi. Farei solo spegnere le campane della chiesa a 10mt dalle 23 alle 7,00 :-)

- Vivian (9/5): Amazing views and renovated to the highest standard - Exceptionally well renovated to the highest standard. Views to die for and I have no doubt once the swimming pool is actually uncovered and available to plunge into it will be spectacular. The actual entrance is so discreet as to be easily miserable and the roads up to And down from the hotel are extremely narrow and quite steep so don’t try and access it in a Cadillac! Our Subaru was only just narrow enough. Apart from that caveat a very very good place breakfast was exceptionally good very fresh and the staff tried very hard to make us stay as comfortable as possible. Access roads are a bit of an adventure in a car
- Roberta (9/5): Da rifare assolutamente - La pulizia, lo stile minimal, la posizione, la comodità del Parcheggio … la cortesia delle titolari … la qualità della struttura, la discrezione e il silenzio che regna sovrano. All ultimo piano una vista INCREDIBILE Nulla non è piaciuto. Anzi ci torneremo. La struttura è nuovissima quindi sono certa che ci saranno certi accorgimenti da aggiustare che solo il tempo permetteranno loro di valutare. Una macchina delle bevande calde da colazione forse più professionale per garantire tipo un cappuccino tipico italiano più vicino a quello servito al bar 👍

- paola (9/5): Tranquillo e nuovo - Tutto perfetto: posizione, arredamento, pulizia, camera spaziosa e bagno nuovissimo. Utilizzo ascensore (nuovo ma non perfettamente funzionante) e mancanza accesso a scale è un problema di sicurezza. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Schöne Gartenanlage mit tollem Pool und Blick in das Monteferrat. Eine sehr schöne Oase im Piemont. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen schwer zu finden wenn man mit dem PKW anreist
