• Joachim (8/5): Die Unterkunft ist ganz gut, für zwei Personen, für das was man bekommt, etwas zu teuer. - Die Unterkunft ist recht schön und praktisch und - gerade in der Küche - gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind zu schmal für zwei erwachsene Personen (geschätzt unter 140 cm). Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses (etwas schäbiger Treppenflur, ungeputzte Fenster) war nicht so schön.
• Andreas (10/5): Eine Traumwohnung in dem geschichtsträchtigen Gebäude einer ehemaligen Whisky-Destillerie in optimaler, zentraler Lage. - Wir haben eine sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Es fehlte an Nichts und man fühlte sich gleich wie zu Hause. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter via Mail klappte ausgezeichnet und war sehr freundlich. Als wir ankamen gab es kein Licht im Flur - nur ein grünes schwaches Licht zur Orientierung. Um die Koffer die Treppe hoch zu tragen, war es definitiv zu Dunkel. Einen Lichtschalter haben wir nicht gefunden, später war das Licht dann an, vermutlich über eine Zeitschaltuhr. Zum Glück hatten wir eine Taschenlampe dabei.

It was so refreshing to stay at a place where we could wash our clothes, cook our dinners and have weet bix for breakfast is fantastic. Not much. Welll equipped and loved the coffee pod machine (finally).

• Kathy (8/5): Well worth the time to stay - The property was close to the heart of Fort William and had everything that we needed. Good equipped kitchen and seperate lounge room and very clean. It is a couple of flights of stairs up and can be an issue if have big suitcases. Was an old whisky distillery - could have been good to have some original features.

Lacks cleanliness, there where dirty dishes in the cupboard, hair in the shower and dust all around. The stairway leading to the appartment looks like it has never been cleaned. Some of the windows very hard to open due to architectural design of the place.

• Vanya (8/5): Well priced, well equipped, modern and clean apartment. Excellent location, handy for Ben Nevis, but with a 15-minute w - The flat was smartly decorated and very clean. It was well equipped (great shower), with comfortable bed with very nice bed linen — and convenient for heading up into the hills around Ben Nevis. The area is very quiet and residential. It’s a good 15 minute walk from the town centre where most of the restaurants are, along the busy dual carriageway but this wasn’t a major problem. It’s about a half hour walk from the Ben Nevis visitor’s centre. The entry access instructions were straightforward. Everything was great.

• Gergely (9/5): Good location, well sized apartment - The location is not so far away from the center, it's about 15 minutes walk. Upon arrival make sure you read the instructions so you will find the building easily. Finding the key and apartment is easy. The size of the apartment is well enough for two, but perhaps even for four as well. The interior of the apartment is just fine, meets expectations and they are as shown on the pictures. There are plenty of details the host/management pays attention to, such as providing torches, maps, information about Fort William, plenty of TV channels if it's raining cats and dogs. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is even a washing machine The size of the bed for two is not wide enough (almost 140 cm), and it's a bit too soft. Pay attention when having shower (especially if putting water into the bath and not having a shower, and if there are more guests) as you may run out of the hot water from the tank and it takes time to have it heated up again.

• Teresa (9/5): Perfect location perfect apartment. - Easy location of the lock and code was sent in advance. Had no issues at all accessing the property. This place is spotlessly clean. So very very comfortable, the sofa and the beds the towels and everything that was needed was there. The whole place is to be fair is pretty much perfect and the location is perfect for Ben Nevis and walking into town for something to eat and drink. The owners manual tells you all you need to know. Nothing not to like. If I was being really picky, I padded around as softly as I could as I was aware of residents below. I could hear noise from the neighbouring property but that is to be expected really. It never caused any distress.
• Dawn (10/5): Felt like home! - Felt like home. Plenty of space to spread out and chill. Great to have a washing machine. Grateful for the peppermint tea bags. Easy to park outside. Had a great time exploring the less-obvious including walk to Glen Nevis and Steall Falls. Enjoyed the Highland Cinema in town and the Aroma Cafe for no-frills Chinese food, photography exhibition and lovely staff. Highland Soap shop and cafe does an amazing breakfast :) Could do with a small table in the living room for when we had drinks/snacks

Planned Jacobite Steam Train was cancelled.Access to Ben Nevis gondola unavailable - Location was central Facilities in the apartment in particular the kitchen were good Free parking Beds should be queen or king size. Shower unit poor. Fitted bottom sheets would help avoid the bunching up of linen making for an uncomfortable sleep.
