• Françoise Elise (9/5): - Studios petits mais confortables et bien équipés (notamment machine à laver le linge, rare en Bulgarie) Emplacement parfaite à deux pas du vieux Nesebar et de la plage et du parking municipal Excellente communication avec le propriétaire Piscine un peu petite, manque de transat surtout que le sport national des résidents est de réserver les transats ou d'envoyer leurs enfants de 6 ans le faire dès 8h du matin Résidents très malpolis et sales à la piscine

• Bonev (9/5): Superb - Clean. Has a pool. Close to the beach. Close for a walk to the new town. Shower is with boiler. Until the first person was done, the second had to use cold water.

The location is just 3 minutes from the beach, within waking distance (less than 1 km) from the old city and about 500 m from the new city center. If somebody doesn't want to go to the beach, there is a swimming pool as an option. The studio is fully equipped with everything necessary, is very clean, really quiet (which was a very nice surprise!) and the host, Mr. Grigori, was very kind and willing to help and support whenever was necessary.

He helped us with the luggage, recommended places to - Location, service and cleanliness were absolutely fabulous with this place. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. The central location of this luxury suite was excellent for walking to the old town Nesebar, to the beach and to plenty of restaurants. You do not need a car or other transportation.

• Teodora (10/5): Great weekend stay - The studio was great. Everything was neat, clean, and very well furnished. The bathroom was also perfect without any problems. The 3-minute walking distance from the South Beach of Nesebar and the 10-minute walk from the Old Town were a great advantage. When the studio's terrace door was open, there was noise in the evening from the street and the near outside playground.

• Eerik (10/5): Clean, modern and peaceful. - The location was wonderful. The place is really close to beaches, both paid and free. One of the best and cleanest beaches I have been in Bulgaria. Studio was well designed and planned, it actually looked better than on the pictures. Everything was new and clean. They also changed the towels and bed sheets during our stay. From the balcony there was a beautiful seaview, where we enjoyed morning coffees. Coffee machine was provided. Good air conditioning and tv. We were greeted with a nice complimentary bottle of vine. The host was nice and helpful. Also there was a beautiful and clean mineral pool with jacuzzi we enjoyed much. Definetly we will come again next year.
