Tesis sahibi ingilizce bilmiyor ve yardımcı ola - Konumu merkezi onun dışında asla önermem Tesis sahibi ingilizce konuşamıyor iletişim kurmak imkansız sadece ispanyolca konusuyor. Whatsapp hattı yapay zeka ve her soruya mantıklı cevap vermiyor! Checkin cok zor, hiç bir talimatı göndermediler binanın girişinde bir gece yarısı çaresizce kaldık. Neye uğrasığımızı şaşırdık. Kilitli bir kutu varmış ama şifresi bize gönderilmedi. Ev çok sağuk, biz gelmeden önce ısıtılmamış sadece klima ile ısınıyor, ısınmamız 2 saati buldu. Evin temizliği idare eder, çok iyi diyemem. Yataklar konforsuz başlıksız, çok yüksek fiyata kaldık, daha iyi bir ev beklerdim.

• Rafael Alo (6/5): 6 de 10 - La ubicacion Estaba muy sucio, si movias cualquier mueble estaba todo con polvo acumulado. Tuvimos que lavar en la lavadora mantas d ela casa y las fundas del sofa (daba asquito aporte en el reposabrazos). La cada tiene muchisimos muebles que entorpencrn el uso de los espacios
• Arlene (9/5): - Location and having the office across the way. The place had space, and comfortable. The elevator was broken when we got there and starting working a day before we left. Also the microwave did not work.
• Cordeiro Socha (8/5): Hard to beat the location, good value for money. - Perfect location, cute decor, lots of space for us, kitchen available, dishwasher and washing machines available, fridge and stove available. Could do a better job sweeping stairs. There was a cleaning mop in front of the door (it would be better to find some place to put it away).

• Addie (6/5): It was ok. I would pick a different place next time. - I loved how private and spacious it was! It was nice for my friend and I to have our own rooms. The location was great. It seemed like everything took forever to figure out. We were constantly reaching out to the property to help us navigate every single appliance. We couldn’t get the stove to work- couldn’t get my friends clothing out of the washer, the oven was cryptic. At one point the front door was jammed broken and had us locked out. The staff kept telling me it isn’t broken- but IT WAS broken. It took us over 20 minutes of trying to get in because no one came to help us/ then was jammed open and the door wouldn’t close. The effort it took to utilize the apartment wasn’t worth the time I put into it. I really wanted to enjoy my stay but next time I’d probably pick another place. They could also use a couch cover, because the one they have is covered in stains.
• Bruce (1/5): A shabby apartment that smells of sewage - The location is good The apartment and the furniture were shabby and unclean in places. During the first night, the bathroom got a very strong smell of urine and sewage that spread throughout the entire apartment and would not go away and was too unpleasant to stay. In the morning we found another hotel and checked out 24 hours early. The apartment is managed by Wekey Homes Campo Verde, if you discover the apartment you booked is managed by them then cancel and book elsewhere.
• Melissa (8/5): Quirky apartment in an excellent location. - Excellent location. Quirky apartment. Nice size and well equipped. Excellent communication from owner who gave us lots of useful information in particular regarding where to park. Air con wasn’t very good in the bedroom area. As it was very hot at the time of our stay we ended up sleeping with the bedroom door open which can be very noisy in Granada. Otherwise everything was good.
• Mirjana (8/5): Very good - Location was great, all the main attraactions/bus stops are at walking distance. Luckily we didn't have issues with noise coming from the street I read about in other reviews. We spend there two nights and had a nice a smooth comunication with the memebers of Wekey's team. They provided great info on how to easily check in/out, how to get to apt., recommendations for the best bars and restaurants, tips and tricks on how to get last minute tickets for Alhambra and what you should not miss during your stay in Granada. Cleanliness can be improved tho. Cleanliness can be improved
• Alison (7/5): Good - Location is amazing!!!! Centre of Granada!! It also had everything we needed in the apartment and was big enough for a family of 5, plenty of fresh bedding and towels. Plus check in at 3pm which is earlier than most. It was not clean, hairs in the bathroom, dust under the bed. Sofa very dirty and need replacing.
