• sabrina (7/5): Benidorm non delude mai - Posizione L'ascensore dell'edificio non funzionava correttamente e il bagno dell'appartamento aveva un problema di fognatura, il wc emanava costantemente un odore insopportabile (è la seconda volta che alloggio in questo appartamento e questo problema era già presente più di un anno fa e non è stato risolto)
• TOLEDO (7/5): Interesante y con buenas vistas, pero con un par de cosas a mejorar - Buenas vistas y bien ubicado, a 10 segundos de la playa. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. El extractor no va a ningún sitio por lo que si cocinas se llena de humo aunque abras las ventanas. Además el baño huele fatal, para potar, tampoco tiene extractor de olores.

• Roberto (9/5): Buena ubicación y preciosas vistas - Ubicación y vistas Todo bien en general, el colchon del sofacama quizas necesita un recambio, es tan fino que notas los hierros del somier y el lavabo del servicio no traga bien, aviso a los siguientes inquilinos, la cafetera es de cápsulas Nespresso, no llevéis cafe molido como hice yo, pero solo son esos pequeños detalles, lo importante está todo bien, recomendable
• Leonie (9/5): Lovely comfortable apartment in a great location with beautiful views - Pick up for the keys was simple and convenient once we found the pick up location. The apartment was in a great location at the far end of Poniente beach, it was just across the road from the beach in a quiet area but had a good choice of restaurants nearby. The bus stop which went into the main part of Benidorm ( number 3 ) was just across the road and the buses were quick, easy to use and regular ( 10 mins into town )The apartment felt really safe/secure with a locked gate and main door. The view of the sea/beach from the apartment was gorgeous, and there was a sliding door/window with a choice of blinds or shutters if needed to make the most of it. The kitchen and furniture were modern, with a comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. It was well laid out and had everything we needed; somewhere to put your washing, hang your towels, a tidy for your shower things, toothbrushes, a little washing up pack etc It had plenty of towels and a duvet if you felt cold. There was heating/air conditioning ( although we didn’t need it). It was nice to have Netflix for the evenings to relax after a busy day exploring. We would definitely stay again -thank you 🙂 The communication with the host with the details of the name of the apartment and where to pick up the keys was sent a little bit later than i was expecting ( but was before the check in time ), but the information was full & clear once we received it. We could not get onto the WIFI during our stay, although the host did try to help with this issue and suggested ringing the office on the Monday as it was Saturday ( I emailed but did not receive a response but did not try ringing ) This was not a big problem as we just used our own data. Some more information about how to use the equipment in the apartment would have been useful, but none of this stopped us from having a brilliant holiday ☺️
