• Raminta (9/5): Very nice, perfect pick for a stay in Funchal! - Modern building, all the facilities were there, very convenient for a longer stay. Pleasant surprise to have a welcome gift! The parking entrance was quite confusing, but after contacting the staff we managed to find our way.

• Thierry 49 (9/5): Très bonne expérience - L'appartement situé au 4ème étage est vaste, très bien équipé et très plaisant avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Le parking en sous sol est un véritable plus si vous louez un véhicule. Le supermarché Continente Modelo (estrada Monumental) est très pratique (parking en sous sol gratuit). Les consignes reçues lors du check in ne précisent pas que l'entrée du parking est située rua Vale dos Piornais (c'est d'autant plus perturbant que la télécommande ouvre aussi la porte de garage situé juste à droite de l'entrée de la residence mais il ne s'agit pas du bon parking ...) Idem pour le local poubelle situé à l'entrée du parking mais l'emplacement n'est précisé nul part dans les consignes Le parquet de la pièce principale présente un défaut de pose majeure (large fente entre les lames et pose mal réalisée) ce qui dégrade l'expérience visuelle ... c'est dommage Les couverts en plastique sont en fin de vie, il faudrait les remplacer par des couverts en inox. il manque un égouttoir en cuisine

• Philip (9/5): Nice stay at Rainbow apartment. - The 4th floor apartment was large, modern, very clean and well appointed. It had a nice balcony view of the sea and mountains. We liked the location as it was in a quieter residential area compared to central Funchal. There were plenty of good restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. The seafront was around 10 mins walk with nice bars and restaurants at local prices. There was a promenade walk into Funchal which was around 3 miles away but had cafes and bars to drop into on the way there. Very regular bus service (green line 01 & 02 buses) in to and out of Funchal. The apartment had its own underground car parking space which was useful for car hire. Nothing.
• Matej (10/5): Great stay! The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the secure garage parking is a big plus. The apartment is well-equi - Terrace with view, parking in garage, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with dryer, quiet environment. Info video with checkin instructions. Some things maybe need fix like courtains on terrace, new pillow im hanging chair on balcony. But this isn't issue for me.

• Sabrina (7/5): Nice Apartment located at busy Street. - Modern and clean Apartment. Nice view from the balcony. Pool was nice, but very cold. Clean area and short walk to Supermarket and Seaside. No check in instructions before arrival. Meeting point is another Street than parking garage. A map/picture of the location, meeting point and car park before arrival could solved all issues. Headphones are a must. Street is very busy and loud, so nice balcony view could not really be enjoyed. Neighbours were very loud as well (some guy was screaming nearly each evening).
• Lukasz (10/5): - Amazing apartment in a great location, there is a beach nearby, it is very close to the city centre and additional underground parking turned out to be very convenient. The house is very spacious with a nice balcony and a great view and has all the equipment you might need for a longer stay. I really enjoyed my time here and I definitely can recommend this location.

• Dominika (9/5): Same plusy prócz kanapy w salonie. - Duży i przestronny apartament na nowoczesnym osiedlu z genialnym widokiem na balkonie, świetny basen oraz prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Sypiąca się kanapa!
• Thomas Scheuls (10/5): Blumeninsel für Individualisten - Siehe oben Die Lage etwas außerhalb war genau unser Ding, Bushaltestellen quasi vor der Tür und um die Ecke, Tiefgaragenstellplatz und eine neue Wohnung in die man hätte einziehen können, was will man mehr. Das Besteck hätte etwas wertiger sein können aber das nur am Rande...leider müffelt es in der Küche ein bißchen aber auch das konnten wir verschmerzen..alles in allem eine 10 mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.
• Anna (10/5): - Das Appartement war absolut schön. Sehr geräumig, toll eingerichtet, modern und sauber. Es war eine große Küche mit Geschirr und einem großen Kühlschrank drin. Eine Waschmaschine mit Waschtabs und Wäscheständer war vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab zusätzliche Bettwäsche. Ein großer Kleiderschrank mit sehr viel Platz. Ein Tiefgarage mit reservierten, kostenlosem Parkplatz war vorhanden. Die Lage war sehr gut. 15min Fußweg zum Strand. Direkt um die Ecke war ein sehr guter Italiener (Preis-Leistung top) und ein Supermarkt auch nur 10 mik entfernt. Es gab WLAN und ein Smart-TV. Die Couch war etwas stark abgenutzt und das WLAN hat sich immer wieder abgeschaltet. In der Dusche war eine Ablage für die Duschsachen schräg.

• Matteo (8/5): Great place to stay - The apartment is a nice location and it's recent built. The communal swimming pool was kept clean and tidy, very nice and it was fully functional also in April while weather was great to use it! The kitchen offers everything you need to cook, pans, pots cutleries etc.. The location is tranquil and they have a very nice patisserie down the street on the main road in the corner called "Viana". The view is very nice and you can see the Camara do Lobos mountain with the sea. Overall a great stay and I would probably come back if they rectify what we didn't like. For us it was still a good value for the money. The apartment overall was clean and tidy, but we had to call them as the shower had mould in around the base, the wall tiles and also on the shower head. They sent the cleaning team, very kind lady, to clean but then had to call them again as the head was still full of mould so they have replaced it. Also the sink was dusty and the bathroom drawers had hair from other guests. I would have expect the bathroom to be the most cleaned part of the apartment. They also have a nice hanging egg chair in the balcony which was very dirty, we had to wash the cushion ourselves in the washing machine to enjoy the use of it. The sofa looks like had better days as the faux leather is coming off all over it.

• Aranci (10/5): - Tutto eccellente: la posizione (4 km da Funchal e 1 km dalla principale strada dell'isola, punto strategico per raggiungere ogni località), l'appartamento (pressoché nuovo e dotato di ogni comodità, spazioso), la vista (dal balcone si vede l'oceano, specie al tramonto è piacevole), la pulizia (impeccabile al check-in), i servizi (piscina, posto auto interrato riservato, wifi potente). Molto bene anche il check-in, che ci è stato anticipato, su richiesta e senza alcun problema, di circa 1,5/2 ore. Rapporti con il proprietario gestiti rapidamente tramite chat booking. Nulla.
• Guest (10/5): - Apartament bardzo duzy i wygodny ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Nie można się do niczego przyczepić. Czysto I świeżo. Lokalizacja w cichej części miasta, dostępny parking w bloku, więc idealny dla osób wypozyczajacych auto.
• Owais (10/5): A great place to stay. - Very spacious and bright. Some restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We had a car and the underground parking spot was great. We stayed here for 13 days and had no issues. Complementary wine and cookies were a nice touch. Not much to write here. A couple of hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom would have been nice.

• Sanches (10/5): Adoramos ficar alojados neste apartamento e certamente voltaremos. - O apartamento estava muito bem cuidado e com uma decoração muito bonita. A cama era muito confortável e esse era um requisito dado que me encontro grávida. Tem uma vista bonita e foram muito amáveis em deixar alguns mimos no apartamento para que pudéssemos desfrutar de algumas iguarias da madeira. Nada a declarar.

• raquel (10/5): - El apartamento esta muy bien, todo bastante nuevo y con una terraza amplia. La ubicación para nosotros fue perfecta . Hay que decir que si te gusta estar en el meollo de la ciudad está un poco lejos. A unos 3 km andando ( tienes líneas de autobús a dos pasos ).Pero si tienes intención de estar moviéndote en coche por la isla su ubicación es perfecta ( incluye garaje ) . La playa está relativamente cerca andando ( digo relativo porque es cuesta abajo y luego hay que bajar un tramo de escaleras si vas andando) . Prácticamente debajo hay un restaurante de pizzas que es una maravilla y están buenísimas. Aunque ahora ( sept 2023 ) no había muchos restaurantes ni tiendas alrededor. Toda la avenida que lleva al centro de la ciudad está en plena construcción de apartamentos ( imagino que todos los locales de abajo acabaran siendo restaurantes y tiendas. Estaban ya a punto de abrir un supermercado ) . Está bastante cerca el centro comercial forum que está muy bien para realizar tu compra ( ya que tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar en el apartamento) o darte una vuelta por las tiendas.

• Alena Sophie (10/5): Tolles modernes, helles und geräumiges Apartment mit Meerblick - Super großes Apartment, sehr schön eingerichtet und schön hell. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist ein Traum. Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert und ohne Probleme. Der Pool war sehr sauber.
