• Man-Fai (9/5): Excellent flat and close to Westfield Stratford - Room was clean and in excellent condition. The room had excellent facilities for our 3 week stay. The 24 hr help desk was quick to respond to any problems. I had an issue with the bathroom tap that wouldn't turn so I couldn't have a bath for 2 nights but the help desk were able to fix it.

• Ivan (9/5): - Extremely nice, spacious and modern apartment. Very close to Stratford station for all means of transport. Nothing in particular, if I want to be picky some more instructions in the apartment on how to dispose the rubbish, how to operate washer/dryer, etc...although there's a live chat where one can ask such questions, I never got round to it.
• Shashank (10/5): - Great location with access to public transport and Westfield mall with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent facilities in apartment.
• Deborah (3/5): Not good enough, no security, prices vary hugely, no TV in bedroom, forget working the hob or oven - Location if you can find it. Endless emails of instructions, hidden check-in was ridiculous, no security in building - not the front door or the lift - anyone can go anywhere. Can't figure out the hob, Can't figure out the microwave/oven - no instructions there....actually expected me to put the dishes on before I left!! No TV in bedroom, no extra sheets or towels. Private apartment so no services whatsoever. I paid £220 per night but then saw it advertised for £160 per night same time. Felt proper ripped off

Very modern and well designed. Spacious design, unusual for London flats. Co-working area, pool, gym, and steam/sauna excellent. Dirty towels. Slow responses - takes hours. No one answers the phone. Complained about the towels, but not much done. No staff on location. Rate dropped significantly after we paid (more than $200)

• Akinpelu (5/5): Lovely apartment in a Great location but management can be friendlier and - We had a Kitchen where we cooked for ourselves by choice. Location was excellent. Very near west field stratford Mall, Great shopping experience and transportation made easy by the train station. Lovely apartment No breakfast provided. We arrived having asked for an early check in but the Property failed to honor this leaving us with tired Sleepy children. There was no help with luggage no trolley nothing. Not a pleasant welcome at all. No courtesy cleaning despite our two week stay. Very expensive nightly rate. No extra bedsheets or toiletries and living room sofa should have been a sofa bed!

• Bader (5/5): Location is a CURSE - NOT a blessing - Quiet environment - quiet neighbors - very close to Westfield stratford mall - management fixed reported problems within 24 hours. 1- When getting into the apartment the air condition was off and the temperature inside was above 40 c - the management should have at least started the AC 12 hours before arriving so as to make apartment usable! 2- we arrived 8:30 pm on the 28th of June but the police did not allow us to use the street to reach the building - there was a concert at West-ham stadium and all roads were closed - we had to wait on the curb for 4 hours with our 8 bags while 7000 concert goers surrounded us?! ( note: i called the management at 7:30 pm and told them that we will be arriving at 8:30 - they said that every thing is just fine and the apartment is ready for us!) what a sadistic ludicrous sad joke that was. 3- The air conditioning system does not function if the outside temperature is above 30 c. 4- Who ever bought the sofa for the apartment should be sued for every penny in their position - i have never in my life seen a SOFA or so called sofa that is 10 cm high from the ground - I have 2 knee surgeries and this sofa is not - and i repeat - is not to be used by senior people or people with sport injuries. 5- on the 20th of July Westfield Avenue was closed again and no cars were allowed in or out into Westfield avenue - we were coming back from shopping from central london and our taxi was not allowed into the avenue - imagine carrying heavy shopping bags and walking again with 7 or 10 thousand people - it took us 2 hours to reach the building while usually it took us 10 minutes??! Very very ludicrous absurd situation - Urban rest apartments management gave us no warning at all! 6- on the 2nd day of our stay i kept etching after sleeping on the bed - i removed all the covers and bedding to find that the mattress had blood spots and dirt?!(note : after complaining to the management they replaced the mattress and the bed sheets).

I was informed that I needed to install a property app, and only then would I receive a response within 48 hours, which I found unacceptable. Maintenance issues like this should be addressed immediately, with someone physically attending to the problem as soon as a complaint is made. Aside from the key collection and the AC maintenance issue, everything else was excellent

• Ashley (6/5): An enjoyable stay except for having to prop open all windows day and night, and a long train ride. - Apartment was spacious, clean. Kitchen equipment were new and they had everything you need. Bathroom wise also good. Living room is nice with plenty of seating area and a decent size TV. The place did not have an AC, so in the summer when all windows are shut (as instructed by the host) the place itself is really stuffy, spent first day and night in sweat. The team was really nice in providing me a small fan that helps ventilation, but there was a bit of back-and-forth in emails with the host when it comes to adjusting the in-house thermostat and I was just frustrated at the end. Apart from this, location wise expect a 30 minute plus train ride to city center.
• Mwoya (8/5): Perfectly located and homely - The apartment was spacious and homely. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom was spacious as well and there is air conditioning/heater and a washing machine. Also, I liked the fact that the place practices recycling. The location couldn't be better! There is the Olympic Park nearby which was great for a quick cardio and plenty of food options nearby. The connectivity was awesome with the train station being a short walk away. Thank you for preparing some snacks and water as a welcoming gesture. The coffee machine was very handy as well. The knives were rusty and may need maintenance. If only there was a bidet or bum gun in the toilet. The towels are nice to use but left behind lint that sticks on the body. Other than these, all is good.

• Joycee (9/5): It is ideal for me whether travelling solo or with family. - This is my second time staying at this accommodation because I like its location which is right in the middle of Westfield Shopping centre. Also, Stratford station is about a 5mins walk. Shopping and Transportation made easy for me😊😊 My major dissatisfier after two stays at Urban Rest is the delivery/parcel acceptance mechanism. I am not sure what the real issue is, whether it is a problem with the delivery services or not. It has been frustrating because I have left on both stays without my delivered items. My opinion is that Urban Rest needs to address this issue.

The apartment is as on the photos and the apartment was really clean!!!! If I have to mention anything, it is that the beds are a little bit hard and the check-out time at 10 am.
