• Juan Alberto (4/5): UNA NOCHE MUY FRÍA - La amplitud de espacios y la tranquilidad Fuimos en invierno a pasar una noche y llegamos a las 19h aprox y el apto era una nevera. De las 3 habs , 2 tienen radiador y la 3a no. El salón tenía aire acondicionado que calentaba poco. Nos pelamos de frío. En otros sitios hemos encontrado el apartamento atemperado. En general el menaje de cama y mobiliario bastante dejado y no muy limpio (o ese aspecto daba). Calidad/Precio muy muy justo. Digo esto con carácter constructivo si tienen algún interés en mejorar su servicio.

• Jordina (8/5): Apartament tranquil i lluminós. - Carrer apartat amb facilitat per aparcar. Calefacció a totes les estances, apartament molt ampli i lluminós. Els llits molt còmodes i confortables. Molt tranquil, i sense soroll. Bona comunicació amb el propietari/a en tot moment i respostes molt ràpides. Potser cal una mica de manteniment en algunes nanses de mobles, sellat de finestres i el forn no funciona però ja ho vam comunicar al propietari que va dir que ho resoldria. 3r pis sense ascensor. Per nosaltres cap problema. Però cal tenir-ho en compte.

• Aurimas (8/5): - Išsinuomojome šį būstą keliaudami iš Barcelonos į Murcija, Buto lokacija gera ( atstumas nuo Barselonos oro uosto apie 1-1.5 val.) jei reikia būsto prieinama kainą keliaujant ir norint pernakvoti vieną ar dvi naktis. Šalia buvo nemokama aikštelė keliems automobiliams. Pats miestelis visai jaukus. Ryte yra kur nueiti papusryčiauti. Kondicionierius tik pagrindiniame kambaryje, kitur buvo labai karšta miegoti. Vaizdas per kai kuriuos langus nebuvo labai geras, bet neturėjome lūkesčio, kad bus geras, tai labai ne nuliūdome. Butas ganėtinai aukštai. Su lagaminais buvo sunku užlipti.
• Linda (9/5): Superb - The apartment was comfortable and the views from the rooftop were excellent. The unique downside was the walkup for my elderly father. Once installed, he was very comfortable.
• Anne (4/5): DON'T stay in winter- the apartment is freezing cold. - Quiet location. Fast internet. Modern fittings in kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. Decent sized shower. Spacious living room. Comfortable bed. Absolutely freezing in the apartment and didn't warm up all week. This over-rides all other aspects. First impressions bad. The apartment is located in a rough, narrow side street surrounded by demolished buildings. The entrance and stairs are very ugly. As mentioned by others, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with six flights of stairs to scale with luggage and shopping without lift or help from host. No view from any window except two bedrooms which overlook demolished houses with hills on the horizon. The apartment was equipped with thought at one time but now appears in need of care and maintenance; handle missing from kitchen cupboard, toilet roll holder dangling from wall, chipped floor tiles, old and lumpy dining chairs. No plug for bathroom basin so the morning wash consists of a quick splash from a running tap in a freezing room. Bedrooms basic.
