• John (8/5): Enjoyable but could have been better. - The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to all the sights of the City Centre. It is spacious and has two bathrooms. Some noise in city centre accommodation is to be expected . However, while others have described the apartment as quiet, noise from an adjacent road could be a distraction at night as windows did not dampen it adequately. Also as mentioned by other reviewers previously the accommodation is let down by the quality of towels provided to guests.

Very easy to access, because of the concierge Vincent, who us incredibly helpful (please arrive during normal Italian working hours). The host's recommendations for local restaurants etc. are absolutely spot on. Great bathrooms, adequate kitchen (we didn't bother to cook, though). Very quiet street (not always the case in Italy!). Good cafe and mini-supermarket close by. If you need a taxicab, call ahead, and be prepared to wait. Not particularly convenient to the Central Station, if you intend to use it as a base for day trips by train; otherwise excellent. Supplied toiletries might be a little lightweight, but can easily be supplemented. No fancy coffee machine, but a very good electric kettle!

Check-in-ul a fost simplu, iar locația este un mare avantaj pentru un city break. Din păcate, lenjeriile de pat nu păreau suficient de curate, ceea ce a afectat confortul sejurului. Considerăm că folosirea unor lenjerii de unică folosință sau acordarea unei atenții mai mari acestui aspect ar îmbunătăți semnificativ experiența oaspeților.

Hemos estado una semana y vinieron a cambiar las sábanas y toallas. Estaba todo muy limpio pero falta algo de menaje de cocina y las sábanas y toallas aunque muy limpias estaban demasiado usadas.

The location was excellent, in a walking distance from everything you d need to visit and in a quiet street .They gave us bottled water and had some coffee with moka machine .

Random items left everywhere (loose screws in the drawer, pills on the floor, random objects in every cupboard). One of the bathrooms smelled horrible. There was no kettle (as advertised in the apartment description!) which is essential these days.

• Salvatore (8/5): Grande appartamento, un po' rumoroso... - La location è a pochi passi dal centro e la zona ci è sembrata tranquilla. La camera è molto grande e confortevole, praticamente un appartamento convertito ad uso camera. Si trova in un multi-condominio con diversi studi professionali ed è servito da un custode. L'arredamento è quello di un vecchio appartamento. Atrio, camera, grande salotto, cucina e due comodi bagni. L'odore nell'appartamento è di vecchio, come se in passato ci avessero fumato. Il bagno grande confina con uno studio professionale (Avvocati?), durante il giorno molto rumori di gente al telefono, come averli in casa. Lo stesso bagno è servito da una pompa di scarico, la quale, quando si attiva è molto rumorosa.

• Katarzyna (8/5): - Bardzo duże mieszkanie, dwie łazienki. Blisko do wszystkich atrakcji miasta. Mieszkanie nie było zbytnio czyste. Toaleta w jednej łazience wyglądała jakby nie była posprzątana po wcześniejszych gościach. Brak czajnika.

In afara de aspectele pozitive mentionate referitoare la pozitia apartamentului nu am nimic bun de adaugat. Cum intri in apartament te izbeste un miros de pivnita. Desi am lasat geamurile deschise toata dupa amiaza pentru a aerisi, mirosul a persistat. Apartamentul are doua bai, in baia cu fereastra mirosea oribil a canalizare din scurgerea de la duș. Prosoapele miroseau groaznic a rufe statute, am solicitat proprietarului sa le schimbe, dar si cele noi miroseau la fel. Bazinul de la toaleta era plin de praf iar vasul de toaleta era murdar de pete de urina si fire de par. Probabil de la turistii cazați anterior. Din moment ce am vazut stratul de praf mi-am dat seama ca toaleta nu a fost corespunzător curatata si cand am descoperit murdaria am dezinfectat singura cu solutiile din dulap. Cand am ajuns am gasit un sul de hartie igienica de rezerva pus peste peria de wc, in contact direct cu perii acesteia. Mentionez ca ambele toalete erau murdare. A doua toaleta nu am prea folosit-o pentru ca nu avea fereastra si se aerisea mai greu plus ca are o pompa la toaleta care face foarte urat cand tragi apa. In apartament curatenia era aparenta, fetele de perna de pe canapea precum si cuvertura de pe pat erau patate. La bucatarie blatul, faianta si farfuriile erau murdare de grasime si curatate superficial. Frigiderul era murdar si cu niste pachele de zat de cafea in speranța ca va elimina mirosul neplacut din el. Patul este metalic si scartaie, salteaua veche si pernele sunt niste perne uzate pline de cocoloase. Se aude zgomot puternic de afara, geamurile nu prea izoleaza fonic. Nu ne asteptam ca la scorul de pe booking si banii platiti sa avem o astfel de experienta.

The concierge was friendly and helpful. There is a lift. I stayed 9 days so a washing machine would have been useful.

• hafid (8/5): - Overall OK quite enjoyable. The location was really close to great spots for food, ice cream, coffee, and more. Communication was clear - the host shared all the nicw spots to enjoy (breakfast, lunch, dinner, gelato), he also let us know when he wasunavailable to reach and provide alternative contact in case we need help. AC was really cold, which is great for this hot weather!! I would be happy to stay again if we ever go back to Bo! Toilet paper can be provided a bit more, but the rest of the amenities are sufficient.

• Justyna (10/5): Super aprtament w Bolonii - + lokalizacja (5 min od Fontanny, 25:min od Dworca) + kontakt z właścicielem (o każdej porze, bez problemu mogliśmy się zameldować i wymeldować później) + duża przestrzeń w salonie + wyposażenie kuchni (wszystko co potrzeba aby przygotować posiłek jest dostępne), w pierwszej chwili kuchnia wydaje się malutka ale spokojnie da się wszystko poukładać aby sprawnie zrobić śniadanie czy kolację + klimatyzacja (przy 35 stopniach było to mega istotne 😉) + 2 łazienki (ręczniki i zestaw startowy kosmetyków) Jeśli szukacie idealnego apartamentu w Bolonii to śmiało róbcie rezerwację! Kuchnia wymagała lekkiego doczyszczenia ale to zupełnie nie wpływało na naszą ocenę apartamentu

• Marion (9/5): Great place for Bologna break. - It was huge and two bathrooms! I thought the hot water would run out if both showers were used at the same time but it never did. Fab. Having a washing machine and dish washer was also great. (Dishwasher tabs were provided. Also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. We cooked in the apartment all the time and plenty of utensils etc. No toaster though. As everyone has said the property is very well located and good coop just around the corner. Sandro kept us well informed and when we found the property we rang her and she arrived within 5 mins. The apartment is within a large block all sharing an enclosed courtyard. It felt very very safe.

• Mária (8/5): A very good apartment if you can use the sockets and the stove. - Clean, beautiful rooms close to to the historic center. There was a bad smell comming from one of the bathrooms. All the sockets were in a wierd shape and we couldn’t plug in the appliances that were there, ex. microwave. The stove was not working.

Before to get into room, the ground floor is very nice. The apartment has two restroom which is quite convenient for more than two people. The table in the living room is not very strong. Curtain fell down the first day.

The bed in the main bedroom needs updating. The mattress is on a wire base, it is hard, and it moves each time the partner moves, making it difficult for a restful night sleep

Everything was comfortable and the host amazing, providing us with many recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing

• Petar (10/5): Great stay in the heart of Bologna - Located in the heart of Bologna, within 10 min. walking distance from the center, the apartment is the perfect place for a family of four. It is spacious with two bathrooms, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa that easily turns into a double bed. It has all the necessary facilities. We arrived at midnight, but the host was there to meet us. He was very polite and helpful. I'm not sure if he spoke English because my Italian was sufficient to communicate with him on the phone prior to arriving and face to face at the property. There is nothing I didn't like. Maybe a good coffee maker would be handy, but that was not a problem for us. Those who arrive at the central station, please note that you will need at least half an hour on foot to get to the property if you don't mind walking.

The apartament was located in the city center, Close to restaurant, bars and main attractions. The train station was on a 30 min walk on a beautiful main street, So not a problem. The building of the apartment was really interesting. Good price for its worth. 100% recommend it. You Could hear the neighbours throw the walls, But At night it was not a problem, since they were really quite.
