- maddi (3/5): Friendly staff but not god value for you money - Location was good and staff were friendly Lots of scary people around, you can hear everything from in the rooms, the windows don’t open, painted shit. Sheets has stains on them. Paid $370 which seemed lil a lot to stay in dirty conditions with such loud environment

- Aisling (3/5): Needs a lot of TLC - Location was good if your looking to base around at kilda beach and night life . Check in was super slow. 2 staff working and only 2 ahead of me and waited 30 mins to check in and room still wasn’t ready at 2.30. The cleanliness in the room was very poor. Was shards of glass on floor, stains all over the bathroom, very dusty room and the bed quilt had so much stains we took it off the bed and slept with a sheet. There was a big blood stain on it and a few brown stains.. not very acceptable. No change of towels for 3 night stay. Very loud doors banging all through the night waking up. We stayed at bottom floor and absolutely no privacy as window has direct view from pathway into room so had to keep blinds closed all the time and lighting was very poor /room was dark. For the cost wouldn’t stay again.

- Mark (1/5): Terrible and a shock that any business would think that the condition of this room was acceptable - Location and friendly staff The room was a dark smelly Kennel. It was unclean and lacked general maintenance and upkeep. I booked 6 nights but moved out after 3 and would have moved earlier had there been availability earlier but the Aussie tennis was on.
- Melanie (1/5): Disappointed for the amount of money paid. - Location Wasn’t clean. We found a bed bug in our clothing, mould in shower looks like it was cleaned at all. Drain in the shower was blocked and overflowed into the bathroom.
- Kristy (1/5): - The room absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke

And my room was only cleaned and bed made once
Bed was 2 single beds on wheels which causes moving and separating
Two other neighbours made it very diff to get a good sleep

- David (8/5): Very comfortable and great staff. - Location, location,.. The street noise, but was expected.
- Stobaus (1/5): Convenient location. It was very poor quality but the reception staff were lovely. - The carpets were sticky. The bathroom was tiny - clean but tiny. The bed was super uncomfortable. The remote control batteries TV & aircon were flat. Sticky floors. Uncomfortable bed. Paint smell in room.
- Evelyn C (5/5): - They didn't reserve my hotel room when I booked it and so I had to pay for 2 rooms essentially and am yet to be refunded

- Lissette (2/5): I will not stay here again - The only thing I liked was the location, and the access to the building was easy. The room was smelly, and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the room had no proper ventilation. There were two windows, but both were sealed and could not be opened. The room was extremely dark, and lifting the curtains was not an option because anyone on the street could see inside — there was no privacy at all. There was no sink in the room, and only one cup was provided for making coffee. But the worst part of my stay was the noise at night. People were coming in and out of the building, constantly slamming doors, which woke me up at least three times. It was a horrible experience. Ibis Budget offers far better facilities for much less money.

- MaryAnne (9/5): -

The room and shower a good size. We had noise from other guests staying upstairs who were walking around. But not a major problem.

- Edward (6/5): - Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious. Bathroom was dated We had been travelling for 24 hours and were exhausted. We slept well until the wind started and rattled the window. There was a 4cm gap where the wind could get in. We didn't sleep after that which was frustrating.
We then had a 4 hour drive home

- singh (4/5): -
- Bruce (1/5): I Wouldn't let my dog stay here! - The bed was disgustingly filthy.

- Nicole (10/5): AFL grand final weekend - I actually got upgraded to stay at the crest apartments. So that was awesome. They were extremely helpful. The phone to reception wasn't working. The exit through the carpark was crap and not working from inside. And it didn't suit people like myself who can't walk or do stairs. Need to build a ramp or have access lift at reception.
- Steven (10/5): -
- Christine (9/5): - Location Paying the bond and not having it cleared by the bank on the same day . $300 is a lot of spending money whilst on holidays
- McCarthy (4/5): -
- Nathan (1/5): Just don't stay here - Location was good Dirty dishes in the drawers
Used tea and coffee in the drawers
Spilt coffee and cigarette ash on the inside of the window
Only 2 pillows on the uncomfortable bed
Outside light directed into the window all night that the blinds didn't dim
Upstairs residents fighting at 5am
Residents smoking in the open doorway throughout the night, the foyer was stinking of smoke
Security deposit not returned one month later requiring phone calls to the hotel - still unresolved
- deborah (2/5): Disappointed and never again - Building was elegant art deco from exterior No batteries in remote control
Tv jammed on sbs with no volume
Room stank cigarette smoke
Light fitting just a hanging bulb
No rubbish bin in room
- Dean (9/5): -
- Amanda (1/5): Very poor indeed - Location The room had a bad smell the carpet was disgusting there were dirty marks on the bed and bed sheets.
I brought this to the attention of the girl at the front desk but it seems it fell in deaf ears as this wasn’t changed as we went out and returned late with no change. Very disappointed as when I booked this the pictures on the website didn’t Mach what we got.
- Tania (3/5): - The staff were super friendly The floor was dirty it had heaps of stains on it. The pillows were like pancakes and in the drawer in the bathroom there were razors with pubes on them it was utterly disgusting and the smell in the room was very smoky. The pictures do not match the room at all
- Alysa (1/5): Bad - Was a big bed clean room Had missing air-conditioning remotes, TV remote, broken door lock. Maintenance walked in our room without even knocking. As a couple having a night away you can imagine what we were doing. Not an apology or anything.

- Charitess (10/5): Loved my stay at the Crest on Barkly Como Court. Love the staff, the amenities, the location and the ease of booking wit - It was accessible and had the amenities available for me to use. The staff was very accommodating and ready to help. I especially would like to thanks Sahil and his other colleague who I forgot the name for answering all my questions and providing me with all the help I needed when I was there. Too bad that I didn’t see both of them when I checked out as I would have loved to tip them for their assistance. I’m definitely staying there on my next trip. There were maintenance going on in the reception area, the hallways are a bit cramped going to the lift but otherwise doable.
- Charitess (10/5): Exceptional -

- George (9/5): Superb -
- Cooke (8/5): Ok - Getting my cash bond back Wondering if I was going to get my cash bond back because an email later informed me they didn't take cash bonds.
- Emma-louise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend even when it’s discounted - Spacious room Housekeeping left dirty plate from previous owners in room, the bed sheets had a few stains, there was no bin in the room, the toilet had a coin inside, there was no aircon remote in the room, ants started walking into the room the next morning
- Kim (7/5): Good - Clean and comfortable beds Aircon right behind the window
