• Karl (9/5): Nice, clean condo, one block from beach. - Basically brand new, gated complex, 1 block from the beach, at the North end of Jaco. Top floor, beach view. Large pool complex behind building, although it doesn't get much sun there. Short walk to about 1/2 of Jaco, longer walk - maybe 15 minutes, to the southern end of beach. Everything you could need in apt - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Owner very responsive: had a problem with one of the A/C units, and he had someone there in an hour. Very nice. Some music/party noise from Best Western across street, but not enough to keep us awake.

• Matamoros (10/5): Extraordinaria experiencia en Jacó - El perfecto estado de limpieza y mantenimiento del apartamento, así como su vista al mar privilegiada. Tener que salir de tan lindo lugar.

El condominio muy equipado con 3 pisscinas, gimnasio , coworking parqueo para dos carros, pool, futbolito y áreas de barbacoas.EL apartamento super comodo, último piso con vista al mar. Muy equipado. Una vista fabulosa. La ubicación ideal. La televisión de 65 pulgadas y panatalla curva con varias opciones y suscripciones. Hasta azucar, café , sal, aceite, te, todo lo imprescindible para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Las camas cómodas. Sábanas y toallas de calidad. LAvarropas y secarropas muy buenos (jabón y suavizante para la ropa disponibles). Todo perfecto

• Elise (10/5): Amazing. We would definitely stay here again. - The location was good. Walkable to shops and downtown area. Unit is on the top floor with great ocean views and arguably the best unit in the building. There was a new front load washer and dryer in the unit which was not listed on the website at the time we booked. The noise from nearby construction was noticeable while on the balcony. The pillows were a little too firm.
