Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Einzige war, das unser Zimmer etwas laut war. Der Lärm kam von der Straße.

- ECHEVARRIA (8/5): Para mí estuvo bien. - Llegamos utilizando Google map, desde el hotel puedes caminar a varios lugares de interés y buenos restaurantes y café. El personal fue muy atento y amable. El café estaba delicioso, el desayuno muy bueno y la habitación estaba limpia y amplia. Se escucha el ruido de la ciudad, si tienes dificultad para dormir ten eso en cuenta.

Además me gusta mucho que ofrecieron desayuno desde muy am ya que ese día era la media maratón de manizales, un servicio muy completo y agradable La habitación que me tocó estaba al frente de la calle, por ende se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle

Altough the parkin facilities are not at the hotel, they we very kind to help us with our bags when we got there and when we left. Our room was on the 2nd floor, the whole room would tremble when a bus or a truck passed near the hotel. We kindly requested to be moved, they got us a room on the 1st floor and all was great.

- Molina (9/5): - Debo empezar por lo mejor que es la atención, excelente servicio, la habitación muy bonita... Diria que el desayuno es tipo Americano agrandado... buen desayuno, la ubicación como tal no es mala, esta relativamente cerca al centro y al sector de Chipre. Como decia antes la ubicación no es mala pero lastimosamente en el sector se ve más gente de la calle que lo habitual, sobre todo ya en la noche. Y el televisor algo pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación.

Muy buen hotel, recomendado Hubo un evento público el fin de semana a pocas cuadras del hotel, que impactó en nuestro descanso por el ruido a altas horas de la noche (pero son situaciones ajenas al hotel).

The team, including John Jairo, Daniel, and Hamilton, consistently demonstrates remarkable attentiveness and courtesy. The quality of the breakfast is commendable. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and capable team. Our sincere appreciation goes to all staff members. The hotel's current condition necessitates modernization, and its location presents challenges due to its distance from key attractions, the city center, and dining establishments. Furthermore, the hotel's placement on a high-traffic thoroughfare renders pedestrian activity at night inadvisable, and the surrounding area lacks desirable dining options. Suggest adding table games.

- Paul (5/5): Cheap but very basic - Not much although it was very clean. It’s a basic hotel. It’s on a noisy road close to the city centre but the windows didn’t close properly so very noisy. The room was very basic (but clean) and the towels very cheap. Breakfast was odd - sort of served but you had to ask for everything that was laid out.

We can’t even speak spanish. But Beatrice took all the effort to book and organize for us. She made it happen. Greats thanks to you. Nothing. The room was taken care every day. John served us breakfast every morning politely, even we left at 6am last day. They did the breakfast for us. Because of them we stayed two more nights in Manizales and we love the city

- Kurt (10/5): High class service-oriented hotel, centrally located and at a great value - By blind luck on our part, the location turned out to be perfect: easy walking distance (to the extent walking is ever easily in hilly Manizales) from the monument at the top of Chipre, as well as the Ecoparque, and next to the Parque de Aguas, a good place to catch buses. The staff was not only helpful, but seemed intent on satisfying our needs before we even knew we had them. For example, they arranged our coffee farm tour and advised on transportation. We had a grand room with a view of sunrise over the mountains. Not a thing.

La intención era cancelar a la llegada al hotel porque la página decía eso q se podía cancelar en el hotel pero hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta con 4 dias de anticipación y cuando llame a preguntar me dijeron que siempre lo hacían así. Que eso era una política de la página y no del hotel

- Skyrunner64 (8/5): "A little Hotel Boutique that exceeded my expectations" - During a stop over in Manizales, I stayed in this Hotel and it exceeded my expectation. It felt similar to one of the Boutique Hotel I stayed in Paris, France. The one thing I enjoyed was the comfort of the bed. After a long travel day, the comfortable bed was very welcome. It is a Boutique hotels so it is small. However my room was big enough and was the best night i had from all other places I stayed while in Manizales. Most important was the cost. Very affordable and the staff, and how everything was very clean and well taken care.
- JOSE VICENTE (8/5): Algo inconforme. - El hotel cuenta con amplias instalaciones , y el desayuno bueno , lo único no gusto pagina ofrecen parqueo pero el mismo es sobre la calle frente al hotel y es una avenida principal lo cual hace fluya demasiados vehículos y personas , cuando llegamos no había espacio y debimos esperar saliera un vehículo dejar y no moverlo para no perder el espacio , habitaciones frente demasiado ruido vehicular , se sabia eran tres personas y solo dejaron 2 toallas hubo necesidad pedir una y la trajeron.
