• Aneta (7/5): Great location. - The location was great and at the heart of all important places to see at the center of Sofia. Nearby restaurants for all tastes and budgets The mattresses were quite old and uncpomfortable. At night some smells were coming out if the bathroom.

Na minus - mieszkanie znajduje się w tym samym budynku co klub disco, w którym w piątki są imprezy kończące się o 7:00 rano. Mieszkanie duże przestronne, ale lekko niedoinwestowane. Szczególnej uwagi wymaga łazienka - prysznic z pleśnią.

• Raimundo (8/5): Apartamento no centro de Sofia - Da localização, perto do metro e de paragens de autocarro, bem como do centro da cidade (acessível a pé). A 1 min a pé tem um supermercado. No Wc o chuveiro não escoava bem e além disso deveria ser reparado ( humidade e bolor visível). Na cozinha, a maquina de lavar louça não se podia usar( faltavam os cestos para colocar a louça).

• Thomas (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer und auch die Schlafzimmer waren ok. Die Matratzen waren leider zimmer durchgelegen und und weich und auch die synthetischen Decken und Kissen sorgen nicht für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
• Elitza (8/5): Emplacement génial ! - Appartement très facile à trouver, idéalement situé au centre historique de Sofia, avec belle vue sur l'université, à 2 pas du métro pour aller partout et tout visiter. Très pratique. Literie correcte. Supermarché, librairie, pharmacie très proches pour quelques emplettes. Restaurants très sympas dans le quartier et dans les quartiers voisins. La salle de bains mérite quelques travaux. Boîte de nuit proche et bruyante jusqu'à 6 h du matin le vendredi soir :-)

• Elina (10/5): Nice, spacious apartment in the heart of the city. - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The rooms are very good size. The beds very comfortable. The location of the apartment is perfect. We walked everywhere and it didn't take more than 20 min to get to all the points we needed to go to. There is Billa grocery store, McDonalds and a pharmacy in the underpass right under the building. There is also a metro stop there as well. The wifi was very fast, the TV has options to connect to any major streaming service. We stayed in the apartment in the winter and the heat was blasting. We were very warm and comfortable. The host is very responsive. Overall we had a great experience. Prior to arrival I read some of the comments from previous guests so I wasn't very surprised to find out that the kitchen and the bathroom were dated. We stayed in the apartment in the winter time and the bathroom had a bit of a musty smell. However, for the price of the apartment compared to other more updated properties, and for a few days stay, the kitchen and the bathroom did not bother me much.

• Simon (1/5): An overpriced, dirty apartment in need of complete refurbishment. - Good location - supermarket and metro close by Also opposite a park. The door lock did not work when we arrived. We were told that if we did not like it we could leave! We stayed as we could not find alternative accommodation. The lock was made to work - but we needed to wait in. The shower tray was dirty, rotten and leaked. We had a stream of water across the floor each time we used it. The smell was terrible. There were cockroaches in the bathroom - they must enjoy the wet area under the shower! The landlord is clearly aware of the leak as the door is swollen and mouldy from repeated wetting. It would not close properly. The wooden floor was in a dirty condition, we literally ‘stuck to it’. Use shoes or slippers when there. The windowsills are full of bird droppings. It was stated to be non-smoking. You will not be able to open the rear windows (unless you enjoy cigarette smoke). There is a balcony closely overlooking the bathroom and bedrooms. It is on a corridor of an office block and in regular use as the smoking area by many staff. Note the large ashtray in the corner of the photo. The blinds are broken and inoperative. One jammed fully closed the others fully open. The coffee machine was not properly useable as the filter part was missing. Many of the lights were not working - damaged bulbs. The light is very poor in the bathroom. The lights on the vanity unit appear to be disconnected - difficult to shave or put make up on. The bedroom is very light as the staircases are light throughout the night. Remember your sleep masks.

• Radu_c (9/5): Nice stay in Sofia - The location was good. Easy to reach the city center on a easy walk. You have everything you need in the apartment. For a short stay is great.

It was easy to contact the host for access, and she kindly allowed us a 2-hour late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience.

• Ruslan (10/5): Comfortable and full with nice moments and views - Sofia University Life Apartment is in the middle of the city. It has everything that travelers need to have. One of the main subway station is right below it. The view from the living room is exceptional overseeing the main entrance of Sofia University and also the beautiful park. Master bedroom is quit big enough and makes you fell good. Restaurants and bars are on walking distances but what i ve liked the most is the historical center of Sofia and especially the cathedral behind the parlament and the noce restaurant behind it. My stay was a bit shorter :(

• Realcey (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location to access anywhere by walk, it is central in a way if you are a walking tourist. Even we have car we enjoyed the location a lot. Apartment is really nice and comfy, you have coffee machines, kettle, washing machine and iron, bathroom is really useful and with all you need. Towels, sheets are very clean. Beds are comfy. Even the weather is hot apartment is cool, we just need to use AC for some hours, the rest of 2 days we didn't need it in July-August term. Apartment was airless when we arrive but it got better after an hour, floors were quite dusty in some parts but if you are with your shoes then it is fine, maybe it is good to bring some slippers or flip flops with you. Apartment is near boulevard and it is on the main way to high way so it is quite loud from living room but there won't be loud much in bedrooms. It is not a negative thing but I wish I could find detergent and softener for laundries.
