Josefina (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft - Wunderschönes Appartment, stylish und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Pool, die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Metrostation sind weitere Pluspunkte. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Rezeption ist bis spät abends offen, was wir nicht erwartet hatten (eigentlich wie ein Hotel). Bald eröffnen sie noch ein neues Café. Das Frühstück, das man ins Zimmer bestellen kann, hätte reichhaltiger sein können.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Seul petit bémol, la piscine était en travaux pendant notre séjour, mais à part ça tout était parfait !

The service was on top, thanks to the crew. The breakfast is quite complet and fresh, really good. Also, you have the possibility to book massages directly to your room, which was nice. I recommand.

Very friendly staff at the front desk with excellent recommendations for the places to visit in Porto as well as their favorite restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and as shown in the pictures. I would stay here again.
PASCALE (9/5): Excellent séjour à Porto chez Villa Catarina - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des personnes à l'accueil, leur disponibilité et les informations données. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine. De nombreux équipements comme salle de sport, sauna .. De plus l'appartement était très calme ce qui permet de passer d'excellentes nuits. Nous recommandons Villa Catarina et reviendront avec plaisir. Des rangements, comme des tiroirs, pour les vêtements pliés seraient appréciables ainsi qu'un endroit pour suspendre les vêtements humides.

Donna (9/5): Wonderful Apartment in Porto - Apartment was clean and spacious, very quiet and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful , courteous and kind. Leisure facilities of the swimming pool, gym and sauna were great. We had a lovely holiday in Porto and our accommodation was key to our enjoyment. The new cafe that is planned next door will be an asset and our testing of the treats especially the banana bread and pastel de nata after an afternoon walking the hills of Porto went down a treat. Little niggles as we did really like the apartment. In the one bedroom apartment there is no storage for underwear, socks etc. There are also no hooks to hang wet coats other than the coat hangers in the bedroom or in the bathroom hooks to dry towels so wouldn't need changing as often. Would also have liked 2 chairs on the balcony to sit and relax.
Alua (10/5): I would recommend this hotel! - Everything as described. Photos correspond with the reality, the room, kitchen and bathroom were clean, the receptionists and housekeeping were very attentive and professional. Furthermore you can find cooking utensils, towels, and bathroom supplies. It was a very pleasant stay. Everything perfect.
Emily McB (9/5): Great location, clean apartments and excellent facilities - Great location, is a bit of a quieter area than downtown but there are some bars nearby you can hear but it didn't bother me and with the windows closed you couldn't hear. The pool was lovely, great gym and the apartments are equipped with everything you need. Parking facility was also excellent and enclosed. I didn't have the breakfast but saw my neighbours breakfast at the door one morning and it looked excellent - wish I'd ordered it. The pool area is still being renovated but will be nice when finished. The pedal on the bike in the gym is broken, which was a shame as its the only cardio I can do right now with a foot injury, so I couldn't use it. The door was difficult to unlock at first and is not a standard door lock and turn, so if you're not used to them I would suggest you show people specifically how to use it. But overall this place is great!
JoachimMGG (10/5): What a GEM! - I was staying by myself and found the retreat that I needed, in one place. Welcoming and thoughtful staff, outstandingly service-minded. Excellent amenities. I've never experienced a kitchen this well organized. Loved the in-room massage service. I even ended up booking it twice on my last day! I loved my view and privacy from my spacious balcony, and that there were small walls on the sides which I could move close to if it was a bit windy in the morning/evening. Excellent modern convertible air-conditioning/heater, in every room. Perfect for me that wants it cool at night in the bedroom, but tempered in the common space (kitchen/living room). Practically nothing. It would have been nice with a wardrobe, but not a must when there's warmer temperatures.

Unser Zimmer lag an der Strasse und der Verkehrslärm war troz geschlossenen Fenster hörbar. Leider war der Aussenpool nicht nutzbar, da daran Gebaut wurde.

Amelie (9/5): Ganz tolle Unterkunft. Tolle Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal und ein sehr schönes Apartment. Ich komme wieder. - So ein schönes Apartment und eine tolle Atmosphere in der gesamten Anlage. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Fitnessstudio war gut ausgestattet, so dass ich jeden Morgen gut trainieren konnte. Auch zum Arbeiten hat man in der Unterkunft genug Ruhe und einen großen Tisch im unteren Bereich. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch die Freundlichkeit aller Personen, die dort arbeiten. Toller Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Leider war zu dem Zeitpunkt als ich da war der Pool aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten nicht geöffnet und die Bauarbeiten habe ich vom Lärm her schon als störend wahrgenommen. Da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass das vor der Buchung kommuniziert worden wäre.

Zoe (10/5): Home away from home ❤️ - It was a super clean and beautiful one bedroom apartment with full facilities. The living area was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Hope the bed is a king-sized instead of Queen.

Pascal (10/5): Great hotel and facilities - Great hotel with excellent staff - very friendly and helpful! Good size room for 2, nice balcony over the pool, great kitchen, bathroom and parking option in their parking garage (€15/day). The gym was basic but great equipment. The location is possibly a bit too far from Porto center, would take some 20 min to walk but not that bad. There is also a metro option from Marquês just north of the hotel a few hundred meters. Really recommend

Montserrat (10/5): EXCELENTE!! - Todo! Excelente la atención y la amabilidad por parte de las recepcionistas a la hora de realizar el check-in acompañandote hasta la habitación y explicándote todo. Habitación amplia con todos los detalles, cama comodísima, baño con mucha luz y limpieza espectacular. Valoramos mucho que tuvieran parking propio, de fácil acceso y las plazas todas muy buenas. Para repetir sin dudarlo! Todo de 10.

Gaia (10/5): So clean, so pretty - It was incredibly clean and also pretty. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was also nice at all times and with all requests!
Manuela (10/5): - Tutto è veramente curato. Dall’accoglienza ad ogni dettaglio della struttura e della camera. Jaqueline è davvero molto gentile, competente e ti fa sentire a casa. La pulizia degli spazi è impeccabile. L’arredamento è molto bello e anche le stoviglie della cucina sono molto belle e artigianali, non come le cose dozzinali che si trovano a volte nelle cucine degli studio. Siccome siamo stati sfortunati con la meteo, per noi è stato provvidenziale poter usufruire della SpA. I prodotti del bagno sono di qualità e molto gradevoli. La camera è ben insonorizzata. La camera è molto design, ma poco funzionale. Non ci sono armadi chiusi, ma solo uno stendino (non sufficiente per due) e in più non c’è molto posto per riporre la biancheria che dovrebbe restare piegata… Manca anche un posto dove poter appendere gli accappatoi della spa. La ragazza alla reception alla mattina della nostra partenza non ha saputo darci indicazioni in merito ai biglietti della metro. Forse è una delle cose che ti aspetti da una ricezionista. Una delle tre mattine abbiamo richiesto la colazione: era molto buona e ben presentata (abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il fiore fresco decorativo), però il prezzo ci è sembrato un po’ eccessivo.
